Hii garima... Main aapko follow karte hue gar parhi hi exercise karti hu..par main mat use nahi karti or main sirf socks pehan Kar hi exercise karti hu., ISS liye jab bhi toes ki exercise karti hu to slip ho jati hu..koi solution ho to bataye.. thanks
Hi garima I am a married working women , i don't get time seperately for excercise But i am gaining weight from the last two years ( may be due to my buzy routine) my femine posture is getting irregular I am continuesly gaining my weight over waist and tummy Can u please suggest some excercises that i can do any whr any time even if i get 5 mint inbetween my daily routine Because i am not able to get seperate time for warmup or work out And also tell me regarding when to do dat excercise ( with meals / after meals and how much time after meals if ) Thanks U r doing grt wrk
