RECIPE
▼材料 Ingredients
Cream Cheese 180g
Butter 30g
Milk 100g
Egg Yolk 3
Cake Flour 10g
Corn Starch 20g
Egg White 3
Sugar 60g
lemon juice 2g
1. Put Cream cheese, butter, milk into a bowl, then put on top of hot water
2. Until all melted and smooth, add egg yolk
3. Add cake flour and corn starch, then sieve it
4. Add lemon juice into egg white, add suger in 3 times, until soft peak
5. Add 1/3 Egg white to egg yolk mixture, mix completely, pour into mold
6. Bake upper heat 180°C lower heat 110°C 30mins, then upper heat 150°C lower heat 110°C 60-70mins. If you don't have upper lower heat setting, you can bake 150°C 30mins and 110°C 60-70mins.

Followed the ingredient list, but baked at 120oC for 60 mins then 180oC for 1 min. Turned out perfect, exactly as shown in the video

i just tried the recipe, but mine has cracks on the top and finally become a split top cake. i wonder why it became like that though? the taste and texture is fine, it just the top that splits like a flower shape
it’s the temperature. Try lowering it down by 10.

Every oven is different but you'll definitely need to bake this cake at a low temperature and for at least an hr. The higher the cake the longer the baking time.

I’ve tried this recipe and I only had one issue... The baking process is a lot of time and at the end the cheescake kinda burn itself on top. How can I prevent this??
You can cover the top so that it will act as heat barrier
