I cant believe that you all can't see the master plan behind these beautiful homes. Actually, pricing in Dollars doesn't mean we take payments in Dollars. We only give a static price to ensure that we don't keep changing the prices anytime the currency exchange rate changes. We take Ghana Cedi equivalent of the price. It's also because we have to import most of the things use in the finishing, which is quoted in Dollars, it is only good that we benchmark rather than changing our final price every now and then. Please we are available to give you any further information required. Cedi is safe, we love Ghana.
