Hi, Yvette - big fan of Gabriella Plants, glad you found them. Their customer service IS awesome. After many wonderful purchases, had one little issue with one plant, and it was replaced immediately and there was follow up to make sure the replacement plant was okay. You chose some really gorgeous plants (all plants are spectacular!😉, no matter how "common") - congrats on the new babies! Looking forward to watching all their progress. 💚👏🏽🪴👏🏽💚
Thank you so much Lisa! Yes, I'm a huge fan of Gabriella. Ed's plants were nice and healthy too, but the experience with Gabriella is top notch...without the prices being over the top. TBF, both shops had good prices. I will definitely order from both of them again. Updates coming soon....just know, I'm putting one of these babies to work on the pole...lol. Thanks for watching.
Now this is a haul and unboxing. Majority of other hauls and unboxings include like 1-3 plants. So happy to see that I'm not the only one who orders like 5+ plants at a time despite having no room.
Oooooooohhhhh! I'm so excited! Yes! That Hawaiian spider plant is fabulous! Those leaves are so beautiful! SILVER HERO! Gorgeous! Oh...... that is a fabulous haul of plant goodness! I have to watch this again. Now that o know what is in the packages i can relax and enjoy! Squeeeeek!
Oh Rachael, you make my day!! I am loving the spider plant. I was so excited to see yours, I remember you mentioning you wanted an all green one, Gabriella has them, even the curly ones. It took all I had not to order all of them.
I think the discoloration on the back of your silver hero leaves is edema. I get that on the back of my Scindapsus after I water it sometimes only on certain leaves.
Hey Daisy....thanks for the tip... is the discoloration from edema on your leaves temporary? Mine actually went away a few days later...I was stressn'. lol. Yeah I don't actually see any signs of that anymore. What are the signs of edema on the scindapsus?
@@yvetteboonecreates yes, the edena does seem to go away. however, I think if it happens often enough, it can damage the leaf in the long run. I like to let my Scindapsus get the curled leaves before I water it. glad yours recovered. What a beautiful plant. 🩶🪴🩶
One of my absolute favorite online nurseries. I would recommend them to any person looking to buy healthy beautiful plants. I get their stock updates weekly and EVERY week I have to restrain myself. Sensible thing to do would be to get off their mailing list...WHO DOES THAT?🤷🏽♀️
Sometimes you gotta show 'em who's the boss Jamie...although she left me, I hold fond memories.🤣. You have great taste, I absolutely love my Silver HERo💚
Hi, new subscriber here! 👋I knew when you started singing Jungle Boogie I HAD to follow you! 🎵🎶😆 I'm also a big fan of Gabriella Plants... And Scindapsus! I recently got the Silver Splash too. I love how it's variegation is just so subtly different than Exotica. 😍 Anyway, can't wait to see more from you! 👍 Be blessed!
Thanks for subbing! And welcome Dorinda. Yeah, I'm learning to have more fun in my "young" age....so trust, there are plenty of shenanigans on my channel....basically I cut the fool on a regular. I just got an email from Gabriella Plants saying they are having a sale....I'm trying to control myself, but their experience and plants are just the best. Well don't be a stranger in the comments. Happy Saturday🪴
Good morning Yvette, I can't tell you how much I love , love ,love your haul and they are going on my wishlist. As for me purchasing a plant , the smaller the better for me. A two inch pot , even a single leaf clipping I prefer. I love nurturing them and watching them grow big . And yes , I do prefer thick and uniformity over long and stragely . I'm not the most coordinated and if your hanging out in the aisle , 🤷🏿♀️ accident waiting to happen .😂
Good Morning Linda. Oh I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I am really loving these scindapsus. I literally could have a house full of them alone...well that might be taking it too far eh? 😃 So wait, you like the small cuttings too? I'm always nervous that I'll over"love" them. That Hoya Louis Bois has me shook with 2" plants. He tried to die twice.
@@yvetteboonecreates yes, I love small cuttings and not to get off the subject but I'll let you in on a secret . Until watching your channel and a couple other you tubers, I was not a fan of the hoya but let me tell you , that hoya kerri and hoya australialisa are on my wishlist. 👍🏿
Get them Linda, they are much more beautiful in person. Just be careful with the kerii that you get a full plant. Sometimes they sell the stemless leaf in substrate and although she stays alive, she will never grow. No worries, you will be a hoya-head in no time. Once you get one and see how hearty they are, you will be hooked for sure.
Hey Greta👋🏽👋🏽 Another thing in common 💚🌱 Now I know who to turn to when my plants cut the fool. 😜🤪. Have you shopped at Gabriella ‘s before, their plants are really nice!!
I am a beginner …Two years ago I had over 50 plants … I would talk to them, we would listen to Buddhist chanting music and I would feed them. I had a serious health challenge and had to get rid of everything and start all over. Where are you located. Glad you started a channel..I want to start one and hope to do so before end of year. I have a scouting trip in June..so a lot to do before then. The reason why we get excited about plants ( nature) is because that is who we are. 🥰
Wow, it sounds like you are a great plant parent. What plant wouldn't love that kind of care. I'm in the states (for now 😜). I literally just watched Stephanie's channel about starting a YT channel. That may be your sign. When you're ready, you have a huge community waiting to embrace you. Let us know when you get started.
I have some really nice plants from imports, but I have some really nice plants from places like Gabriella too. Imports are always a lot more of a risk. I think people think of imports as rare, and I have some really rare imports, but imports have a much lower survival rate for me. I highly recommend Steve's Leaves, Plant Proper, Spokane Plant Farm, Fred Pepper's, Oscar Allen Nursery, Tropiflora, lots of great places that people seldom to never do unboxings from. I have a scindapus jade satin that has been through everything with me, must be 20 yrs old, really sturdy plant, always plenty of cuttings to gift friends too.
WHAT!!!! 20 years. Oh that really has me excited. I have one plant in my collection that I've had for over a decade. Cuttings as gifts is a great idea. Thanks for the shop suggestions. I have tried Steve's Leaves, but the others are new. Definitely gonna check them out.
Hi there Zoey. On which plant? Not sure I remember fluffy soil, but I do remember the soil of the xanthosoma being like a sponge...not my favorite. I just found spider mites on her today too...😤. Thanks for subscribing.
I need to do some plant consolidation but lets face it I don't think it's going to happen and I've just ordered a plant from America because it is to expensive here, so how crazy am I. I hope it arrives in some what of a living state 😀. I look forward to seeing an update of your beautiful new arrivals 🌸@@yvetteboonecreates
Updates on the new babies coming soon...hint...there is some propagation and moss poles going on. Yippie Margie, I hope your plant arrives safe and healthy and that it brings you the MOST joy this Summer. Happy Planting
So thankful for your order with Gabriella!
