- Hello and welcome to this long-awaited second edition of The Most Epic TARDIS Materialisations. I realised that in the previous volume I skimped on many of the most famous scenes but this time around I've tried to include as many as possible from most series. While there are a few that don't involve a materialisation at all, the general theme and emotion associated with the scene give them an epic feel regardless.
I did originally have another scene included from The Ghost Monument, however, the BBC blocked the video worldwide with its inclusion, so, unfortunately, it had to be removed.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video and can find something within to your liking.

The face of the Doctor seeing the Tardis in the Satans pit is the face of absolute joy

Since the RTD era, the TARDIS materialisation is just a fade in/out effect. Back then, the outline of the TARDIS is seen refracting the light through it.
In fear her the TARDIS looks like clay when it first materializes.
I VERY much agree on the Death in Heaven moment being Capaldi's more defining moment as the Doctor
The Impossible Planet is one of my favs :D (and of course, Flatline and Death in Heaven are also amazing) Some of the TARDIS scenes in the recent series have been utterly stunning so not surprised Resolution is there also. Awesome video! :D
Well, the effect they use to materialise the TARDIS and whatnot has deteriorated since about 2010/2011, but I have to give them credit for returning to wonderful vortex graphics in the last series.
I will never forget that one materialization in The time of the Angels when THEY USED THE FREAKING LANDING BLEEP AGAIN, GODDAMIT I LOVE THAT SOUND.
Which sound are you referring to?
3:52 the way the doctor got yeeted🤣
Forgot one really awesome one. The Ghost Monument. When the TARDIS comes back to the Doctor.
Good thinking.
DoctorVision thanks.
The Big Bang would have been much better if it used the proper materialisation sound
Definitely.
You missed Dinosaurs on a Spaceship when he materialised around Rory's Dad.
Ah well, I didn't class that materialisation as particularly epic when I made this. Can't include everything unfortunately.
Journeys end was pretty cool also since there was no hope
This is great :) I lalso like the moment in curse of the dark spot when the Doctor finds the TARDIS again and runs to hug her, ignoring Amy. That always makes me laugh. Plus, if I can recomend something from Classic Who, Three failing to repair the TARDIS in Inferno and landing in the rubbish tip is pretty hilarious.
If I may suggest....from the 1996 TV movie with Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor; when the TARDIS rematerializes on Earth and blocks the gang members from shooting Chang Lee.

Anyone else notice in Resolution the pull to open sign is on the wrong side?
I think you missed a good one from Series 4, the TARDIS landing at the base on Mars seconds before a nuke goes off
I'm pretty sure I put that in the first volume.
DoctorVision Oh this was a Part 2, I’ll look at that one
C'MON FULL POWER, TARDIS
Wait, what the hell is up with the Tardis being literally mirror flipped in the last one (Resolution)??? How the hell did that fall through the cracks??!!
I don't think it did. That's just me flipping the image to avoid copyright claims.
@@DoctorVision oh ok haha. Yeah that makes sense lol
You forgot the time where the nine doctor saved Rose by materialising around her and a dalek
Nothing other than the tardis emergency landing in better that the time when diver did indeed make her blue again
In the impossible planet part two it sounded like she was struggling how come?
I'm sure there was a dematerialisation where an electrical outline was left or am I misremembering??
@DoctorVision You definitely understood the assignment with this video 👌
Qual o nome da trilha sonora da introdução do vídeo e do final
Awesome!
The doctor needs to learn to parallel park
