@@Doksimon how can Africa be the next be thing when 90% of all properties in all the estates are only affordable by diaspora?
Even the so call affordable homes target people from diaspora
And maybe it’s time for the local companies to start developing some of the furnitures in the houses like wardrobe and kitchen cabinets because I can only imagine how much china is making from selling those products which unfortunately aren’t even of best quality.
And if Africa is the next big thing you shouldn’t really be proud to say and I code „ all the doors are foreign of course „ like you said in one of your videos.

@@emilystevens6335 I know you've heard about the amount of allowed rat hair, and feces in hot dogs here in the U.S. and to clean kitchen counters with bleach after putting raw meat on them because of fecal matter, and many places in the U.S. drinking water comes from sewage plants, so we're all exposed to fecal matter whether we want to admit it or not. Most restaurant kitchens in the U.S. are disgusting, as are public bathrooms littered with germs everywhere. It is what it is, and low impact with germs is what keeps a healthy immune system, but I cook with bottled water, and if you don't want to bathe in water with shit particles, then just get a water filtration system. There are tens of millions in use here in the U.S.

I’m a Ghanaian-American living in Ethiopia. I haven’t really seen home developments like this in Addis Ababa it’s a very densely populated city.
Any type of nice properties are super expensive ($400k US and up). The only alternative are apartments and they can be built poorly with too many people, leaks and pests.
The really nice luxury apartments cost about $270k!
Ghana is the way to go for modern living in developed communities that don’t break the bank.

It is also important you talk about the land on which these nice buildings are built. Especially the interest the purchaser would have in the land. Whether a lease for 99 years or an Assignment with the number of years remaining. Also at the expiration of the said term, how smoothly can the interest in land be renewed and the amount consideration

I love the modern town homes designs however as an architect I would like to make a few observations: the closets are never built ins but seem to be a piece of furniture, the kitchens are cut off from the rest of the home and usually behind 4 walls, the front porch is not screened or designed for family gatherings or sitting , even though there is a security gate to enter the development the individual homes need metal security on the doors and windows, cars space is not enclosed in an attached garage but left open to the elements. My college was attached to Accra as a sister city when I was in college. Students from my school were allowed to study in Accra and still receive credits there for several semesters to graduate at my school . I would like to think that some of my fellow students are the architects of Ghana today.
