Really good video for after a run, ive tried many and this is by far the best. Clean instructions, calm voice, options for advanced and beginners and the stretches felt sooo good! Thanks so much, I’ll be doing this one a lot.
Good stretch class! Short and effective. Good teacher (calming) and appropriate instruction for runners with tight hips. Good adjustments for those that have less flexibility. Will be checking out more of his classes!
Cueing is your superpower! I appreciated how you made me aware of how the poses should feel in all parts of my body. I've done most of these poses before but some felt new because of your addition guidance. Thanks!
This yoga sequence is the bestest! I am a runner and I have an imbalance with my muscles since quite a while and this gives me so much problems in dynamic running and force. I feel much better after this sequence, tried so many hip openers before. The perfect recovery after 13 k run today. Thank you very much!
Did this on my recovery day from power Yoga, weight training and line dancing lol. It still has a few vinyasas but I modified by doing them on my knees as I just wanted to move but not strain. Love Calvin’s teaching style. He has such creative flows and a cool, laid back voice.

This video was so good . It would be great if there was also a video that went through really basic stretches to open the hips and loosen the hamstrings. I saw the one already on your channel, but I even find that too challenging.

This was great. I did it after a 16 mile run and it felt so good! Loved the clear instruction and alignment cues.

Great yoga but the ads ruined it for me.
Too bad they've started throwing ads into the middle of this class, really disruptive, it ruins an otherwise great class.
It is more a stretching session
