Good podcast. Just one thing for next ones please if you dont mind, when you make a call of a fighter set a photo to know more cause like me some People dont know all the names cause we are not that experts, thank you. Keep growing up
Not surprised that Connor was left off the list, the things he said and did to Khabib and his faith and the absence of an apology thereafter, makes sense if Khabib doesn't even acknowledge his existence anymore. Btw I can tell you without a doubt Khabib didn't think of this list with achievements in mind, it was most likely based on ability, performance and people he can visualise giving him a hard time.
So khabib had thin skin?
I do not think so, if you listen to Khabib he never even considered him above a fighter. He said many times, Connor Taps out fast and doesn't put much efforts in his fights and training beyond the camera. And that's exactly what Connor has been doing since he lost to Money Mayweather
And mctapper fouled him like 15 times in that one fight
Considering Colby is going to get 4 shots within 7 fights and Usman had to fight in the UFC 9 times to even get a title shot tells you how underappreciated he was.
Colby got privilege.
Colby had 11 UFC fights before his title shot winning 10, Usman had 9 winning 9. Don't talk if you don't know
@@dannybradley8391 that’s not even true. They both had 9 UFC fights before they got a title shot (interim for Colby) and Colby lost one of those to Alves. He then got stripped because he was injured and couldn’t unify.
Wikipedia man.
If he gets this shot it will be 4 times in his last 7 fights. His last top 5 win was RDA. It’s insane for him to get this shot.
@@michael95621 interim isn't a world title fight. There's 1 world champion in each division, interim is just n°1 contender. Like I said Covington had 11 UFC fights before he fought Usman for the undisputed WW championship of the world, Usman had 9 UFC fights before he fought Woodley for the undisputed WW championship of the world. It's that simple.
Prime Fedor literally burns through everyone.
braindead take
Oh you're being serious? 😂😂😂😂😂 jon would stomp fck Fodor's knees and would DC his ass
Chael talking about Khabib never gets old for me. Ever. He’s not asking for soy milk on his latte for Nate Diaz.
Happy to see Khabib give Frankie respect.
One of your best breakdown videos
Where’s Volkanovski?
He was the first person that came to mind that I think should be on there
Put him on your list, people only started talking bout Volk after the 3rd Max fight.
Probably at no. 16
A see a lot of people don't give DJ the credit but he's my #3 all time that guy is easily the most skilled fighter I've ever seen. He is always fighting dudes that are much bigger than him too. The perfect fighter skills imo would be something like DJ mixed with Jon Jones.
Conor never defended a belt and never won against anyone worth a damn at that point in their career after doing so and leaving 145, to put him on the list is an insult to the others
I think people forget how amazing Frankie was. He defeated BJ Penn in his prime multiple times. And he was champ of a non-HW division who didn’t cut weight. You can argue that Frankie won 6 of the 10 rounds against Benson, who was significantly larger. And he won at least 3 of those 10 rounds against Jose Aldo. He had never been convincingly defeated till much later in his career. Beast!
Exactly
crazy how khabib didn't put the undefeated, undisputed, never lost a round, never lost a minute of a round 49-0, the man with the biggest arm, greatest charm and who does the most harm CHAEL SONNEN. Chael, I think you deserved to be on this list
Great list! I love the respect for Fedor!
Khabib is the most dominant fighter of all time. The Sambo/Wrestling combination is too good.
Jon Jones defended the belt 13 times beating many legends and hall of famers.
Also Daniel Cormier also was the Strikeforce heavyweight champion, so 3 belts.
khabib for tons of bums aswell as a small handful of good fighters
most dominant for sure. fits nicely around #8 or 9 on his own list tho. didnt accomplish enough unfortunatly
@@KevOfPeen29-0 is plenty enough in the hardest division in the company.
@@sstech5410 he is 13-0 in ufc WTF are you talking about LMAO. he is 13-0 in ufc with 8 of those being complete cans. his resume is short with only 4-5 solid wins

I believe the GOAT Chael P. Sonnen is ranked as all the 15 best MMA fighters ever.
You can't talk about G.O.A.T's without mentioning the one and only Arthem Lobov 🐐
Lobov has more losses than wins mate..
@@aslemartinsen5284 It's a meme...

Chael fought both of Khabib's # 1's. and his # 3. Also to Khabib's credit to not put himself on the list.
1. Jon
2.GSP
3.Stipe/DC
4.Anderson Silva
5.Demetrius
6.Gracie
7.Khabib
8.Conor
9.Usman/Israel
10.Crocop/Fador

13.Woodely
14.Francis
15.Diaz brothers/Uncle Chael
People wanna ride Connor all day but they forget legends like chuck lidell ,rampage ,Anderson Silva ,gsp who popularized this sport
So Khabib’s “Top 15” is actually a list of 19…. Dude, you had one job!
You're welcome
1) Sonnen
2) Fedor/Jones
3) GSP
4) Anderson Silva
5) Demetrious Johnson
6) Daniel Cormier
7) Henry Cejudo
8) Jose Aldo
9) Kamaru Usman

11) BJ Penn
12) Royce Gracie
13) Couture/Velasquez
14) Hendo/Shogun
15) CroCop/Miocic 1
16) Dominic Cruz/Frankie Edgar
Deep down inside, Chael knows he probably was #16 if that list was bigger
Well, if Jon is number 1 and Chael beat Jon then it's just obvious he's above, number 0 as in 0 losses
Just watched BJ Pen speak at the Lahaina, Maui city council meeting and wow he is courageous, brave, & intelligent.
KHABIB FOR EVER GUYS, I DON'T THINK SOME ONE COME LIKE HIM IN HUNDRED YEAR IN MMA SPORT
MotherRussia will produce more warriors she has produced Khabib, Fedor and many more are coming uraa🇷🇺
Kazushi!!! Sakubara!!!!!!
Can’t believe no one has this guy as one of the “GOATS”
Such a dam shame…
Agree
Conor won two titles, but was stripped of them both for never defending them. He doesn't deserve to be on a list with champions who won and defended a title many times and stayed at the top of their divisions for many years.
Jones defended the light heavyweight title 11 times, 8 of them in a row.
Anderson Silva defended the middleweight title 10 times in a row.
George St Pierre defended the welterweight title 9 times in a row.
Israel Adesanya defended the middleweight title 5 times, so far.
Kamaru Usman defended the welterweight title 5 times.
Dominic Cruz defended the bantamweight title 3 times.
Conor defended his titles zero times. Winning one fight can be a fluke, even if it's in spectacular fashion. Defending at title is what makes a great champion.
I think that the thing holding back DC is thst he never beat Jones and his win over Stipe was very controversial
Adesanya being where he is makes sense , considering he's more or less a 1 dimensional striker, his wins are by tko/ko or decision. A goat would be someone that demonstrates more ways to win than just on the feet imo, he also fell short of breaking Silva's record in the division, etc. So 9 is respectable and fair
I mean if it's about MMA expression, then Demetrious Johnson would be number 1. But it's not.
It's about achievements in MMA history. What matters are wins. Doesn't matter how you get the win.
pereira should be at adesanya's place and he'll likely only rise from there
Khabib is my favourite closely followed by GSP and JJ
Jon Jones is alone the #1 IMO.
The amount of title fights he has won is simply absurd.
How fast he got there... how young... murdering a murderers row...
You’re obviously a UFC fan, am not an MMA fan
Agree but all the cheating are roadblocks
Jones in anyone goat list is just mercy
do you even know who fedor was
Humility is what makes him a true champion
How can Conor be on the list when the man who beat him soundingly isn’t himself on it? 😉
He is not supposed to be on his own list . Moral conflict of interest..
Because the man who beat him soundly can't accept the fact that despite hating him and beating him ,the man he beat gained 2 belts ,had twice the popularity and is surrounded constantly by half naked ( and therefore reeking of harlotry) women
@@sbwlearning1372 it’s not a popularity contest you little fangirl lmao

2.Georges St. Pierre

I'm a few numbers in and is this going to be a top 26 list? Seems weird to have that many ties and still consider it a top 15 list.
that was actually a really legit list. props to Khabib
No, it wasn’t really that great at all, but we’re all entitled to out opinions
Chael... Champ Champ refers to holding belts in 2 different weight classes. We need to reseeve Chanp Champ Champ fpr the man that manages to win belts in 3 different weight classes. No one has done it yet. If Conor can get the 170 strap, he will be the first champ champ champ.
Actually, no. You have to hold them simultaneously to be "Champ Champ"
If he want to be Triple Champ, he has to hold three simultaneously.
There can be NO arguement that The Emperor is GOAT.
This is the most likeable I've found you in a while. :)
Conor never defended his title
Dont think that was his goal
There’s nobody that can hate chael I love his podcast
I find it baffling that even till' this day people call d.c a double champ. D.c never actually beat the champion of 205 in jones. He was beat twice by him, then because of jones sniffing gas station d*ck pills the company handed the belt to d.c? Cmon man
& call me a casual but even d.c beating stipe the first time doesn't look that impressive at all in hindsight. Not saying d.c was a scrub but I do think because of everything I just said + the time where d.c did the most blatant form of cheating maybe ever in mma with towel-gate..I respect Daniel but I think people Cap heavy when speaking on d.cs career
You’re not wrong. I’ve always thought the same thing about DC at 205 and then the blatant eye pokes to Stipe in the first and then getting schooled in the next 2 fights against him really showed the 1st win was a lot of luck
He won the undesputed title so he was the champion.
By your logic, Oliveira and Islam are not real champions because they didn't beat Khabib. Jan, Jiri, Jamal and Glover are not real champions because they didn't beat Jon.
Figueredo and Moreno are not real champions because they didn't beat Cejudo.
Kamaru, Hendricks, Lawler, Twood, and Leon are not real champions because they didn't beat GSP. Whittaker, Izzy and Pereira are not real champions because they didn't beat GSP.
Oh and by your logic Jon isn't the real HW champion because he didn't beat Francis.
Daniel earned the belt when he eliminated all the top contenders fair enough if he didn't beat Alex, Anthony Johnson (twice), Volkan Odezmir. But he did so deal with it, and he defended both belts in both divisions, unlike some double champs who win their new title and never defend it (Connor McGregor, Henry Cejudo, GSP).
Keep up the good work cheal
Crazy not to have volk on there
Cus volk dismantled his brother islam
Maybe that was the reason
@@Nightmare-d4lIslam beat volk and snapped volk's 22 fight win streak. Come back to real life. Why would khabib put someone on list who lost to his friend Islam? Lol

Khabib's son can't be on the list with zero title defenses. Plus he tapped out to his daddy 29-0 undefeated legend khabib.
Bruh. The fact that Hughes isn't on Khabibs list, means Khabib is biased.
Royce Gracie, B.J. Penn, and Georges St-Pierre are up there on this list.
Matt Hughes has beaten Gracie, BJ Penn, and GSP all at least once.
Matt Hughes definitely deserves to be in the vicinity of this list.

Prime Fedor vs Jon would’ve been nice :(
The man with the biggest arm/charm in historrrrry Uncle Chael.
Just like music taste favorites lists are completely subjective.
Numbers tell the story more accurately.
There's absolutely no shot Khabib would ever give Conor that much respect to put him on his top 15 when he left himself off of it. Because he crushed Conor and made it look easy, and Conor hasn't been the same since.
Khabib top 15 is about 30 fighters, total Chael P move
Now we need Uncle Chaels top 15 list
Chanel you need to let go of mcgregor’s interim belt 😂
Izzy wasn’t crowned a champ-champ when he beat Whittaker. Them fights are referred to as unification bouts for a reason.
The interim becomes the official when you win it. You know this Chael.
DC would be triple champ

100% spot on with Henry Cejudo.
He completely outclassed alja.
