Nice but i dont like the american style built homes in ghana . Please let me feel like am living in ghana and not america . Tropical style homes is better. High ceilings, large windows ,open floor. Sunlight sunlight is very important. And please make it a little colorful. One shd be distinctively be unique form the other.

its a nice location but its a one way system if you miss the exit you have to go all the way down and come back again to enter

chain homes are so nice but this video is old..is there any chain homes still available for sale in 2021 if not will chain homes build beach front homes. Most of us Americans desire to live by the coast in Ghana to be a walk away from the beach.

The upper floors are not children friendly at all given some children can be curious and could easily use a chair to look over the barriers in the corridor and end up falling to the ground floor - which hopefully never happens but it can. Have you ever heard of toddlers climbing their chest of drawers purchased from Ikea and the furniture ends up tumbling over and crushing them to death or maimed? This is the type of curosity I am talking about. I caution any potential buyer to bare this in mind if considering buying these type of designed upper floors, being able to look down to the ground floor with such a wide expanse. I contend it is sometimes a cost safing decision coupled with aesthetics. Yes that type of design is attractive but the barriers are not high enough to prevent some children using a chair to look over that barrier. A nanny cannot keep an eye or even parents on children constantly. Some constractors come up with such designs strictly as a cost saving measure and yet these huge houses are for families of all ages. So always think of how safe your children will be when it becomes a choiceof aesthetics, designs/purse strings. The corridor to my mind such most certainly having been a lot bigger and the barriers are lot higher with absolutely no gaps at the flooring.

And furnishing; is it fully or partly furnished.
