I really live this chain home. My sister and I were talking about buying a house when we come to Ghana. this is settle, we are buying one of this houses. beautiful home, am very impressed. Ghana is raising and am very grateful. I know that Ghana we have a long way to go, but i do have hop and i believe that we will get to our full potential someday. Nothing is achieved overnight. one day at a time and i know Ghana will get to that higher level. It is not a land of gold and honey abroad. One of the houses shown cost just over 1 million pounds. I can assure you that there are not many people in the USA or England where I reside than can afford that.
because the sitatuion on ground is always different than on video. i know alot of people that have sometimes too romanticized ideas about Africa or ghana. this house may be nice, but its not a total perception of what one may experience there. The house is nice, but the roads outside the neiborhoods wont be paved, if you call the police or fire service for anything it can take them up to 1 hour before they arrive, constant power outages( you need a generator in order to have electricity on while the power is out)(and it uses oil which you have to keep buying.) , and then infrastructure in the neighborhood may be good , outside may be chaotic, and how close is this area to jobs, and the traffic to the jobs etc, im not trying to dissuade you or anything, but im not sure if your comment was just figure of speech or if u were actually inspired to move to Ghana just because of this video. which i felt is too little experience, just didnt want you to have too much of a romanticized idea of the country , but just a perspective mixed with reality is all.

If you use some good website like sky scanner and others you book your flight at a good time you can fly to certain places in africa for only about 1000$ etc, and if you have other credit benefits etc it can be also cheaper

Their are plenty of companies that have offices/branches etc in both countries to Ghanaian owners. As they are trying to attract people in the diaspora to invest in Ghana. Ghana needs to focus more on Condiminos and apartment to save land and for the affordable population. These big houses take too much land and unaffordable.

make sure you visit for extended periods of time, before moving, that will give you a goo idea if you can stay there for the long term.
