I love your TCA peels! They worked really well on my acne scars and melasma as well as brightening up my complexion. The pain is a lot to bear at times but it is worth it 😅
No need to suffer. Remember a few things: 1. Be sure to STOP use of retinoids and strong leave-on acids 4-6 days prior to a peel. 2. Go ahead and use a numbing cream. Apply, wipe and wash well prior to peel. 3. Use a lowe % of TCA and just apply more layers! Try the 7%. It is GREAT.
I love your videos and your products. THEY WORK! I've been doing a series of eye peels over the course of about 8 months and the difference is unbelievable. I was considering blepharaplasty but not any more. Thank you!
OH!!! So super to hear this. It can definitely take some time to get the REAL changes happening. Collagen takes time to build in the skin. Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring story with us and our followers. I KNOW they are excited to hear the potential goodness that they can achieve.
My daughter and I love your products and I appreciate you making this so easy and affordable. I deal with sensitive aging skin and she deals with oily acne prone skin. Both of us benefit tremendously from your products. Thank you 😘
Around 35 I started to notify I was loosing firming on my upper eyelids, I did some tca peel and it was miraculous no more ptosis, my skin is retracted itself no wrinkles notning like in my 20's this is fabulous, people asking me all the time what are you doing to your skin why you're looking so young, my secret is no sun and chemical peel. With chemical peel the skin is plumped by its own collagen and elastin, and no need for Botox because the skin is stretched and firm by the production of collagen induced by chemical peel. This is the best. As I shave my hair, I also do chemical peel on my scalp, and I noticed that all my facial skin was more strained.

This is fourth chemical peel that I’ve ever done with your 7% tca peel and I’m so happy with it! Main thing is to not do it more than once a month and to not except results too quickly
Hello. That is the absolute truth with everything! Real changes take time. Collagen doesn't just pop up because of a single treatment. Over the months HUGE changes will be seen.
@@earlofmar7987Yes it burns. Depending on the percentage varies the severity of the burning sensation and also how use to it you are/ your tolerance. I find I’m completely peel in about a weekish/ less than two weeks for sure. Décolletage takes about 4 weeks to completely flake off. It’s not as noticeable as the face peeling imho tho. I feel comfortable leaving the house after about a week, even with the chest peeling still. Not sure if it’s different for everyone, this is just my experience. :)
You have cleared up all my misconceptions I had about all the peels and what each do. I am ready to order my peel etc. You have very beautiful skin. Is there someone I can call at your business to get some custom help? Yours truly, Linda N.
You did TCA 30 under your eyes? That is not recommended. Are you stating this correctly? TCA 30 would cause an immediate frosting of the skin (white/blanching), intense irritation and then a pink hue to the skin (erythema). 1. A peel is not instant. It will take 3-5 days to Start flaking and another 3-5 days to Finish flaking.
As long as you applied the TCA 20 or 30 correctly and pretreated (if you have ethnic skin tones) with a melanin inhibitor... everything will be just fine. Wear your SPF 50 every day.

Hello. TCA is the best option to help stimulate collagen and elastin. BUT ... nothing is going to just fill in areas where the fat and underlying tissues are migrating causing hollowing. What you Can do though ... is to get a series of PRF undereye treatments. I would couple this with your TCA 7 peels.
Just because it is self-neutralizing doesn't mean it should stay on the skin. Since it is not performing any purpose at this time - it is best to wash it off and then apply products that WILL benefit your skin. :) So rinse, apply Matrixyl and Luminosity until next day.
@@PlatinumSkinCare I'm thinking about doing this for syringoma that has formed under my eye. Is it helpful or no? I've had electrocauterization done and it did not work.
No need to be scared with a super light percentage. That's what we love about the 7%TCA. You can layer it - and even a mild percentage can be super beneficial with 3-5 layers.
I have a few questions: 1) Can Vaseline be used as the barrier ointment? 2) How bad is the pain after applying the TCA peel under the eyes lol? 3) Is using 15% TCA your first time too high of a percentage?
Are you saying that you applied a TCA 25% ON your eye area? OR, you got it IN your eyes? Please explain further. I am not sure what you are asking. ... To keep acid out of your eyes you will always do a barrier ointment like Vaseline or Aquaphor. ... Then NEVER use TCA 25 on the eyes ... or even face. Start with a 7 or 13.
Hello. Just ordered the TCA 7% and 13% for face and eyes. So excited to start and I've learned so much from you. QUESTION: Can these peels ( and working up the layers) be an ongoing monthly treatment or should I do a series of x months and then stop for x months before I start again. Thank you!
This is something that everyone asks. YES... you can continue on with your peels as you see fit. You can take a break if you wish ... or just continue on with a 1x monthly peel. Do what works best with your schedule. What usually happens is that you do 2 or 3 sessions and then you are HAPPY with your face. YEP! Then... you just continue on with your Daily Regimen products (Fusion A, Acid wash, Antioxidants, Peptides ... SPF) and then do a peel whenever you want a BOOST again. ***Be SURE to take PHOTOS each month ... or every couple of months during your Sessions so you can SEE how far you have come! Once you reach the 3-6 month time frame ... big changes from deep down are going to start showing on your face. That is when you start your Happy Dance! Can't wait to see it!
Hello Jennifer. I am placing my order for the eye peel. I am so excited to be this proactive in the age fight around the eyes. It is a a smart idea and smart for the wallet. Thanks for all of the info. Your videos are stellar. I have one question. After the initial 7 days will the under eye look better or worse or the same? In the video I think you say smoother but that collagen formation takes time. In the written website description it is only mentioned about the time involved for new collagen. I have only used lactic, and I am new to that (waiting the week prior to eye peel). So no experience to speak of.
Laura Dean many people do state that they see a tightening in the skin. I do not like to state that will happen though - as it is not with everyone. After a few peels you should definitely start to see changes in your skin. Patience is the key for sure. But these changes are real and long lasting.
@@PlatinumSkinCare Right. That probably gets me thinking about the maintenance question. You're welcome 😅 But I will wait til I get there...you have earned your business already by making the tutorial videos. We are all individuals though , as you stated. However here's hoping glycolic acids work for skin period, and that only variations of timing and possibly strength come into the mix.
Laura Dean all we can do is try - see what results we are achieving- and then tweak our regimen. It will happen. Every little bit helps in the long run.
Hello. We don't want you to do an Eye peel more than 1x a month. So that is our recommendation. You can certainly push this LONGER than that if you have worked up to a stronger % of TCA or are applying many more layers.
We generally consider the 13% a 2nd step peel for the eye area. Starting with 7% at 3 layers is the safest. Work up to 5 layers and then you can try 1 layer of the 13. Now.. if you are feeling bold - that is certainly your choice. If not, you can cut the 13% in 1/2 and apply that.
Hello ☺️ I’m a fan of these peels! I am soon going to use my last vial of 7% tca under my eyes. Would you recommend I stick to 7% for repurchase or would you recommend 13% for under eyes? Is it safer to increase concentration for under eyes since the skin is thinner? Thank you!

Hello. There is not any difference. You can leave it on all day if you wish. We prefer to rinse it off once the peel has coagulated the proteins in the skin. Then you can apply other helpful treatments instead of just having your solution sitting on the skin.
If your eyes are naturally hooded, then we can't change the configuration just by performing an exfoliating peel. TCA on the eye area will help to stimulate collagen and tighten though.
Hi thanks so much for this video! Very educational 😊 can this be done as a preventative treatment? I'm in my early 20's (turning 23 soon) and have actively been making adjustments in my skincare routine to help slow the signs of aging. I'm noticing some very fine little lines under my eyes, nothing major... yet. What are your thoughts? Thank you! 💖💫
There is nothing at all wrong with preventative skin care. I don't think you would need a monthly peel - but maybe 1-2x a year would be a super way to stimulate collagen and elastin so you KEEP looking great. Retinol is your friend as well. Use that now and forever for the healthiest skin. Start with the .10%.
Hi Jennifer, love your channel! I've loved my peel results so far, but the last time my under eye area looked like it had more crepiness instead of less after it healed. Can you help to shed some light please? I had about 6 weeks between 1st & 2nd. Many thanks 🙂
Hmmmm. I am thinking that it is still just dry from the peel then. Did you get any flakes from it? I suggest next time when you wash your face/eyes... use a washcloth and gently gently buff the eye area a bit to get any residual dead skin off. .. If that is not it... more hydration. Consider hyaluronic like in the Nano Hyaluronic that we have and then a emollient cream. Then remember, it is going to take at least 3 months for that to really kick in and for the collagen/elastin that is being regenerated to start moving UP. So give it a little bit more time. 3-4 peels seems to be a magic number for many ... when they really start to see changes in the eye area.
Hi I bought the TCA 13% is that okay to use on the eyes or is there something I can do with it maybe add some water? And can I use The same TCA on the lips as well?
Your videos are amazing and informative. I really want to try this. Can I do the 7% eye peel and a 20% face peel at the same time so I am recovering only once?
Absolutely you can. I would suggest doing only one AREA at a time ... Say the Eyes first and be all rinsed and then do the face. *Just to avoid any possibility of accidentally applying the wrong percentage somewhere.
@@PlatinumSkinCare Let's say I did the low strength peel on my eyes and next I want to apply a higher strength peel on my face. Do I still need to put vaseline as a barrier to my eyes even after I just did an eye peel?
@@yuckie3204 I would just apply your normal healing products to the eye area. Then do the peel on the rest of your face. It will be easy enough to stay away from the eyes,
Certainly. I would pretreat the area with a melanin inhibitor for a couple of weeks first though. Then go ahead and use a Qtip to get the acid precisely where you want it.
Ebony White you can use the 13% if you wish. It depends on how much solution you are using. Equal parts water + Tca 13% would equal 6.5%. Your solution would be closer to two parts Tca 13% + 1 part water. A part could be a drop, a dropper full, or a 1/2 tsp. Whichever works for you.
@@vernettep We try to avoid tap water because there are so many chemicals added. A spring or distilled water would be perfect and hey... if you don't have either, don't worry if you have to use tap. ;)
Hi i have a question regarding about the fade bright lighting, if i use lip pell intense restotation kit. Do i need to buy the fade bright for maintenance my lip? Thank you,
If you are continuously getting darker .. then yes it is a good option to help prevent more darkening. I also suggest SPF on the lips daily. Use a lip product like this one: www.platinumskincare.com/cotz-lip-balm-spf-45/
Hello. This is a milder peel. We are applying it very dry for safety. At 3 layers there was mostly dryness with a few flakes. The more layers though.. the more flaking you would see.
If your dark circles are caused by pigmentation - then it is an excellent option. Sometimes when you start to get hollows - that is lack of collagen/elastin thick tissues UNDER the skin. TCA can help to stimulate that. ***PRF is an excellent treatment to deal with that though!
Hi Jennifer, thanks for making these wonderful peels. My question is if the low percentage of TCA, like 7% really works to encourage skin to produce more collagen on the eye areas? I thought only high percentage TCA could make this happen. What about the 13% TCA? Is it also good/strong enough to fight aging signs on skin? Thanks.
We like to be safer around the eye area. 3-5 layers of a 7% is quite beneficial. You can work up to a 13% --- but take it slowly and never do more than 1 a month. The eyes are thinner and more sensitive.
TCA is the only acid that has actual studies to prove that it does create new collagen and elastin tissues in the skin. When these increase, the skin will look better and can certainly become a bit tighter. Is it a replacement for a blepheraplasty? ... Probably not. But, it will improve the eye area starting at about 3 peels and moving on from there.
Is okay to use a percentage higher then 10% under the eyes? Like if I do a 20% peel all over is it okay to take It right up underneath my eyes. Or should I avoid the area completely and use just the 10%. I did a couple layers of 10% and I just felt it wasn’t strong enough. Thanks again!
The eyes can really swell if you are applying a peel that is very strong. Could you? Sure ... but, I would not be in any hurry to work UP to that. Remember, the collagen you are stimulating today with THIS peel application will not be visible for months. There is no rush. Even the strongest acid peel is not going to give INSTANT long-term results. Building tissues happens deep in the skin. :) Take a before photo now ... and then 1 every month. You will see changes starting around month 3.
So I've watched other people do TCA peels (not on their eye area I must admit) and they react like they are ready to jump out of their skin and scream. You appear totally relaxed and calm. Is it because you have done it so often? I saw you mention numbing in one video but haven't seen it since or found it on your site. I'm nervous about TCA!
Ah! That all depends on the percentage of acid. This 7% is not irritating at all. Just lightly tingling. Very different from a 13% at 3-4 layers or a 20% TCA.
@@HolmsAwayFromHome 13% will be just fine on the face. One layer will be "tingly" and not bad at all. Wash + alcohol + TCA then wait 5 minutes. Now, decide if you want to add another layer. If so... apply it and wait another 5 minutes and then rinse with COLD water until everything feels good again. That will be a perfect first peel. You wont' need numbing cream for that. If you work your way up to several layers ... then the numbing caine products are helpful.
Ma'am, i have good amount of dark circles.. which peel should I do? I sus it's cuz of pigmentation. (Please provide % of those peels too) skin type = normal/oily
I recommend our TCA 7% for the eye area. We do sell an eye peel kit online at platinumskincare.com. Be sure to properly pretreat with Fade Bright for 2 weeks prior to applying your peel.
Hello. Prep B is Only used immediately prior to applying your TCA or Jessners acid. It is used to strip the skin of any oils or debris after cleansing. It is NOT an every day product like a retinoid or acid cleanser. Please don't confuse those types of "skin preparation regimen products" for something like this.
How can get all this products ?and is this tca helps in fade melasma too forever ?if no then how long it will be worked on skin by tca peel work for the skin ?

Nadine l Garza No, frosting is not a need with Tca. It does happen with many layers or higher percentages to many people though. It is not your end goal here.
Miriam Zafarani there really isn’t much down time if you are only applying 1-2 layers. It is a milder percentage. Your eyes will be dry, but it is very manageable. Next time you can try more layers.

Hi I love the video! So I’m preparing to do my first tca peel under the eye and I already use an eye cream that contains the same ingredients as fade bright along with vitamin A. Is this okay to use for prepping the skin? The eye cream has been apart of my nighttime routine for months now.
That sounds just fine. I am not sure what % of alpha arbutin or hydroquinone is in your eye cream though. Hopefully at least the recommended dosage. :)
@@PlatinumSkinCare I know there’s alpha arbutin but def not hydroquinone. I actually used hydroquinone prior and when I stopped the hyperpigmentation came back darker. Thank God it has since faded. I’ve been using Dr V’s dark circle kit and it’s worked wonders for my dark circles. Hopefully this peel will be the last step to get rid of it completely. Thanks so much for your response!
Why do you apply the peel to the eye lid/top of eyes? I almost passed out when you did that! Don't you only need to apply below & on the outer sudes/crow's feet?
If you want to stimulate collagen - just - on the crows feet areas, then apply your peel there. If you want to tighten your lids and stimulate collagen there as well though, you will want to apply the acid there as well. the gauze is very dry and I didn't even feel any irritation while applying the solution. There are careful ways to do a peel on the eye area.
If you want to do your face at the same treatment day - we suggest you do the eyes. Rinse and apply your treatments. Then do your face. It is too easy to mix up the acids ... or go over too far if you are not super careful. Best to do one and then the other.
can I use 30% TCA peel on the same area? that's the percentage that I have right now, I've done it before on my whole face but not on the eye area....btw, LOVE your channel :)
Thanks for the demo . I did the treatment , but found the Vaseline and extra moisturiser around the eye irritating to my eyes . Any advice would be appreciated
Understood. It does not have to be a thick, gooey dollup. Just a thin barrier is fine. Apply and then partially wipe off. ... then attempt to stay far away.
Hi PSC-I finished my eye peel kit. Can I use my TCA 13 on the eyes? Idk the strength of the kit but I was able to do 3 layers. Is TCA 13 stronger than the kit? Thank you so much
The kit contains 7% TCA. You can use the TCA 13 under the eye area. Start with 1-2 layers or you can dilute the TCA 13 down with water to lessen the percentage.
Hi Jennifer, thank you for the video. I just did an eye peel and I had a question regarding the afterward care for the next days: you mentioned to keep the eye area hydrated preferably twice a day, (as I understand no makeup or retinol products), do I need to clean the eye area every time I apply the hydrating oil? Also, do I need to change my usual skin care routine (am and pm) in case TCA has any other drying effect on the overall face? Thank you for your answer. Stay well.
On the next following days you can do the Luminosity if you wish. Stop that once any dryness/flaking occurs. Emu oil or essentials Blend will be perfect to keep it hydrated. SPF 50 is very important. You could put some makeup on if you wish - but if you can skip it, that is always best. I would wash your face as normal. Usually 2x per day. You don't "have" to wash it again just to apply more hydration (if needed). I think the untreated parts of your face can go on with your normal regimen.
This question may have been answered somewhere, but I can’t find it or missed it lol. Can an eye peel (with appropriate percentage) be done in the same session as a facial peel?
Hello. Absolutely you can. I suggest doing one area at a time though. We don't want to accidentally grab and apply the Wrong %. :) Do the eyes first and then apply your product. Then do the rest of your face.
I did a chemical peel and I used almost half of the bottle i will cut the gauze next time bc it soaked up half of the product or I'll buy a brush bc I literally wasted so much product using a whole square of gauze :(
Question: I’ve had tca peels years ago by am esthetician and have skin that loves peels. I see this was a 7 percent peel. How is the down time for this peel? I might have missed that part, sorry. I’m really enjoying your videos!
Very small downtime - even with multiple layers - since we are applying this so lightly. Just some dryness mostly that will go away over the course of the next week or so.
Scrappykat I would not, as an esthetician and nurse..You can cause post inflammatory hyperpigmentation that will take years to get rid of by using the wrong acids and % that are safe for your skin tone. Please see an esthetician or dermatologist for any chemical peels, I'd hate to see your skin get much worse rather than better.
We suggest - just like a peel on any part of your face or body - to use a melanin inhibiting product for 2 weeks prior to any peels. Our Fade Bright has alpha arbutin in it and that will slow the melanin production in your skin so you are less likely to get PIH.
@@kati5302 Any acid can cause PIH if you are prone. To get past that you will need to prepare your skin. A hydroquinone or other melanin inhibitor will be just fine. This is a VERY light peel.
Hi Jennifer! I am very interested in this product but I have a few questions. I use a retinol every other night and a vitamin C serum--should I stop these prior to doing the peel? Also, is it safe to do this peel if I have under eye fillers? Thank you!!
ScalpelTron if retinol is applied to your eye area it could make you more sensitive, so go ahead and stop that a few days prior to your peel. The vitamin C is perfectly fine. No worries.
ScalpelTron the peel is applied on top of the skin so this will not interfere with any fillers. Unless your doctor recommended differently- in that case their knowledge trumps mine.
I have a skin tag on one of my eyelids I'd love to rid myself of. Is there any way to use a spot treatment of a higher percentage to rid myself of this tag?
ratchison28 absolutely. I would use the 30%. Apply a barrier such as Vaseline around the tag to protect your skin. Then use a Qtip to apply acid only to the tag itself.
Hi Jennifer. It's awesome that you do this and thank you so much. I have darker circles down on the lower orbital bone. I don't know if it's a reflection for my glasses causing pigment to build up there or what. But I wonder could night just wiped out also?

TCA 25% is FAR FAR too strong for under the eyes. Oh my! TCA 7 or 13 are much safer and recommended. Learn about layering here: www.platinumskincare.com/understanding-tca/ And watch here: www.platinumskincare.com/what-can-i-do-about-my-dark-circles/
@@srishtisharmxa Yes.... it is. You need patience. NEVER expect that a single peel is going to fix your issues. Expect it to require 6 peels or more ... AND, use daily treatments as well during the process. 1. Melanin inhibitor such as our Fade Bright or Hydroquinone 2x per day. 2. Retinoids to encourage turnover and healing - each evening. *after acclimation. 3. SPF 50 every day and reapply. 4. Find out if there are other reasons for the darkness. See that video. This may be something that is not in the actual skin's coloring, and thus can't be treated with an acid. *Allergies are very common causes. Try a daily allergy med for 30 days.
If the dark skin is caused from melanin - yes it will definitely help. If this is a hereditary issue, then nothing is truly going to help that. **Try using Claritin or another allergy medicine for about 30 days to see if that helps. Many times darkness is allergies.
Hello. Absolutely you can. It is an occlusive ointment though - and not really needed with such a mild peel. So LESS is more. Just a smear. Most likely your normal eye cream could be hydrating enough. Give it a try as well.
I love your TCA peels! They worked really well on my acne scars and melasma as well as brightening up my complexion. The pain is a lot to bear at times but it is worth it 😅
No need to suffer. Remember a few things:
Thank you!

Yes, peels are super helpful for stimulating collagen in the skin. TCA is special indeed.

Does the TCA chemical peel burn? How long do you need for recovery?
@@earlofmar7987Yes it burns. Depending on the percentage varies the severity of the burning sensation and also how use to it you are/ your tolerance. I find I’m completely peel in about a weekish/ less than two weeks for sure. Décolletage takes about 4 weeks to completely flake off. It’s not as noticeable as the face peeling imho tho. I feel comfortable leaving the house after about a week, even with the chest peeling still. Not sure if it’s different for everyone, this is just my experience. :)

I just did 30%, TCA under my eyes. I am almost 49 and no wrinkles, nada, zip, nothing.😊
I did TCA cross after watching your video. Now I am praying everyday to god🙏🏽🙏🏽 I hope everything will be okay with me.
As long as you applied the TCA 20 or 30 correctly and pretreated (if you have ethnic skin tones) with a melanin inhibitor... everything will be just fine. Wear your SPF 50 every day.

@@PlatinumSkinCare where to buy the kit?
Could you please let me know what is the best peel for under eye hollowing to stimulate collagen and help with that..Thank you
I thought you don’t have to rinse out tca coz it is self neutralizing?
Just because it is self-neutralizing doesn't mean it should stay on the skin. Since it is not performing any purpose at this time - it is best to wash it off and then apply products that WILL benefit your skin. :) So rinse, apply Matrixyl and Luminosity until next day.
Omg! You are so brave to do this. But I can see why. You know exactly what you are doing and are very careful.
Yes indeed. And I am here to help teach others how they can do it safely as well. The 7% TCA is very mild and it just fine for the eye area.

No need to be scared with a super light percentage. That's what we love about the 7%TCA. You can layer it - and even a mild percentage can be super beneficial with 3-5 layers.
I have a few questions:
1) Can Vaseline be used as the barrier ointment?
2) How bad is the pain after applying the TCA peel under the eyes lol?
3) Is using 15% TCA your first time too high of a percentage?
Yes.
With 7%.... very mild.
Yes. Use a lighter percentage. Cut that in half and apply 3-4 layers.

Start with a 7 or 13.
what kind of ointment should I use around the eye?
You can use a tiny bit of aquaphor or vaseline. Either would work perfectly.

Right.

Can I do entire face including eyes with 13% at the same time and not separate from my face ?
Thank you!
If you are doing 5+ layers of the 7%, then you could move up for sure to a single layer of the 13.

What is the difference in potency with a TCA which is not rinsed off vs one which is? Why are some formulated to not be rinsed off?
Hello. There is not any difference. You can leave it on all day if you wish. We prefer to rinse it off once the peel has coagulated the proteins in the skin. Then you can apply other helpful treatments instead of just having your solution sitting on the skin.

So happy to help.
Just found your video. I have a question, will tca help tighten the upper eyelid area if I was born with hooded eyes?
If your eyes are naturally hooded, then we can't change the configuration just by performing an exfoliating peel. TCA on the eye area will help to stimulate collagen and tighten though.
Hi There! I really enjoy watching your videos. Is it possible to use a glycol if peel on the eye area? Thank You for your advice. Have a nice day.

@@PlatinumSkinCare Thank you for replying, I'll give that a go 🙂

If you are continuously getting darker .. then yes it is a good option to help prevent more darkening. I also suggest SPF on the lips daily. Use a lip product like this one: www.platinumskincare.com/cotz-lip-balm-spf-45/
Does the skin peel off under and over the eyes after this or just dry in general with very light bits of skin coming off?
Hello. This is a milder peel. We are applying it very dry for safety. At 3 layers there was mostly dryness with a few flakes. The more layers though.. the more flaking you would see.
Could you please tell me is TCA peel 7% is good to use on dark circles and aging eyes?
Hi Jennifer, I'm 65 and am noticing loose skin around my eyes as I age. Will the eye peel help tighten the skin?
TCA is the only acid that has actual studies to prove that it does create new collagen and elastin tissues in the skin. When these increase, the skin will look better and can certainly become a bit tighter. Is it a replacement for a blepheraplasty? ... Probably not. But, it will improve the eye area starting at about 3 peels and moving on from there.
Is it bad if i accidentally applied the luminosity on a border where i didn’t apply the tca?
Hello. Not at all. :) Some graduate their Fusion A Retinoid %'s to be using that daily.
Great info. Do you ship to Australia?
Yes indeed we do!
I ordered your 13% for my face. What about the numbing?
Will a peel with collagen stimulation?
A TCA peel definitely will. That is why it is "the" anti-aging peel.
Litteraly the best 👍

Hello is Prep b the same with skin prep? Can I do it even I just did my face peel a week ago?
Hello. Prep B is Only used immediately prior to applying your TCA or Jessners acid. It is used to strip the skin of any oils or debris after cleansing. It is NOT an every day product like a retinoid or acid cleanser. Please don't confuse those types of "skin preparation regimen products" for something like this.

Miriam Zafarani usually 7 days depending on your skin and the strength you use

How much is in a "part"?@PlatinumSkinCare
@@ryanh4700equal parts. Like a teaspoon for product and a teaspoon of water. Measure each product using the same measurement. But the dilution is what you want to worry about; like more water added the weaker the dilution
@@zuriharris7121 That is fine ... One or the other. Alpha Arbutin is Much safer for most.
Can this be applied over the eyebrows to remove dry skin under the brows
Hello. Certainly it could.
Would you do this in a full face application too. And do it seperately or with the rest of the face
Please do NOT use TCA 30 on your face. Dilute it down to a 15%.
Hi. Thank you for your video. Can I do tca eye peel and tca face peel at the same time?
Yes, absolutely .... but I still suggest doing one AREA at a time so you do not mix up the acid strengths.
Thanks, I’ll try this
Hi PSC-I finished my eye peel kit.
Would it be okay to use 7% all over the face if your skin is sensitive and you don’t wanna start with 13?
100%! That is a perfect place to start.
Wow Your Looking Do Gorgeous 😍
Well, thank you! I always appreciate some awesome compliments like that! xoxo
Platinum Skin Care, thank you very much Jennifer. As always, your kindness shines forth.
@@gladiolaulqinaku Happy to help.
If you get cold sores, would avoiding the mouth area be enough to prevent any issues? Thanks!
If you are not going to be applying acid near the mouth, then you should be just fine.
I did a chemical peel and I used almost half of the bottle i will cut the gauze next time bc it soaked up half of the product or I'll buy a brush bc I literally wasted so much product using a whole square of gauze :(
Don't use a brush - they will drip. As for the gauze - make sure to squeeze out any extra. You should have enough for 3-5 peels from that bottle.
Hi ! Nice vidéo thanks ! What product is used to make the Barrier ointment please ? ☺️☺️
You can use petroleum jelly (vasoline or aquaphor)
Thank you, Jennifer!
You are welcome!
I have darker skin and am prone to inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Can I do a peel like this safely?
Scrappykat I would not, as an esthetician and nurse..You can cause post inflammatory hyperpigmentation that will take years to get rid of by using the wrong acids and % that are safe for your skin tone. Please see an esthetician or dermatologist for any chemical peels, I'd hate to see your skin get much worse rather than better.
@@skyhoward2050 TY for your reply-----that's what I was thinking too!
Also, how thick of a layer of vaseline/barrier should we apply? It doesn't look too thick on the video. Thank you
You want a good amount to create a barrier. :)
Laura Dean I’m not sure what that last part was in reference to. I think that you can definitely use the Fade Bright on the area 2x per day and then think about the eye peel.
@@PlatinumSkinCareI am sorry, didn't proof read. I was asking if I could apply the tca to the orbital bone as well as directly under the eye.
I sam thinking yes please on the eye peel. The darkened area is one problem, then there are lines and wrinkles as well. Thanks for your help. 😀
Laura Dean you are welcome.
@@laurahelene9118 Absolutely you can. Apply a little vaseline to stop it from seeping further than you wish. The peel will help with the lines as well. The eye peel comes with the Matrixyl Synthe'6 which is EXCELLENT for the eye wrinkles. Our Platinum Eyes Restoration Eye Cream is great to: www.platinumskincare.com/platinum-eye-restoration-therapy/

Okay, I will be prepared to order end of next week. I am going for it with the eye peel and I am so excited I can hardly stand it! I was reading about Matrixyl Synthe 6 and was blown away by he description!!
I must tell you I did my first peel ever 5 days ago, not from here but it's how I found you! It is 40% lactic acid. I felt nothing except slight tingly burn on forehead for under a minute. It should be weekly. How soon should I stop coating skin under eyes to prepare for eye peel?
Are you going to do an before and after your eyes are back to normal?
CheeryGiggles so far no dryness. If I think I can get it on a picture I will post that. This was meant to be more of a walkthrough. So our customers know HOW to do the process.
Thank you kindly for responding! I appreciate you! I've just ordered this product along with the fadebright. I just need help with a good moisturing lotion to apply after i also do a 13% TCA peel because you dont ship emu oil to Australia! can i use jojoba oil instead?
CheeryGiggles hello there. Absolutely you can. Whatever healing, hydrating oils or lotions you have would perfect.
I tan very easily, what do I need to buy before I do the TCA? You mentioned Fade Bright, is there something I can find on Amazon?
Fade Bright is right here: www.platinumskincare.com/fade-bright-lightening/ Apply 2x per day for 2 weeks prior to a TCA peel if your skin is not white/ivory colored or you have ethnic/mixed skin. It will help to prevent PIH.
Good video.
I have used this eyes peel and it's really good .
I have double eyelids and eye bag only under 1 eye, I am 28yrs so do you think multiple treatment will help me in resolving problem.
For the eye bags I would take a look at the Eyelift Xpress Caffeine Roller. Apply this 2x per day to help reduce swelling and water retention. www.platinumskincare.com/eyelift-xpress-caffeine-roller/
The Eye Peel is helpful for pigmentation and signs of aging.

Thanks for this info.
Actually I have nasal congestion on left side and the eye bag is only under left eye. I will consult to doctor . Do you think improving nasal congestion will help in get rid of eye bag.
@@riyasingh1905 I think a decongestant is a great start there for sure. If that isn't helping then take a look at the Eye Roller
Thanks for that, can I use retrieve cream to my eyes?please
I am not aware of what that cream is. ... but, if it is gentle then go right ahead.
Can you do the lips thanks?
Marcia James absolutely you can. We recommend the 20% Tca for that application so you get quicker benefits. See the tutorial for lip area here: ua-cam.com/video/MxMLCPyOiDg/v-deo.html
*Quick thought. Are you referring to applying this directly to the pink lips? We do not have a protocol for that. I believe it will most likely cause cracking- so use caution if you are choosing that and stay with the lower percentage until you see what happens.
Can you use a peel on the neck?
Kevin Yasoni absolutely. You can peel anywhere on your body that is not a mucus producing area. We generally suggest to bring your face peel down the neck and even onto the chest.
Hi I just received my order , i was wandering if i can use alcohol swabs 70% instead of 90% ?
cuz i did order the eye kit and also prep A , and I found the the eye kit needs prep B.
You can use the 70%. I would just go over the area 2x to make sure all of the oil is off. *You can use Prep A prior to TCA as well. It's fine. No worries!!
Are you able to pour the tca back in to the bottle if there is excess or is there a risk of cross contamination?
ratchison28 you should be fine if it was a clean container. If not just toss it - and pour less next time.
Can I use it for tattoos? It’s the same procedure?
You are wanting to soften tattoos? You can try with TCA ... but it is not going to penetrate as deeply as a laser would. See here: platinumskincare.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/13675978091539-How-can-I-FADE-my-Tattoo-d-or-Microbladed-Eyebrows-
Mam, i want to treat undereye pigmentation. Which peel works the best:. TCA or Combination peel?
Also, I've tried a TCA 25% under my eyes. They literally burnt my eyes so I'm very scared this time. Please suggest me a good peel for severe dark circles
TCA 25% is FAR FAR too strong for under the eyes. Oh my! TCA 7 or 13 are much safer and recommended. Learn about layering here: www.platinumskincare.com/understanding-tca/
And watch here: www.platinumskincare.com/what-can-i-do-about-my-dark-circles/
@@PlatinumSkinCare I know mam but TCA 7/13% are not at all beneficial in removing hyperpigmentation 😞
Does this peel gonna help for dark circles please reply
If the dark skin is caused from melanin - yes it will definitely help. If this is a hereditary issue, then nothing is truly going to help that. **Try using Claritin or another allergy medicine for about 30 days to see if that helps. Many times darkness is allergies.
I live in ltaly.where can l get this product and how much does it cost please
Hello. You may purchase on our website here: www.platinumskincare.com/eye-peel-intense-restoration-kit/
Can one apply Aquaphor after the TCA 7 eye peel instead emu oil or other products in the kit? (trying to save $)
Hello. Absolutely you can. It is an occlusive ointment though - and not really needed with such a mild peel. So LESS is more. Just a smear. Most likely your normal eye cream could be hydrating enough. Give it a try as well.
