Great tips! I'm working currently 3 minutes at 160,170. 2 minutes at 175, 1 minute at 180/185. 30 seconds at 190. I'm working to be able to play 2 minutes at 180/185 until I can rise 1 minute on 190. For times above 100 BPM up to 105 I just can hold 1 measure steady and in control. Above 105 u to 115 I just can make short 16th figures of 1 or 2 tempos but cannot hold an entire measure yet. 🤷🏽♂️
You should also practice double bass without triggers. That will build up stamina quicker as you're completely responsible not only for maintaining consistency & stability but the complete dynamic projection of volume. After a while when you revert back to triggers, it won't take as much effort to produce the same results.
Your wisdom and expertise is always valuable to EVERY drummer!! Thanks Wonja! I still have the T-Shirt and proudly wear it!! (What, some 8 years ago?) 😃🤩🥁🎵🎶‼
@@Deadlegs78 I don't know for how long you have tried, but it does take some time and patience until it starts working. Also the pedal settings play a huge role in this.

I thought I'd solve my problems by buying that pedal. Instead, absolutely nothing has changed.
Haha yes, I had very similar experiences XD
The pedal is always a much smaller factor than actual practise.
