Attention Everyone reading this Soonsu Peel is amazing and don’t be afraid to use it especially for the beginners. Trust me it’s not painful and your skin will glow. I’m 55yo and my skin especially the chest or declate are smooth and not wrinkled.
You're brave Claudia! I had a TCA peel beneath my eyes at a plastic surgeon's office a few weeks ago. I don't know the percentage but it had to be very high because I could feel my baggy skin burning immediately. The physician used a q-tip to apply and it felt he lit my skin with a match. No sooner did I think it was getting too uncomfortable, when he said it worked, he could see my skin "frosting". Then he used a neutralizer and the pain stopped immediately. The entire process must have lasted less than 90 seconds start to finish. Recovery was a breeze. I was instructed to keep a think layer of vaseline on the skin at all times. After a few days it started to itch and little by little, sheets of skin started flaking off. I was a little pink but nothing worse. After the first 24 hours no one would have noticed anything. But did it work! All that crepey sag beneath my eyes is gone. It exceeded my expectations. So leave it to you for tackling this at home. I wouldn't recommend what I had for home use. It was super strong. The pain level was an 8. At least. But the TCA beneath the eyes was just what I needed. Good luck with your recovery.
It’s nice hearing good results. Did u have under-eye puffiness? I absolutely love Claudia’s vulnerability + her willingness to put so much work + effort into educating those of us, like me… who may prefer DIY for various reasons. Im sure u’ll agree… she is truly a gem 💎
Hi Maureen, thank you for you kind comment and for sharing your experience with an in office TCA peel. It is so great to hear that you had such great results! It sounds like it was really worth it xx
I have done 2 TCA peels at home. The second one I did 5 layers and will never do that again. I didn't know you could use undereye. I use platinum skincare. Lidocaine first but will only do 1 or 2 layers.
Hi Claudia, just wanted to give you my last update on the peel. I did the peel on a Sunday night. After my initial shocked and scared because it got so hot 🥵 not painful just hot I said no way i will try this again, but i must say you have been so right about the benefits of using peels. I started shedding Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on most of my face and my skin looks so much better now. I have smaller pores and smooth appearance. This with just one pass for 5 mins. I will definitely try it again for second and as recommended and let you know how more. I can't believe this was my first peel ever. Should have done long time ago. Lol it definitely improves the skin. Thank you!
I have been using this peel as an Aesthetician , it’s great , am glad I found someone who’s using it also . I purchase direct from the company in korea of cos a lot of quantities.Their products are great.
Hi I’ve tried the Soonsu Shining Peel 6 times from one box of 5 vials as well as the Platinum TCS 13% and 20% 4 times. Some observations: Soonsu peel certainly allows for less downtime although I personally experience 3-4 days if noticeable peeling which by day 5 almost fully resolves and by day 7 is healed. The results for Soonsu as indicated become noticeable after 3 peel and not sure if much more improvement with additional peels but skin after 7 day cycle looks good. For Platinum TCA peel 20% achieving 3 layers certainly more intense pain wise and certainly needs experience to get to this level. Peeling is more intense days3-6 resulting in more downtime so as a working woman I try to do this on Wed or Thurs to benefit from weekend when there is worse peeling. Benefit if Platinum is that I can do this every 4-6 eeejs instead of every 7-10 days with Soonsu which makes it a one and done to get over intense perl over 7 days or so. Both have pros and cons. Soonsu buffered Peel claims 35% TCA but ratios aren’t know with other ingredients which include arginine and retinol. Platinum TCA 20% are pure TCA and one can add skin care retinol and peptide routine after 3 days or so. Pain difference and time to complete cycle are the main factors between both.
I personally prefer doing a deeper 20% TCA peel & just having the whole thing over with 7 to 10 days later. But if you’re forced to be public facing, this could be a good option.
Claudia I’m so glad you showed us another option of a TCA peel aside from the BioRpeel . I like the fact that is has the Retinol included . Your skin looks even more amazing ! Have a great weekend 💜
Hi Sue, thank you for your lovely comment! I agree, I like the addition of retinol. And this peel is half the price and just as effective:) Wishing you a wonderful weekend as well ❤️
Hello Claudia! This is a perfect review! So glad to see your results after two peels to really test the product. Love all the application tips and tricks. I feel confident I can also do it myself. Best!
I appreciate the report about your experience, how it felt, how red your skin got, etc. -- it's very helpful to see what someone else's experience looks like. thanks!
Another great video. I thought your skin look great before you started the peel. I'm still happy with the Ordinary AHA 30% and BHA 2% peeling solution. Be well
I have been having a hard time getting the ordinary peel to actually get my skin to shed. Do you mind telling me how you use it? I’m using it on my forehead mostly, where I have some minor acne scars.
Hi Claudia. Thanks so much for your thorough review. This is perfect time of year to do a peel. I have experience doing many peels but has been a long time since my last one. The most aggressive one was the VI peel when it first launched here in States. I couldn’t leave the house for a week. 😮. I’ve never done a TCA peel but interestingly I have been looking at the Platinum website. Now I want to try this one instead. 🎉
Hi Kathryn, thank you for being here. I have not heard of the VI peel, but not being able to leave the house for a week does not sound like fun. That is why I like these kind of peels. Yes you need to do more of them, but there really is hardly any downtime. If you end up trying this peel, please keep us posted xx
On the website they scare you from using anything above 13% if you are a beginner, whereas Soonzu doesn’t mention whether you are a beginner or not. I am not sure what to make of this…i am a beginner
@@claudiaglows this is exactly what I was wondering-is biphasic the same as buffered? Sounds like YES. Is platinum either of these? Sounds like NO. That’s very helpful. Thank you.
Oooh excited about this Claudia 🎉… Not used anything like this before, so am going to give it a go!! Do you still use all your normal products the day after (retinal, peptides, vit C etc) or do you just moisturise for a few days? Just LOVE all these tutorials - changing everything because of you and am loving it! THANKYOU ❤❤❤
Hello Claudia. Love oyur vids. Im a man in his 50s. I bought last week Biorepeel. I found it. It is still sold. Before that I used to take Bienpeel. I agree with you that Bienpeel burns a lot. Best
Thank you for sharing your experience with this peel and showing us how your skin reacted over several days. Your skin looks amazing! I might have to check this out.
Hi Debbie, thank you for being here. If you end up doing this peel, please keep us posted. Thank you for your kind words, have a wonderful rest of your week xo
Wow thank you so much Claudia! I'm actually going to try this on the backs of my hands (where I have a lot of sun damage). Really appreciate the tips 🙏
I’m glad you found Annie at LLL . She was my first influencer I learned all about DIY .I hope I was helpful in having you look into DIY . I remember seeing your video and telling you about you could learn to do a lot of procedures at home. Maybe maybe not but I like to share this with all woman interested! Enjoy there is so much information right here in the medical professional’s as well.
H, I am super glad I found Annie as well, she is such a sweetheart! Thank you for recommending her and her channel!! I am still not nearly as brave as any is, but these peels and MN is something I feel comfortable doing Wishing you a well deserved weekend x
@@claudiaglows 13%, up to four layers now. I can time my peel by using luminosity, which is a mild retonid. My problem area is my forehead with keltoid overgrowth. I'll do another with five layers next month. I'm 63 for reference. Pretty good skin, apart from my forehead. But, with luminosity applications, I can predict my peeling will be done by day three, which is amazing. And I peeled so much this time. Not too bad on neck and chest, but those areas are pretty particular to the person. I love their peels. But, I look forward to hearing your long term feedback of these peels too.
@@annmareepearce6568 Can you explain how the Luminosity product works? Does it shorten the recovery time from the Platinum Skincare TCA peel? That would be amazing!
Hello, I just ordered it. Looking forward to it as I have heard rave reviews on the Biorepeel. I watched your video on it awhile back. I have never tried it. My lash serum came in and I started it Sunday. I ordered the bogo on the placenta serum from the same site, Thanks for your knowedge and sharing, you are such a beautiful soul! Love you!
Hi Rhonda, I hope you will love the peel as well as the placenta serum. Please keep me posted. And hopefully the lash serum will work really well for you. Thank you for your very kind words, lots of love to you xo
No, I ordered it 11/09. It was shipped priority mail. I still do not have it. The Last postal update was 11/17 saying on transit-arriving late. It still says that today. I think it is lost. I have never had priority mail take this long. I wrote the company to tell them this morning. Have you tried it? @@suki.1313
how interesting. I'm just looking into biorepeel!! you are always light years ahead!!! It's really popular to micro needle all kinds of serums into the skin. But in reality, there are many ingredients in serums that are designed to stay on the skin and not penetrate into the skin (ingredients that contribute to texture, viscosity etc). The risk of these topical being pushed into the skin are possible granulomas. So unless a product is "injection grade", it probably should not be injected or pushed in through open wounds.
It’s great to see your gorgeous face pop up in my comments! I think you would like this peel better than Biorepeel. And when we talk next, remind me to tell you something about Biorepeel I do agree with you, we need to be super careful about what to needle into our skin as the is always the risk of developing granulomas or other problems Biorepeel says it can be needled in. But I tried it once and really did not think it was worth the extra work and discomfort xx
Good morning ❤ Claudia, your skin and eye lashes looks Gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your experience with the new TCA Peel 😇 I was saddened by not being able to purchase the 35% TCA peel 😕 be safe...xoxo 🙏🤗
Hi Mariene, it is lovely to hear from you and thank you so much for your very kind words! If you end up trying this peel, I hope you will love it. Please keep me posted. Lots of love ❤️
Hi, I am happy you are here. Glad this was helpful. If you end up doing this peel, please keep me posted and do not hesitate to reach out if you need any help x
This is so ironic. i was just thinking I should use up my last Biorepeel this weekend! Excited to watch. Thinking of you and hoping you are all well. 💜
I just purchased a tca peel by platinum. I am afraid of downtime. Would you suggest this peel as I have seen multipe videos. Which is the best peel with no downtime and safe?
Hi, because I don’t like downtime either I like these buffered peels. Abut I have never tried a regular TCA peel, many love them, but yes, there is definitely more downtown with them. On the flipside, you probably have to do less of them to get the results then you do with a buffered peel. I just recently did a vitamin A peel, which I also liked, and he did not have a lot of downtime. Video on it coming up this week.
Hi Lorraine, yes, I have used it several times. I wasn’t quite as consistent with it as I would like, since life seems to get in the way, but I would say I’ve done four or five of them The results are very subtle. But then I don’t know if someone has really bad skin, they might see more intense results. And of course, it is also supposed to help with collagen production, which is something that is always so so hard to see Overall, I think it is a very nice, mild and safe at home peel
You're so beautiful, Claudia, and very brave. I have had the same 15% TCA peel for a couple of yrs since trying it on a pea size of skin. This may be just the thing. Thank you so much for sharing. Be well.
Hi beautiful, you look glowing. Great information, as usual🙌. Looking forward to add this one, to my skin regiment, for next year. Have a blessed day🙏❤️
Hi Annie, I can def do that. I need to wait a bit though, since with the move and everything I was not consistent. So once I feel more settled, I will do another series xx
Hi Joanna, thank you! Yes, I use Reviiv lash and brow serum. I actually made a video on it ua-cam.com/video/WQTyX0LHYo8/v-deo.htmlsi=PH-x5wLerN-l0qri If you are interested, I linked the site and a coupons code below the video x
Strange comment...Fostering children, humanitarianism, peace core, doctors with boarders are the lords work...chemical peels are not! Insuling comment for those of us who are trying to make a real difference in people's lives.
Hi Claudia! Thanks for your tutorial on how to apply this peel. Your thoroughness on covering all the steps and the results is so greatly appreciated! The little bottle of serum you used for after care is quite pricey. Can you make a more affordable recommendation? Much love from one of your biggest fans from SoCal!
Hi Cynthia, thank you for your kind and thoughtful comment. It put a smile on my face! Yes, that serum is very expensive and I really do not like the smell. You could use any hydrating serum after. If you have a peptide serum, that would work as well. Even just some hyaluronic acid or aloe vera. It does not have to be fancy. You just want to provide hydration for a few days and not use anything containing acids or other harsh ingredients. Lots of love to SoCall xo
Hi Claudia, very nice video. Thanks for sharing your experience and explaining everything so well. I'm planning on doing a low-dose TCA peel this winter, and it will be my first time. Have a great week!
Hi Claudia! I have a question, do you use the same vial on the second day or do you throw it out and start with a brand new one? I love your skin, you look so healthy and beautiful ❤️ thank you for the video!
My favourite no downtime tca peel is PRX-T33. Its a 33% tca peel and my skin the next day looked incredible. How you tried it? I much preferred it to the BioRePeel.
I have also tried that one and was so happy with results. I will go to make every month one of those because my aesthetician says that I don’t need it often. So good good thing … I payed in Croatia 80€ . In Italy where I am living is much more expensive.
Hi Katrina, I have tried it, and actually even made a video on it. But honestly, I found a bit too painful and much prefer this one. If you end up trying this one, I’d be curious to hear how you like it. x
I’m doing so much of my body with PRXT33. Face, neck, chest, breasts, abdomen, bikini area (hyperpigmentation). I also want to do arms and hands. The only stinging I’ve had was on my face, no where else but extremely mild. I’m also an RN, but anyone can buy this in Canada to ship to US
Hi, thank you for being here. I actually linked the site as well as a discount code you can use below this video in the info box. Please let me know if you can not find it x
I’m an RN and work at a med spa. We have many of these TCA peels. Idk what it is but every time I use one my face breaks out in huge cyst and i never even have acne normally. It’s frustrating! I prefer the Vi peel. I wish my skin reacted better though because the TCA peels are like $35-$40 for me. ☹️
Hi Claudia! Thank you so much for your tutorials. And for being so genuine. Can this be done to a face that's never been peeled before? After watching you I believe I can do it.. Yeesh!
Hi, thank you for your lovely comment! Yes, I think this is a great beginner peel. It super easy to do and not too harsh If you try it, please keep us posted xx
Hi Katie, thank you for your kind comment. Yes, if she would. I find it just as effective, but yet a bit more comfortable to use as well as easier to use.
Hi Kiki, I am happy you are here. Yes, I have done more of this peel and really like it. It is mild and you need to do several to see good results, but I do like it x
I've been watching your videos for a while and love everything you're sharing! I've been using regular TCA peels for a few years and I'm used to layering. Thinking of trying Soonsu Shining Peel and after looking around a bit I can't find anything on layering. Looks like you did one layer? I would like to think waiting 5 minutes and doing another layer wouldn't be a problem, but please share if you did or plan to try two layers. Thanks!
Hi, thank you for your kind comment and for all your love and support. I think you could relayer, but I am not sure it actually makes a difference. But if you try it, please keep me posted x
Thank you so much. If possible, when you're holding something up to the camera, please hold it there a few moments longer. It takes a moment for the camera to focus and you seem to pull away just as the item comes into focus and we don't get a chance to read everything.
Idk why but i just enjoyed watching ur video like i was on relaxing spa place maybe the way u speak. And of course i loved the info u gave. I have question does it help with acne and deep scar? Thank you 👍
Thank you for your lovely comment! I’m glad you enjoyed this. Yes, I think if you do enough of these pills, they will help with acne scars, but you would really have to probably do several series.
Hi Claudia...hope you are well ☺️ I did a course of 6 BioRepeels...even using the microneedling protocol at 0,25. No pain at all, just some tingling. However I feel it did nothing for my skin...I used it mostly for discoloration but no change at all. Thinking of doing the 13% Glycolic from Platinum
Hi Daniela, I am so sorry to hear you had no results from the Biorepeel:(. May I ask you if you bought them from the company directly or a different site? Just wondering if they were authentic since you said you felt no pain at all. Hopefully a Glycolic peel will give you better results. I have heard great things about Platinum skincare and they also are supposed to have great "real" TCA peels which though a bit more scary, might give you better results xo
Me to, I did last winter, exactly same as you, my skin is white and freckled and no change at all.... And I left much more than 20 minutes. I bought 5 but I still having one left!😊
@@danielareinelt1970 I've done 4 of the Platinum 30% Glycolic, there is no down time and it's a very mild peel, no peeling at all and no down time. You won't get the results of a TCA which go deeper but overall it's a nice peel you can do on a weekly basis unlike the TCA which they don't advise doing more than 1 time per month.
Thank you Claudia. Is this good for coloured skin ? What is the name of this peel What are the gloves called..? And your hydrating serum? And sunscreen? Thank you for all your videos..
Hi, usually these kind of peels are ok to use for all skin types, but if you are interested in doing it, I would double check with the company, just to be on the safe sight. It is called the Soonsu shining peel The gloves are Nitrile gloves I used the Calecium professional serum after As far as sunscreen you do not need to use anything special, just make sure to use sunscreen xx
Hi Claudia, thank you for the video, I am looking forward to trying it. Do you use a retinol cream in your routine aside from this? Tretinoin or another? Thank you again.
Hi, thank you for being here. I hope you will like this peel, please keep us posted. Yes, I use both, a retionoic acid (retin a) as well as a retinol and I alternate the two. x
Hi Claudia, if it is much less painful and doesn't cause as intense of a peel as plain TCA, does it penetrate deeply enough to trigger collagen production as effectively?
Hi Claidia.Your video is very informative.I was always afraid of at home peels but your thorough explanation convinced me to give it a try. Do you know any company in the UK or Europe selling this peel? Many thanks :)
Hi Vail I understand, I used to be really nervous about peels too. But hose one is great and gentle However, I don’t know who sells this one in Europe. But the company I got mine from ships to Europe x
Hello I really enjoy all your reviews you have a really soothing and calm voice. Can I ask you how long after or before a medical microneedling? Thanks
Thank you for your thoughtful comment!! I would wait at least one week, if not 2 to be on the safe site, before or after medical needling to do this or any other peel xx
Hi Claudia, Thank you for this great resource and alternative to BioRePeel. I see that there is some downtime compared & I see that there is some flaking too, so is this comparable to BioRePeel?
Hi Kevin, I actually like this one even better than the Biorepeel. Results and downtime is very similar, but this one is cheaper and has the addition of retinol
How are you getting on with your chest and neck laser Claudia ? Have you heard of BBL hero ? I had my first one today. Much nicer than conventional IPL and could be worth considering :) love your videos as always x
Hi, I have not yet gotten a second one ;(. Life got in the way and I really need to finally go and get more treatments. I have never had a BBL, just IPL, but I am glad to hear that you had a good experience with it. Are you doing it for redness? Hi Claudia! First of all thank you for amazing content. ♥️ I was wondering, how do you combine using tca peels and doing microneedling in your skincare routine.
Hi, thank you for your kind comment! So I only do these peels once or twice a year. If I do a series of 4, a wait at least one week after medical micro needling and the at least one week before I needle again. As far as skincare, I take a few days if from regular skincare with these peels and then return back to it I hope this helps xx
How frequently can you do this Soonsu Peel? I just finished a series of (4) Biorepeel done by a professional. It was great!! But I want to try this peel at home myself now. Can I do this again right away? I did purchase the Soonsu peel via your link for myself and my 19 year old daughter to try at home. You have given me confidence to do this myself instead of paying such high fees at the Medusa. How many times a year can I do this peel? Also... I saw another comment saying if you have hyperpigmentation to prepare for 2 weeks with Alpha Arbutin. Where do you get this? Thank you for all your videos. I am learning a lot!!
Hi, thank you for your very kind words. I would say if you just did a series of peels, to wait at least 3 months before doing another series. These peels can be done monthly, but it is suggested that if one does a series, to take some time in between. As far as the Alpha Arbutin, there are quite a few products on the market containing it, for example the Ordinary has a 2% Alpha Arbutin (but I have not tried it personally) x
Oh my heart Claudia, are you still doing these Peels? You did an amazing Review of Soonsu Peel. ( hope I spelled it correctly) I cannot wait to give this a try if you recommend for first time user. Is this one that you can’t layer ? Thank you so much.
Hi sweet Carla, I am doing these peels on and off. But yes, I am planning on doing another series of this one. I think you will enjoy it. It is easy to use not intimidating and it does give good results over time x

@@claudiaglowssorry for another question… could I try micro needling and using this. I have seen results, but they’ve been very subtle. I’m wondering if I’ll see more with the combo (I’ve microneedled loads before) 😊
Hi Kathy, if I do a series of peels, I do about 3 or 4 of them, every 7-10 days. So for that time I will not micorneedle, but then start again about a week or two so after my last peel
I really enjoyed this video. I mean, I always enjoy your videos! 😉. It was very helpful to see the process over the weeks that you used it. Thank you. Cheers
I have never done a TCA peel because I am not sure if it is suitable for my fair Asian skin type which is prone to hyperpigmentation when I get wounded or pimple or needle injections. Thanks for sharing this video. I am going to have a deeper look.

The rest of my face looks pretty good except for a few small dimples here in there in my chin from pursing, my lips, and some lip lines lol. I noticed the improvement in your lips as well. It's something I'd liek to try but I'm a little chicken. Maybe over Christmas when I know I have some down time. Do you find your skin is super soft as a result?
I know it seems a bit intimidating, but it’s actually not scary at all. And the downtime is hardly existing. I was able to go out every day without anybody, noticing, since most of the shedding comes off when you wash your face. And yes, my face is very soft afterwards. If you end up, trying it, I wanna see a video on it ;-)
Thanks for sharing! 😊I'm too scared to do these kinds of peels after I had such a horrible reaction to filler. Now, my skin is sensitive to so much, especially glycolic.
For about a week, I have ordered online biorepeel, and I have in total have 6 biorepeel, but the redult was not what I had expected! I noticed jst a little change in my skin.
does the pain have anything to do with whether or not you've done a peel before? I"m nervous to try this only because I've never done a peel before. What are your thoughts on that?
Hi, I do not think so. This really is not painful, just a bit warm. If you go through the comments, there are a few viewers who do this peel regularly and love it x
Will this really have the same effect as a TCA 35% peel? I doubt it if the skin doesn't crust and peel like with a normal TCA peel, this seems to be more for general skin health rather than scarring. I hope I'm wrong though and will give it a try, would you say this can work for some shallow scarring with multiple sessions? Thanks for the informative videos as always. Btw there's some websites where you can still buy Biorepeel. Which one is better out of the two in your opinion?
Hi Philip I definitely think it will require several sessions to get the same results as from a regular TCA peel I actually like this one better than Biorepeel. Same results but more comfortable and less complicated
Hey, what a nice video. One question, you didn’t mention any frosting. Are these home peels kit “frosting free”? Or what if you would apply additional layers? What I understand frosting is something you want to reach? At least with the traditional stronger TCA peels.
Hi, to be honest I’m not worried about it. I talked to Dr. Ania about this a couple of weeks ago in a video. If you have not seen it, you might find it helpful.
Hi Claudia apologies if it'd already mentioned in the comments, but is this peel safe to use by someone who has never done any? I know that often you have to build up to peels
Great video Claudia! Cpl of questions on these peels, specifically for BioRePeel. 1) Do you think more peels = better skin and increased improvements or is there a limit in your own experience. E.g. would you say 18 peels over 12 months provide better results than say 6 peels? 2) Will regular ongoing use of peels continually diminish fine lines? 3) Do you think these gentler, biphasic peels have the same outcomes as other TCA peels (e.g.Platinum Skincare range etc.) in the end (maybe over different timeframe)? Thank you in advance!
Hi Johnny, glad you enjoyed this. Great questions! I am not sure if more is always better. I think there is a limit to collagen production and pushing it too much could back fire I do think though, doing these sort of peels regularly (yet not too often) will help with fine lines and wrinkles, to an extent. As far as getting the same results as from regular TCA peels, I would think so, but as you said, in a different time frame as more peels are needed x

Thank you!
That is great to hear, thank you for the update!

I was thinking that since I'm new I could start with something like this one then go to the tca

If you end up trying this peel, please keep us posted

I use monthly TCA peels from platinum. I love it. My results are very predictable, with no need to neutralise. I've got to amazing results so far.
That is awesome to hear! What strength do you use?
@@claudiaglows 13%, up to four layers now. I can time my peel by using luminosity, which is a mild retonid. My problem area is my forehead with keltoid overgrowth. I'll do another with five layers next month. I'm 63 for reference. Pretty good skin, apart from my forehead. But, with luminosity applications, I can predict my peeling will be done by day three, which is amazing. And I peeled so much this time. Not too bad on neck and chest, but those areas are pretty particular to the person. I love their peels. But, I look forward to hearing your long term feedback of these peels too.

And when we talk next, remind me to tell you something about Biorepeel
I do agree with you, we need to be super careful about what to needle into our skin as the is always the risk of developing granulomas or other problems
Biorepeel says it can be needled in. But I tried it once and really did not think it was worth the extra work and discomfort

Claudia, did you ever do this peel again? Were you happy with the cumulative results? How often did you do it and how many times did you do it?
Hi Lorraine, yes, I have used it several times. I wasn’t quite as consistent with it as I would like, since life seems to get in the way, but I would say I’ve done four or five of them
The results are very subtle. But then I don’t know if someone has really bad skin, they might see more intense results. And of course, it is also supposed to help with collagen production, which is something that is always so so hard to see
Overall, I think it is a very nice, mild and safe at home peel
I also loved the biorepeel based on your recommendation and am so happy you found one you like more. excited to order and try tks so much !!

Hi Cynthia, thank you for your kind and thoughtful comment. It put a smile on my face!
Yes, that serum is very expensive and I really do not like the smell. You could use any hydrating serum after. If you have a peptide serum, that would work as well.
As far as the Alpha Arbutin, there are quite a few products on the market containing it, for example the Ordinary has a 2% Alpha Arbutin (but I have not tried it personally)

It is easy to use not intimidating and it does give good results over time

Your channel is so helpful. You’re so kind for giving us all this information for free ❤ did you end up using the peel for the 4 week period?
You are very kind, thank you! Yes, I used 4 off them but have not repeated it since, as we are in the middle of a big transition

@@claudiaglows thank you so much for responding! Did you see a notable difference after completing the course? Over just the first session. I’ve just ordered a set of these :)
I did see a bit of a difference, but it was not extreme@@lurb1557
@@claudiaglowssorry for another question… could I try micro needling and using this. I have seen results, but they’ve been very subtle. I’m wondering if I’ll see more with the combo (I’ve microneedled loads before) 😊
Personally I would not. I do not think the extra discomfort is worth it@@lurb1557
I'm curious how you incorporate this with the micro needling, meaning in between treatments?
Hi Kathy, if I do a series of peels, I do about 3 or 4 of them, every 7-10 days. So for that time I will not micorneedle, but then start again about a week or two so after my last peel
Hello. I'm not sure the length of time you kept this peel on? 5 minutes? Thanks.
Hi Kerry, the instructions say between 3-5 minutes

I really enjoyed this video. I mean, I always enjoy your videos! 😉. It was very helpful to see the process over the weeks that you used it. Thank you. Cheers
Hi gorgeous, glad to hear you enjoyed this. Sending a big hug your way, thank you for your lovely comment

can you do a protocol of uour skin. id love to know your current roeutine of facials
Hi, actually just recently shared my morning skin care routine, and will share my evening one soon
I have never done a TCA peel because I am not sure if it is suitable for my fair Asian skin type which is prone to hyperpigmentation when I get wounded or pimple or needle injections. Thanks for sharing this video. I am going to have a deeper look.
Hi, you are smart to be careful with your skin. I do believe these kind of peels are safe for all skin types, but please as you said, have a deeper look first

Wow ! You’re looking great! What have you been doing with your skin ? Your face looks more plump and young than ever ! Gorgeous ! ❤
Thank you so much! I had some Lanluma, which is a bio stimulator. I made a video on it if you are curious ❤️
@@claudiaglows , Well it sure worked for you ! It looks natural as well. And apparently it is if it makes your own body regenerate. How cool 🤗. I actually watched the video you mentioned! So interesting . I’d commented that I was confused as to why it’s not called filler. But I must have missed the part about it being a bio modulator. I wish it could be used under the eyes. That is my worst spot. I am considering eyelid surgery for it. The rest of my face looks pretty good except for a few small dimples here in there in my chin from pursing, my lips, and some lip lines lol. I noticed the improvement in your lips as well. But your doctor wasn’t able to put it there, was she? It seems that she mentioned it couldn’t be used around the lips or the eyes. But it seems to have traveled, and worked magic in all the right places for you. I swear you look 20 years younger. I am so happy for you. You have always been a gorgeous and kind lady and I’m so happy to see that you were able to look as young as you feel. That is what I want. I just want to look as young as I feel. I would love to find something to help my creepy eyelids and my eyebags. I seem to have constant dark circles and I look very tired. I’ve always had small eyes anyway. But at 46, they look so tiny. Especially when I smile. Anyway, thank you for the reply. I love your videos and now I am going to binge watch all of the ones I missed. Lol. Big hugs from Tennessee., USA 🥰🤗
thank you for your very kind and thoughtful reply! I am sorry to hear you are not liking the way your eyes are looking. The eyes are tuff. Laser could help, some filler if it is sunken in...
Sending you big hug to Tennessee

It's something I'd liek to try but I'm a little chicken. Maybe over Christmas when I know I have some down time.
Do you find your skin is super soft as a result?
I know it seems a bit intimidating, but it’s actually not scary at all. And the downtime is hardly existing. I was able to go out every day without anybody, noticing, since most of the shedding comes off when you wash your face. And yes, my face is very soft afterwards. If you end up, trying it, I wanna see a video on it ;-)
That's a good idea!@@claudiaglows
amazing and through. and wow you look amazing
Thank you ❤️❤️
I loved your personality and your unique look

Thanks for sharing! 😊I'm too scared to do these kinds of peels after I had such a horrible reaction to filler. Now, my skin is sensitive to so much, especially glycolic.
Hi gorgeous, your skin is perfect and you do not need to play around with these kind of peels

@claudiaglows Look who's talking!! Lol. You and your skin are so beautiful I couldn't stop gushing over it. 😍😍😍😍
aww, thank you!!

If you go through the comments, there are a few viewers who do this peel regularly and love it

Hi Philip
I definitely think it will require several sessions to get the same results as from a regular TCA peel
I actually like this one better than Biorepeel.
Hi Peter, thank you for being here. No, these buffalo peels really don’t cause frosting.
Ok, thanks for the answer. But according to you, would you say buffalo peels are equal efficient as a traditional “pain-TCA” that causes frosting?
I dont think so. I think you have to do a series of them for the same results@@peterandmoses
What serum or what do you put right after you wash off the peel?
You can use anything that is soothing and moisturizing

Claudia what are your thoughts on the possibility of retinol being driven too far into the skin so that it damages the fat pads?
Hi, to be honest I’m not worried about it. I talked to Dr. Ania about this a couple of weeks ago in a video. If you have not seen it, you might find it helpful.
@@claudiaglows thank you I’ll go watch it!
Hi Claudia apologies if it'd already mentioned in the comments, but is this peel safe to use by someone who has never done any? I know that often you have to build up to peels
Hi Yamma, yes, this is very mild and beginner friendly

@@claudiaglows Thank you so much for the information and prompt response. Cheers
You are a naturally beautiful and intelligent woman. So gorgeous. Thank you for your candour, and contribution to the beauty and anti ageing quest.
Thank you so much for your kind words ❤️
I think there is a limit to collagen production and pushing it too much could back fire
I do think though, doing these sort of peels regularly (yet not too often) will help with fine lines and wrinkles, to an extent.
As far as getting the same results as from regular TCA peels, I would think so, but as you said, in a different time frame as more peels are needed
