I have a Nama juicer. You can make "un-tuna" with the carrot pulp. Use the same ingredients that you would use to make regular tuna. I put the mixture on spinach wraps. You can also make carrot muffins or carrot bread. With the pineapple poke you can put it in an ice tray and make flavored ice balls or ice cubes to place in your water. FYI... There are some tabletop or small composters out there on the market if you don't have a place outdoors. Or if you don't want to keep it indoors and you have a patio or place outdoors to place it you might prefer that instead. Hope this helps!

The lemon peels are the most healthier part of the lemon. The peel has 5-10×'s higher vitamin C levels, than the actual juice. It also acts as a deodorizer, stain remover. It also helps with digestion, and decreasing high blood pressure. You can do so much with the peels. I usually boil my peels, and add ginger, to drink as a tea. It detoxifies the body. I also place the peels in water, and vinegar. I let it sit for a few days. I use it as an all purpose cleaner. Lemons peels are so healthy, and useful.

This is the first time I've seen your channel. I am a fruitarian, and I would like to exchange my knowledge with you about fruits and how to mix them. The best advice is not to mix sweat and sour fruits together. It's best to drink All melons (watermelons) alone. When mixed with other fruits, they create fermentation (which turns into alchol) in your system. Study more about how to mix your fruits together for the best effect on your body. Example: It's like mixing sugar and salt together and adding alcohol on top. Another thing, avoid adding sugar into your fruit juices as well. Best of luck, Peace

I just wish I could do it every 2 days or so instead of daily. I think prepping is awesome, however as time wears on, the juice loses its properties due to oxidation, so drink it as soon as it's juiced.

I feel you on the watermelon. I couldn't stand it as a child and an adult until I made myself start eating because like you, I found out how good it is for me.
Now, I love it. I crave it and can't get enough of it!!! 🍉

Yesss for the good melons!! I’ve forced myself to try honey dew as well and it’s not bad when I juice it. Haven’t gotten into cantaloupe yet though

thank you for the great video goddess! a little suggestion: the reason your pulp is coming out a little wet is because you close the chute where the juice comes out of; when it collects in the center it soaks up the juice because of the way its designed, try leaving the door open when you juice and it should come out a lot dryer :)
