Actually, pricing in Dollars doesn't mean we take payments in Dollars. We only give a static price to ensure that we don't keep changing the prices anytime the currency exchange rate changes. We take Ghana Cedi equivalent of the price. It's also because we have to import most of the things use in the finishing, which is quoted in Dollars, it is only good that we benchmark rather than changing our final price every now and then. Please we are available to give you any further information required. Cedi is safe, we love Ghana.

I cant believe that you all can't see the master plan behind these beautiful homes. Africa doesn't seem like africa to me... im not giving my money to those who don't actually have a plan to assist the less fortunate in some way. Does chain homes give assistance to help the community and economy of Ghana? Just wondering.🤔
Wow, I love the area, love this house, love the Hariot style. One question, are the homes furnished, and if so, is the price of the home reflected as furnished? Thanks for sharing, it's my first time seeing this company Listening Bureau. In January, I pray, I'm moving to Ghana. I love The Airport areas.. Someone mentioned a place called East Lagoon, is that a good area. Either way, when I find my Queen after moving to Ghana, I'm sure she would love that style of home. I shall subscribe to this channel, and I hope you still have homes in the price range of 1.4 mil Dollars.
People should stop asking prices. Do u have 1.5million dollar above going.....? And am sure e list will be from $500,000 going and it will evn be 2 or 3 bed room yp, something like that.
