I did end up cooking it about 15 minutes longer at that lower temperature.
In case you missed it, during the white chocolate/cream step, they also scrape a vanilla bean pod into the mixture while it’s cooking. The step doesn’t mention it but it’s very clear it was used.

I made it the taste was good but I think the temp. was a little bit lower bec it didn’t make it brownish on the top, so I tried to make for the 2nd time around using a higher temp. and it turned out to be successful... Thanks the taste was really good!!!
