    Thanks again Michelle. This was the first practice I’ve been able to complete in 2 weeks. The neuropathies I have from chemo makes my arms and legs feel like lead. Today this practice was just for me and I could even do a chataranga! Bless you and heart alchemy for helping me in my cancer journey❤️❤️❤️

    Thank you so much for that perfect class! I've been recovering from long covid and muscle exhaustion and the yoga seems to do wonders but I can't go an hour yet. So this was a perfect class for me and I like your teaching method. Thank you!💜

    I have done this at least 20 times! It is my go to when I don’t have much time and I feel like it’s a really complete physical and emotional workout! 💚

    This was AWESOME! That strenthening at the end was perfect - didnt expect it but its what i needed. The whole video. I cant wait to do this one again. I think about this video all the time lol

    I absolutely love this particular 20 mins spirit uplifting class! It’s magnificent! During this pandemic, I’ve aligned to it endless times. You’re a fantastic teacher, full of so much love.     LOTS OF GREAT FEEDBACK! First, I appreciate the variety in poses you included, especially virabhadrasana II and side plank. Warrior flows and side body stretches work wonders. As well, it helped to jump right into it, especially with my short attention span (I'm working on it!). Lastly, I found it funny that I am stronger at advanced-version side planks but wobbly in the modified side plank! Thank you, as always, for another rewarding opportunity to practice. If finances allow, I hope to donate and show my support. Namaste
