    I have panic disorder and sometimes meditation actually makes derealization worse

      Hey Marina, yes that can absolutely happen. Many people think that meditation (or mindfulness) always has to be positive, but that's not true. As I say in the video, in studies mindfulness meditation seems to help about 75% of people with panic disorder (if they can stick with the routine of having a regular meditation practice).
