I tried on BGVG1 (same as these i think with different colorway?), Bgv14, BGV9, BGV18, Rival RSV2, RS80. I was suprized BGVG1 leather was easiest to open & clench fist out of the box for perfect fist position for me than the rest including synthetics. I like the foam on them too & solid leather feel. BGV18 liked the cut were a bit soft/puffy with that hardness on the back of knuckles as you found on BGV5s. BGV14's too hard foam for a big guy sparring i think. BGVG1s felt more trim on hand too & suprisingly on softer side for thai leather. Synthetics looked thin through ventilation holes & a bit flimsy new, not like the thick Rival synthetics. Ive bought 3x gloves through help of ur reviews man thanks heaps!
Kickboxers use either traditional boxing gloves or Muay Thai gloves. Theres not really a thing as a kickboxing glove. Booster fight gear tends to be more prone to be used by dutch kickboxers, so maybe check them out
There doesn’t seem to be any differences from the BGVG1 gloves [designs included]. I love using my pair for heavy bag work. Would you consider doing a review/comparison for the ONE Super Series gloves seeing as Fairtex manufactures those as well?
@@Kibira87 Reyes are rough on the inside, they use a thin latex foam for “protection”, run a large hand compartment, and are heavier than advertised weight. They are made of super tough leather and will outlast a ton of other gloves though.
@@LuisJimenez-pb3ge they sometimes aren’t heavier but actually smaller in weight. Cleto Reyes will be a good fit for most people. And yes their durability is fantastic. Except for the screen printed Cleto Reyes logo that breaks down after use.
@@csquaredboxing how is the wrist movement is it like a traditional boxing glove where your hand is sat in one position or is there more movement like a Muay Thai glove for clinches catching shots etc?
Fairtex vs t3 vs h5 vs venum impact? Ive been searching through your comment section and sometimes the answers seem to be all ova the place. To some youve said h5 and to others ive seen u say t3 or impact, but out of these 4 gloves, which one is the best? No price point consideration as well, just consider which one is the best quality and overall glove, mind u theyll be used for mma/thai/sparring
Go Fairtex or any other Thai Brand for actual Muay Thai. It doesn’t really matter too much if you used a normal boxing glove but the padding is a bit different. The T3 won’t let you flex the wrist too much which you kinda want for clinching in Muay Thai. Fairtex is similar to Venum in price but noticeably better quality.
I love my boob classic it’s my favorite so far. I’m ordering these to try them out the bgv9 on mine had some weird inside liner that was shriveled up and rough feeling which made the back of my hand and knuckles hurt without even punching anything :/. Might have got a fake or defective one though 🤷
Good to see Fairtex is maintaining quality.
My BGL6 gloves held up for years.
For sure
Make a review on more Dutch Kickboxing gloves such as Booster, King Pro, SuperPro and Joya Fight Gear
Will do
Heard bad reviews on booster gloves
They ain't dutch gloves. They were all made in thailand

They have a Mexican inspired glove now. I'm going to order a pair or 2. They look very much like Reyes, but imo the new Fairtex look even better.
🥊👍🏼

How do these compare to cleto Reyes? I just got these in 14oz this past November. I kind of regret not getting the Reyes.
@Soul of a robot how so man?

Hi mate, I'm after a new pair of Muay Thai gloves, what are your top 3 ? Thanks
I am a man of a few words.
how are they different from the hayabusa h5 and which one do u prefer??

Which one would you recommend for sparing, bgv5 or bgv6?
6
This is around 70 dollars in manila same as the bgv9. Which do u prefer between bgvg2 and bgv9 in terms of training and hitting the heavy bag?
Bgv9
@@csquaredboxing Thanks for the recommendation. I was also considering between those 2 models 👍
Hey man just wondering what the internal hand sizing is like on these compared to bgv5
These are a little roomier
Sweet i like more snug ill grab the bgv5. Thanks heaps man!
Is the inside compartment similar in size to BGV1? Thanks.
A little larger
You should give a review to our filipino made gloves. Which is MANILA ICE GLOVES and PAYANTOG
Soon!
Those look awesome.
Yes!
What is the difference between Bgvg2 and Bglg2 ??? They are the same?
The only difference is one is lace up and one is Velcro. The one in the video is actually a Bgvg2
These 'floral' style are the BGVG2. The BGVG1 are the simpler gloves which have 'Glory' on the left and 'fairtex' on the right glove.
Yeeeesssssssssss
Test leone shock gloves if u can get them
👍🏼
Would you say its good for sparring in boxing?
Yes
this or boon Classic?

Those are actually the BGVG1. The BGLG2 are lace ups.
