- A 20 minute yoga class to lift your spirits anytime! Get an all over yoga class with vinyasa, standing sequence, balance, back strengthening, back bending, core work and leg stretches. Of course there’s meditation and breathing too! This class is excellent for all levels and easy enough to fit into the busiest schedules.

Thanks again Michelle. This was the first practice I’ve been able to complete in 2 weeks. The neuropathies I have from chemo makes my arms and legs feel like lead. Today this practice was just for me and I could even do a chataranga! Bless you and heart alchemy for helping me in my cancer journey❤️❤️❤️

LOTS OF GREAT FEEDBACK! First, I appreciate the variety in poses you included, especially virabhadrasana II and side plank. Warrior flows and side body stretches work wonders. As well, it helped to jump right into it, especially with my short attention span (I'm working on it!). Lastly, I found it funny that I am stronger at advanced-version side planks but wobbly in the modified side plank! Thank you, as always, for another rewarding opportunity to practice. If finances allow, I hope to donate and show my support. Namaste
