The cabin was 30k????? I have a house by the beach in Mississippi that I was thinking about Airbnbing.........It its nice and needs some minor updates but I think I can charge 250 a night. Its a 3/3 because it has a mother in law bedroom that is. part of the house with a kitchen and full bathroom in it. Not sure what to do.
Yes the cabin cost me 30K for the down payment! If you really interested in jumping on a call and looking at that property I’d love to do that as well!

Isn't cleaning just paid by the customer so that wouldnt be an expense? Any yes, thanks for the content. Looking at NC potentially or BR, GA as well. Broken Bow near me has gotten way too expensive.
Hey Brandon, i still count it as an expense since Airbnb takes a percent and because depending on if it's a one-day turn I pay more to my cleaner. Yeah NC looks great as well!

Hey Kelan and Brittany, it took me about 30 days to close on the property and then it was live the first day that it was under my name! I'm probably putting maybe an hour a week into the business!

What do you think if more profitable condo/cabin in the mountains or a beach condo?
Always depends on the breakdown! Some beach condos probably make more than my cabin
The one I’m looking at says it grossed 45,000$ last year is that good. How much profit do you think they seen on that? Thanks for your reply.

Business tax 10 percent 2,500 a year business tax .10 percent
Buisness insurance and more charges

Hey Will absolutely I charge a cleaning fee. The revenue includes the cleaning fees that i collect as well. Sorry should have made that more clear!

Yeah I had a lot of flips that month but good thing is that the guest pays the cleaning fees!

Numbers are not adding up. You bought this place for just 27k and your 6 month mortgage is 6k. Really? I am willing to buy 8 cabins at this price :)
Hey Mowed, my mortgage payment is 1209 per month, the first month mortgage payment is included in the down payment. So 1209 * 5 = 6045.
