Following on from Kelso’s relocation to New York City, and her sudden disappearance.
We’ve been following clues that are appearing to lead to something much larger around Keener, those much higher up within the remnants of the government, and the Black Tusk.
Finally we’ve managed to track her down to a single location.
Agents, we need to move quickly, before the Black Tusk catches up with her first.

I’d like to say: the uncanny silence from Manny at the end of the season, after listening to, already very forefronted, comm from Keener, is incredibly telling of how the rest of this story should go. Our player agent is destined to turn rogue, whether it be through choice of our own, or from being marked by having to make a “right” decision.
The Agent: Okay...So you were all on the same side and you just LET me kill you all?! instead of just Fucking TELLING ME!??!?
well they did... but with Manny in command we are kinda stuck. He is way behind everyone in this war. Keener wanted to make us leave his side because that mission we are assign doesn't exist anymore. No intel, we just shoot those who are considered ennemy, but we should have realized that something was off when the president Himself toyed the Divsion.

I really REALLY wish they'd condense the seasons!!! It takes WAAAAY too long to get the story beats. And I personally value a game's story over everything else a game has to offer. It hurts having to wait so damn long to get tiny little snippets to add together.
It was said the length was due to dev time...
3 hour maintenance time every couple weeks aside, im not against the length of seasons...but how would they condense it? Target, 2 weeks league for SDE time trial players who...well IYKYK, a week of GE and Next target is probably the most condensed were gonna get.
I got creeped out because when I was attacking the Widows Web I heard “rogue agent detected” and yet nothing spawned and my scan showed zero threats

They spawn in another location, they randomly roam now

You have had several clues, The Recruiter, before you killed him "when you joined Kelso you became Rogue", also, Vikram Malik tries to warn Manny (after he is rescued) at The Castle about Kelso but Manny ignores him. I think Kelso has ALWAYS been a double agent, for THEM. I think ISAC is the Rogue computer which is why it was turned off and ANNA is the one we are supposed to use. RogueGold said the weapon skin, Double Agent, must mean she is working for us to spy on them, but I think it has always been the other way around. She has always worked for them against us. Brooklyn will give us answers. I think Lau is alive and I think Rhodes and Bernitez knew which is why they wanted her "body" back.
Does that mean Kelso is now our enemy?

But yeah, it is clear that Kelso joined Keener and Parnell to help us. How this partnership will pan out will most likely be played out in the Brooklyn DLC, next year
The devs have stated in a livestream that Lau is definitely dead. She's not coming back.
I know rogues are gonna be a big concern but another thing is that even non-agents can be trusted anymore considering you can literally be given agent status by anyone that knows a guy higher up.
Schaeffer, Jack Bonney, Cleaner Johnson and probably more we don't know.

That’s horrifying. The idea that a Bio-Terrorist walked though all our defenses, He just left a watch this time but will we be that lucky next time.
If this game had an additional few titles in it, I'd love to see our character become enemy number one. A worse-than-Keener level of antagonist. We play the good guy too often these days. (canonically speaking)
I was very shocked at the ending of Vanguard man. I felt so personally betrayed by Kelso, looks like you were right all this time!
I dont know man. That last cutscene showed that kelso is with keener and parnell begrudgingly. She's not pleased in the slightest that she is now rogue. But I do think before Brooklyn dlc we will end up rogue.
I am looking forward to your analysis of Keener becoming an anti-hero type person as I have been tossing around what we already have to try and make it work story wise as that is my main attraction to the series, but there is a lot of stuff that points to him being at least an anti-villain. Some stuff a decent writer could spin to an alternative perspective but the attack on Castle Clinton, the Post office, the continued persecution of the JTF by the Rikers and Cleaners who are indirectly controlled by Keener in WONY doesn’t make sense. Keep up the amazing work!
Why can't anyone just have a conversation with OUR agent and let US decide who WE want to side with??? The story makes us seem like narrow minded fools at times that just does whatever we are told. Shit is getting old now

Also, I've noticed replaying the manhunt (because we're FORCED TO get the FINAL NOTE) intro, Kelso has Cassandra's (Faye Lau) watch when zoomed in, which camouflaged herself utilizing the '2-Factor authentication' access and we were the '2nd access' code key. Interesting! 😎✨✨✨

It really feels like we're gonna eventually turn rogue, we can't trust anyone and it feels like we're missing out on something. I feel like in the end we're all gonna end up rogue because either way, ain't nothing gonna change
I fail to see the point of going rogue other than it's "kewl" to play the bad guy. Going around killing Agents? Already have that in the Dark Zones. Who are you working for? Keener? To what end? Who would be the enemy? The Division? Keener already said he was not targeting the Division. BT and the other psycho warlord factions? They already are the enemy. By going rogue, what ultimate end game are you working towards? Nope, I am staying with Division unless I see some compelling reason to change. I hope they can do something in story with Mack Merret. She has been one of the few voices of sanity, seeing through and rejecting both Keener's and Nat's BS.
I'm sad that apparently, Kajika ain't coming back. To be honest, all of the Keener's rogues were awesome AF. But personally, Kajika was the one with more development and motivation, and he supposedly be strong as heck.
Anyway, I'm excited and thankful about what the devs are doing, props to them all.

Agents shouldn't be afraid of turning rogue... we were condamned to become one. Seeing Manny and ourselves fighting for what worth saving can't last anymore... we have to make a choice that would change the pace of that war...

Great video as always.This story keeps getting better and better.So if the RecRuiter said were off mission,been rouge since we allied with kelso.The hunters are on mission they are good guys thare the clean up crew for she agents screw ups.Why hasn't issac gone red and locked us out of are shd Tec if were rouge.Do you think since the dlc delay some other story arches will get caught up?They stole are reactor,guess we don't give a shit?That's coma boy who has Intel and god knows what else we need from him.Natalie under ground city that we've been hearing about.Which that alone could be a nice off site activity, or even a game mode but hope not unless it survival 2.0 lol.Last thing any clues about the new piece of gear were gonna get in hammocks words gonna change how we make builds and what we cam do with them.I've heard customizeable watch but not buying it.I think its gonna be the arm patch my option a it's showed the new vendor that takes textiles sold patches in his description, also during the same pts we could see a tab at crafting table for crafting them.

The big question that is on my mind, I said this at the every end of the manhunt before we opened the box it said our status was ROGUE. So does that mean we are going to be rogue in Y6S1…? If we are it's about time that we were and it's been a long time coming.
If you watch that scene again, before ANNA said "Agent status: Rouge", she said "Vanguard Identification Confirmed". ANNA detected Keener's watch and after we got shocked, our watch is still orange. So we ain't Rouge yet.
