Based on looking at the video, it should be the following: 2 cups all purpose flour 8 fl ounces (1 cup) warm water Half a stick of room temperature butter (4Tbsp I think)

Looks like a quarter cup, or half a stick.
How much kosher salt?
@@dianefigueroa9742 Generally you salt to taste. It looks like he uses about 1 teaspoon. I'd start there and adjust any future attempts as needed.
