As somebody who suffers occasional TMJ dysfunction, its awful pain. That POP he heard, was the head of his jaw quickly and violently popping out, and back into the joint on his skull. It such a sensitive area. Facial nerves, cranial trigeminal nerve ganglion is right there, your inner ear bones and organs are right there, and it ALL hurts.
Ever have a really bad sore throat, that you start feeling pain in your ear? Or a toothache that starts causing ear pain? There is nothing wrong with your ear. Too many sensitive things in the same area. The wires are crossed. One thing hurts, and it all starts to hurt.

I went back and rewatched the fight. I never fought once in my life so what the fuck do I know but it really is intriguing that that was the punch that hurt him the most. I would have never thought anything of it at all just by watching the fight normally, it seemed like it didn't even hurt him at all. Fighting is fucking scary eh?

I am a kinda newbie to MMA, just these last few months I have been binge watching the fights and history. But Chael and Mike Bisping's podcasts have been SUCH awesome entertainment.

My tire would normally require 28 PSI to inflate.
*Now it takes 2-3 PPM (Pounds Per Minute)*

I remember the interview you gave back in 2011, after fighting Bisping, you said something along the line" If Michael realized how hard he hit me, he'd come in and do something about it"! That fight was a battle from beginning to end! I think you even mentioned that you thought Michael perhaps could have won, 2 rounds to one. That was entertainment in the highest levels!
