1st time I tried this i barely finished first round. 2nd time was done after round 2. This time i made it all the way minus a few seconds here and there. Not bad for a 42 year old smoker. I do work out all the time though
I'm 40 When I teap feels like muscles connecting my leg To my pelvis are jumping all over each other. Am I doing it wrong or are there stretches I need to be doing
Pivot your standing foot at 45 degrees, and that will help keep your hips open. Mauy Thai requires flexible hips. It never hurts to stretch your hips often, as well, especially if you sit for the majority of your day. See video here as a reference: ua-cam.com/video/gDQNqZMv1V0/v-deo.html
