The 3 stretches for over 50 are great for during the day 'quick relief stretch'. this 10 min. routine I'm going to try as part of winding-down for the night. Your videos are all effective, easy to follow--love the little 'tips', when offered as needed, they're helpful.

It hurts SO much to do the tabletop #4 stretch. What is wrong with my shoulders? I can do all the other ones pretty well. I'm 67 years old and have had good flexibility throughout my life. I didn't think I had poor posture, but I do have painful shoulders. I want to be able to do stretch #4. What can I do to make that happen??

Wow amazing, I will definitely try this. I used to do yoga and this reminds me of some of the stretches we used to do.
