I have always thought this would be a British version of Abba, save all your kisses for me has been a favourite of mine. The 70's and 80's certainly brought out the best in the British then.
I heard this song when I was really small. Maybe 6 or 7 years of Age. It made an indelible impact on me. Even though I could not catch onto the lyrics, I understood its a sad song about unrequited love. 🥲🥲

It is like a miracle, like a fairytale when you find your true Love and you run away together against all odds! This were the 70! Everything was possible. So nice to share some memories and nostalgia 🙏
Ah the Brotherhood of Man-great memories, great singers together. Love all their songs, including this, but made me laugh when they are smiling as they sing about finding the pair dead on the beach lol! But hey, not many could make a song about two doomed lovers seem so cheerful, making you sing along with a beaming smile :)) These truly were the good old days :) Thanks for the upload.
