you don't have to remove all the first panel, just around the end of the second panel. I update my Mache - E every month with FDRS with a power supply on the 12volt battery.

I accidentally found your video and I must say it is a blessing. You come across as the god of mustang, I bet the designer of mustang can learn a few things from you. I have a few questions though, if I may :- How to switch off the alarm sound while reversing the car. How to switch off the seatbelt sound, especially when a slightly bigger passenger is sitting in the rear seat.

GREAT VIDEO! I unfortunately watched a driver violate the hard point rule and did not know he did it. Now I need to go back to the dealer to pick up the car and need to inspect from potential damage! Appreciate what you are doing.

Just found your channel (subscribed after watching all your videos) Greatly enjoy your presentation style from the Towing & Recovery industry perspective/needs..& clear verbals and closeups when showing items. Personally, I'm not a fan of the EVs, but we need to know as much as we can about every vehicle since we never know what call might come in. I've made a point to learn what you're showing & explaining & I wish the info you share was as easy to find back when i was researching. I had NOT ever learned about the Charge plug manual releases... your videos were great knowledge how to access. Are you going to do one on the Teslas? They are by far the most common to deal with due to higher sales.. I wish you luck with your channel & hope to see more videos soon....

We are happy to hear folks running Tow Trucks appreciate the content. I am working on some Tesla content but need to talk with the OEM on some things first,, they are a tough nut to crack when dealing with their vehicles.
We have a few videos in edit right now, expect some new content soon.

    Two comments:
    (1) The 12V leads in the front bumper will pop the frunk open, they will not allow you to open the doors to the car. Once the frunk pops, you can access the 12V charge points as you detail to attempt to jump the car.
    (2) Because the car has no rear tow solution, I installed a Draw-Tite Hidden Hitch receiver on the back. Has a big steel bar with holes that will be sturdy enough for a rear winch. Because basically 20% or more of Mach-Es made before June 2022 are going to completely fail -- some of these needing a tow -- I feel a hidden rear tow receiver (even if you never use the receiver in it) is a worthwhile $400 investment in case you ever need a rear tow

This was Avery good and educational video. I just traded my mache in last week but this is still a very good video.
Any chance you can do one for the Rivian R1T?

R1S is days away, editing right now. Fundamentally the same vehicle, will touch on an R1T hopefully within a few weeks to cover the differences.

I'm only a couple of minutes into the video and there's already a dangerous level of misinformation here. The leads located in the front bumper only provide a way to open the hood when the 12 volt battery is dead. It will not jump the car in any way.
Once the hood is open then you have to remove a few of the beauty covers to get to the 12 volt battery where it can be properly jumped if needed. Then the electric door latches will be functional.
Please revise this video before people get stranded longer than they have to be.

Continue watching the video, at 1:30 we begin to go through entry of the vehicle, it’s all there already. What you are saying is almost correct, sequencing of events is off a bit.

EV should not be used to jump another EV, Hmmm. Anyone else see the irony?

Find a better cameraman. He’s swinging the thing so fast, not only did your video make me dizzy, I couldn’t even see what you were pointing at. That’s videography 101: try to make your shots as stable as possible.
