    चावल को पकना है 15 मीनट में.
    5 मीनट में उतार दिया जाए तो कोई फायदा नहीं. समयानुसार विधिपूर्वक करना जरूरी होता है. मैंने लाभ पाया है.

    Ek aur request hai aapse kya koi kriya ya aasan hai jisse mein apne bigde huae swar ya awaaz ko phir se sureela kar sakti hooin, pehle bahut accha gaati thi per shaadi baccho ke baad over use of voice ke karan uccha swar mein flat ho jati hai awaaz, please post some video on this. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🌺🌺
