I think this video is so powerful on different levels. As a tribute to Delores, her singing and her protest against violence. Visually, with the gold paint connection to the original video. The very powerful imagery with the glass, with the model/Delores on one side, unreachable now. Musically excellent, great vocals, expressing so much pain and anger and sorrow at how innocent lives are impacted by war and terrorism. Everything, so moving and relevant to us all, I think. Great job, Bad Wolves. I hope to hear much more,

I felt very, very sad after I discovered that our dear Dolores O'Riordan passed away... 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 She made part of my wonderful childhood with The Cranberries songs... She had gone too soon sadly...
Talking about Bad Wolves covering "Zombie", when I heard their cover for the 1st time, I loved a lot!!!!!! 😍♥️💙💚💛💜💕 They made it showing their love to Dolores, she deserves it!!!!!!
A great cover of a great song, moves me to tears when the lead singer and the Dolores lookalike touched hands, like he's reaching out to her spirit, Dolores will forever be missed, but what a wonderful legacy she leaves us with

This song was written by the Cranberries for two young boys who were blown up and killed by an IRA bomb walking by a bin outside McDonald's in Warrington England on Feb 26 1993, the boys were Tim Parry aged 12 and Jonathen Ball aged 3. They were innocent victims of war between Ireland and the UK, thankfully this war is over forever one hopes. But, may the souls from both sides of this long hard war finally RIP.

The gut punch for me was the model - Eva, if memory serves - looking so like Delores there.
From what I heard, when she first stepped out in full costume, the band was pretty taken back by how much she looked like Dolores.
I’ve been searching for a reaction to her being covered in gold that matches the visible guy punch reaction I had. I haven’t found one yet that really reacted to seeing that.

I cried when I first heard this. Still hard to believe that it’s been a year since Dolores passed away sadly. She would have been proud of this.

She was proud of it. Bad Wolves sent her the audio to this for permission to cover it and she liked it so much she personally requested to sing with them on it.

Dolores O'Riordan said specifically that she wrote this song after The Cranberries 1993 English tour....during which The IRA planted 2 bombs in Warrington which resulted in the deaths of 2 young boys.....She wrote the song back home in Limerick after seeing on TV the devastation caused to one of the mothers of the boys.....and a quote taken from the BBC reads......The singer was particularly offended that terrorists claimed to have carried out these acts in the name of Ireland."The IRA are not me. I'm not the IRA," she said. "The Cranberries are not the IRA. My family are not. "When it says in the song, 'It's not me, it's not my family,' that's what I'm saying. It's not Ireland, it's some idiots living in the past."...... ...RIP lovely Dolores who passed away earlier last year

One can only imagine if she had been up front, with those lyrical changes to "2018 and drones" - I'll bet they were meant for her to sing - and that heavier version - what kind of impact it might have had - and who knows what kind of video might have been attached to THAT .................. DAMN

Little lady didn't really get the pain and message behind this song, and I hope she never gets to feel that way. When life bites hard on your soul, it leaves a shadow no amount of alcohol or drugs can wipe away.

Dolores died because of depression. It's so sad everytime people say "Someone died because of something" without knowing the reason. Well yeah, there might be medical explanation. What about mental explanation?
The cause of death was she drowned from being intoxicated. Sorry I didnt go into a lecture about mental illness.
