Every time I see the part where the woman writes 1-15-18 on the glass I get hit right in the feels. The Cranberries was such a huge part of my life growing up. This brings back so many memories, both good and bad.

Bad Wolves did a great job on the cover. If Delores could have joined them it would have been an epic sound.

You guys are by far the most relatable reaction channel. Feels like you could be the neighbor across the street. No overly hyper persona just authentic you.
If you guys didn't know, Dolores was actually going into the studio on the day she was found dead to actually record a new verse for this cover. She had heard the cover and fell in love with the grungy metal sound from Bad Wolves and expressed that she wanted to do a new verse. That is one of the reasons why this cover and story has so much following to it.
TheSpydyr this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. That’s totally not true. Why would you add a verse to a song that was HUGE! She was going to do split vocals on it with the band not another verse.

@@dusdincorleone Garth Brooks performs Thunder Rolls with a 4th verse he didn't record. People sometimes record music at one point in their lives and wish they'd done it different at another. Bands add and take away parts of songs all the time. Both Prince and Bob Dylan were known for changing the lyrics to their own songs all the time.

I can't remember the last time I saw someone look at me the way Kel looks at Rich.
Delores and Bad Wolves had been setting this up for a while before recording and had gotten to know each other pretty well in that time. Both Delores and Bad Wolves were like kids on Christmas eve the day before they were set to record. Then Delores died. Bad Wolves wanted to go on with the recording anyway feeling it would be the best way to honor her. The band recorded this with some of them biting back tears and you can hear that in the song.

I’ve watched so many of these reactions to this song and it just hit me, I would’ve loved to see her children’s reactions to this video. Must’ve been heartbreaking and amazing at the same time. They really did Dolores justice.

i have heard this song many many times and i hear it for the first time every time this song is just one of the greatest covers i have ever heard i grew up in the prime era of rock when the band really cared for what the song sounded like this is one of the few bands in this era of music that captured the true feel of rock for me im a really hard sell on covers because the 80s music was the sound i grew up on but the cranberries i really love their music and the bad wolves cover hits my heart so hard i tear up every time and oddly this was the first song of theirs i ever heard as well and they smashed it for me the feel for the song the poise of the band the heart for a lost artist and what they did for her children

When I lost my oldest son, Joshua, I didnt listen to any music. Nothing. We (My wife Marisa) would talk about funerals plans, Joshua, life without him and so on. After we laid his body in the ground, we were driving to the reception and I happened to turn on the radio.
This song came on. So this song will always bring me to tears....it has a special place in my heart and soul.

#TheOffspring "Gone Away", this song came out in '97, and it came out just a few weeks after the passing of my then fiance in a car accident. The song always (and to this day still does) brought me to tears, it wasn't until, almost a decade later, that I found out that Dexter wrote the song about his GF at the time, who had also died in a car accident that it fully hit home for me.
A man just found, saw & fell in love with this cover by Bad Wolves a few days ago ... *and now YOU TWO did a reaction-video to this!* What a awesome coincidence! 😄

First let me say I didn't realize she passed two years ago. So seeing this video brought tears to my eyes seeing the representation they brought from the original video. Also I never really knew what the song was about until today. I mean I loved the song but I guess at the time the original was released I never really was into the lyrics. As I am older now I am going back and listing to what people where talking about.

This is an amazing of The Cranberries tune. They said part of the story at the start but the actually day they set to record this tune with Dolores she died which was crazy in itself but the fact they thought to continue it doing a tribute to her is where all the emotions come from for everyone who has ever been a fan of theirs because you just can't believe she's gone from the world and the how it happened on that day. Great stuff cheers!

This is only the third video I've seen of you guys, the first 2 being ffdp songs which were both awesome. Seeing Kel get amped up on this one brought a smile. Didn't seem the ffdp songs did that but they had different serious subject matter.

Bad Wolves have been on my radar for a while, a great band. The lead vocalist Tommy Vext filled in for Ivan Moody of 5 Finger Death Punch for a while while he went to rehab. He's a vocal beast outside of being a physically imposing man. Fun fact about this cover, Delores was adamant about not letting anyone cover this song professionally. She gave Bad Wolves her permission to cover Zombie. They did so much justice to the song that it brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it.

The song is an anti-violence/antiwar song, the original was about the bombing in 94 I think, by the IRA which killed several people including a young boy. The msg is if that doesn't make you angry you're a zombie, you're dead inside. The video is an homage to the original.
The woman in gold is meant to represent Delores - in homage to the golden statue she was in the original video, except this time she is on 'the other side', but is still trying to reach her message out. R.I.P. Delores, you were a powerful inspiration, and still are

Well hello there I have to say I literally started watching yall today when I seen you on my suggestions and it was for the fivefingerdeathpunch songs, I am an Army veteran and enjoyed your feelings and reactions to the things our veterans face. I enjoyed yall reacting to zombies and will become a subscriber one thing I was wondering before I go is I had seen you catch the insert of "2018" into this song did you also notice he added "drones" in the corus when he says "with their tanks and the guns" I dont know for me I thought it was very clever and a great way to make it relevant to today.

Remember When is about the lead singer and his brother and their story growing up, it involves a very personal subject to the lead singer about when his brother got into the wrong crowd and done something horrible to him. It's such a great song and would love to see a reaction video from you both 🙂

Since you guys have heard this listen to their other song "Remember When" by Bad Wolves. Its about the event when Tommy Vext the lead singer of Bad Wolves was almost killed by his twin brother in a home invasion. The song also talks about choices and how you should always do the right thing
