Amanda and Kwan have the greatest single defense against the flood: "PLOT ARMOR MK IV"
Miranda* and yes Plot armjolnir mrk VI ftw! 😂
yeah, I really don't like how characters can get out of situations like that so many times in the show. Chief, kawn, miranda, so many times they could have easily died and the writers purposely make some loophole to save them. its just not good writing and it loses any tension infact it just makes deaths less impactful because you can tell it can happen anytime whenever the writers feel like it
Notably, plot armor mk IV has no helmet component
They are going to use kwan as some energy field to defend agasint the flood that just bunnch of crack pot!!!!! 😒😮💨
@@tglake2894 🤣🤣🤣😭
The only thing this show has accomplished is showing us that plot armor is stronger than Mjolnir.
So the forerunners couldn’t find a cure for the flood but Miranda is gonna find a cure to save Halsey….
Yep. Halsey even says in this show that the Forerunner technology and knowledge is beyond humanity’s comprehension. But Miranda will find a way, with the help of Kwan’s schiz mother visions anything is possible.
Its so true lmfao!!!
The writing in this show is fucking horrendous @billyhopkins10
Forerunners didn't have diverse women of color who can do everything the most bestest evar!
well she hasn't, she just chucked halsey in a freezer, i'm fairly sure the forerunners would have had that technology
That a good point but this show is trashing it's lore so even a baby could find a cure!!!
Reminder that live action flood has been figured out since John Carpenters the thing that came out in 1982
Not Ironically the thing from 1982 is more halo than paramount halo lol
I love how lots of people were predicting that the flood would be just regular ass zombies with maybe like a tentacle here and there and they did just that💀
This show blows
I mean to be fair, they probably didn't want to show all the forms probably both for budget or to keep them for next season, and they didn't have time to really flesh them out just in a few minutes
the worst thing was shove them here instead of doing the pillar of autumn stuff, and introduce them after on the ring with the soldiers tapes kinda stuff, which was a legendary cutscene of the game.
they already spoiled everything before getting on the ring, even what halo is and does before even stepping on it.
@@Spillow-C absolutely. They took away all of the environmental mystery and terrifying build up that eventually lead to the flood.
Season 1 already blatantly took away all the mystery about what the halo is from some random dude in a cell, so i guess i shouldn’t have expected any thing more.
@@eliavitaMy brother in christ, quite literally they don’t have to design shit, there’s at least 5 games who feature the 3D model of the Flood on HD details and ready to even 3D print.
This shit is just insulting.
@guiltyspark3434 not how vxf works, also in the comics people who are infected by flood spores take on a more zombie like appearance, before mutating to combat forms. People keep say generic zombies then don't even know the lore themselves.
So glad you brought up the fact that Miranda just miraculously escaped infection and the fact the Chief punching the desk somehow downloads Cortana into his armor, because both of those gaping plot holes made me wring my hands
Can't wait for the Kwan Ha Gravemind. The greatest monument to all our sins.
Please stop giving the writers ideas 😂
This is basically canon now. Proof:
Kwan Ha’s ancestor/grandma ghost has the symbol of “the growth” aka the flood on her forehead
Kwan, chief and Makee, all are “blessed ones”
Kwan’s ancestor guides her to releasing the flood, sending visions to her similar to how Graceland does to chief in the games
Halsey finds the dna of human + other dna as a pre-requisite to the keystone on onnx. She searches for this DNA to create Spartans.
Guilty spark mentions that “it” possibly the graveling is waiting for them inside of the ring.
Only other thing that makes sense is that visions are somehow coming from the librarian instead but I doubt it
The grave mind will turn its attention on assimilating her for her power!!!! What a show that will be!!!
@@Sherlock245end her torment and my own............
@@caliginousmoira8565 it has just began once she is consume the grave mind will be invincible it will have the tech of the ancient finally. You see how tormenting things are going to get.
After their "Blessed One" BS, can't wait for them to reveal that Kwan is also a Forerunner-Flood hybrid child and that being the reason for the Flood's beef with her 🤣
Half flood half human that perfect!!! Her new mission to merge human race with the flood.
Stargate SG-1 is still the best "adaptation" of Halo in TV series.
You've got human warrior, smart lady, renegade alien commander with a catchphrase, ancient rings, zealous aliens, humanity being the underdog, evil crabs who try to take over the galaxy and the big reveal that the ancient aliens who made the rings were humanity's ancestors.
sg-1 is also just a good show in general (for the most part, at least a million times better than the halo show)
And they got Christopher Judge in it.
He plays Teal'c in the show, way before he plays as older Kratos in the Norse Era God of War games.
*indeed*
when that series starts to get good tho? i dropped it after the fourth episode set in the woods in a row, i think it was 6 or 7 of S1
THANK YOU!!!
I haven't seen SG-1 since I was a kid, recently started watching over. This was EXACTLY what I was thinking the whole time.
And this show aged incredibly.
That Flood spore might've been dormant for a while, hence delaying the mutation of the first person who was infected. But after infecting half the ONI base, surely the Flood would start incubating infection forms, making carriers, and more spores? And the infection would speed up rapidly and we'd get some proper looking combat forms? Also why were they just standing around when infected and let Kwan/Soren, more potential hosts just walk past? Oh yeah, because they need them to do that for the sake of the plot.
Why am I laughing so much at "Forerunner USB stick" 😂
When the Flood was held back by mystic lady, I thought it was the Gravemind the whole time, leading her on to release it, "rewarding" her with knowledge seconds before consuming her.
Except that would have actually been a really cool idea. Nah, I guess space shaman is as powerful as the Gravemind.
Also, while projecting to her mind, Kwan was unaffected. So she's stronger than Chief in Halo 3 when the Gravemind spoke to him and he could barely walk.
I've been binging SG-1 and it's endlessly more Halo than this generic sci-fi trash fire.
😅😅😅😅😅😅
So the forerunner in all their high tech forgot to use this mother???
Alright, this is the second time I've seen this show mentioned. Is it worth watching through 10 seasons?
It absolutely is! Atlantis as well! But you shouldn't touch "Universe".. @@JamarD421
I think the Amiral gonna be proto or full Gravemind
Johnathan Circumference
I count 10 "jimmy rings"
Will recount after my 8am class
I got 9 but I may have missed one
Its like they don't even understand the story. The halo show is the Last air bender movie.
That right they did not bother to check with the sruido and they were given the green light to do what they want. 😢
I came for the roast, but I stayed for the Walken walk-on.
The entire Flood plot is so vague.
So let me get this straight, “The Mother” leads Kwan, Halsey, Miranda to the Forerunner lab which contains the Flood, unleashing it. So you start to think “The Mother” is a forerunner consumed by the Flood becoming part of the Gravemind. Because she is the entire reason why it got unleashed. But then “The Mother” reveals she can hold off the Flood and reveals to Kwan that the Flood is her enemy and they are after Kwan. So “the Mother” released the flood just to reveal that this is her enemy to everyone…. 🥲
Yeah lol. Just so Kwan can know that "the monster" is real
Exactly!!! It's so stupid and confusing.
Must be what it feels like to be a writer for the show...
No no the grave mind is kwan father and the mother want to stop him. That what happening 😮 kwan a grave mind child like in dune the main actor found out he is hakken blood and violent. This is what kwan will find out too.
It's her destiny to follow the flood.
Precursor. The flood is a corrupted version of them but they still have their traits an they aren't a linear being they live outside our realm of comprehension. Hiddenexperia had a great explaination of them.
@@JJO117 it’s speculation. I know in the existing lore by 343 (not bungie’s lore) the flood are reanimated forms of the Precursor’s that have been corrupted. In Bungie’s Joe Staten Reclaimer Arc they left it up to your imagination on how the flood originated. But look on Hiddenexperia’s video about this show. He says he understands the show runners do not lean on the existing cannon, so whatever his theory might be, he can be wrong 🤷🏻♂️. He did not predict Captain Keyes dying, that’s for sure or Halsey being infected.
Nothing is off the table with this show. Pillar of autumn hasn’t been introduced, or blue team, Tartarus, didact, prometheans. That’s all pre existing lore that can be ignored for this show. Last time I checked human Sharman mystic’s were not in the original Halo timeline by Bungie or 343 but they are in this one. There was no mention of “the mother” either.
My comment about “the mother” is that it did not make sense to me. That this character guided Kwan the entire time to be a protector of Halo, told her it was her destiny to protect the ring, but then this same Mother lead Kwan to the Flood. Unleash it.
Good for you, on being a Hiddenexperia fan and supporting him. If that’s your theory, the precursors are also in this universe more power to you. No matter what we speculate you just have to wait and see until season 3.
Some others say Guilty Spark is the mastermind behind it all. Who knows.
I had a seizure mid episode, thankfully my brother realised I was watching the halo show so he turned on halo reach and he cured it, little bro saved me 🙏🙏🙏
What a Nice little man
Lmao 😂😂. But he's not joking. The writing in this show is sezuire inducing
I love how Cortana is basically a conversation AI. She can't get into the covenant ship systems and explosively decompress the thing the stop makee.
But then hides in the ships systems when Makee tried erasing her 😂 The writers man
@SpaceDProducer I know right?!! Wtf is going on in these writers heads....
Not much
Her abilities vary greatly because she was able to control the entire ONI base on Onyx all the way from the Arbiter’s ship but yet couldn’t take control of the ship itself
@pbf7719 which is stupid, and lazy writing.
They confused the flood with Necromorphs.
Spot on!
Nerfing the flood into a generic parasite zombies, introducing space mystic, Spartan III's are... some kinda ODST's? Cortana is basically ChatGPT and not the Queen of AI technology she is in games and lore. The UNSC doesn't operate like a military of any kind. Coenant.... why are they after humanity again? Arbiter looks cool i'll admit, but he's not either Thel Vadam'ee or Ripa'Muram'ee.
Also they made the Sangheili into space Dothraki. Don't like how they dishonored the Sangheili.
I don't understand how they failed so badly at turning Halo into a good TV show. You could just do a contact Harvest show starring Johnson and go from there! Or hell, a tv movie pilot that covers that, then jump to Fall of Reach.
Is it just me or are they over-doing it with the energy swords?
Yeah a bit too much. It's almost like a light saber now
@@chi94 like every single fight there’s energy swords, doesnt feel special, just energy swords everywhere lol
Yep. Elites everywhere, energy swords everywhere. No Hunters, grunts, jackals, drones, brutes. Just elites
@@Soccercrazyigboman And there was only 1 brute that showed the whole season too lol
Boycott Silver Timeline! Give us the Halo we deserve.
they did it...
they actually managed to turn The Flood into a generic sci fi zombie virus...
Guessing they got this idea from Mona Lisa, any cuts or spores enter the human body, they automatically infected. Next season the flood will probably evolve each day.
Give it a chance, It's only infection forms not combat forms lol.
@@callumwheatley5865they won't be doing that
'give it a chance' you say...
for a show thats proved for 2 seasons straight that the showrunners would rather prioritize their fanficition and what Halo 'should be'...instgead of delivering a serviceable series thats good to watch while being respectful to the IP they are piggy backing off of...

Yeah, my thoughts the same. Perhaps we'll something nasty next season but I'm not too hopeful. @@callumwheatley5865
Bruh calling Makee Christopher Walknen is just spot on 😂. Shes also really bad at hiding her accent.
I quite literally described them exactly as they appeared lmao spot on
O, High Prophet of Foresight, what are your predictions for Season 3?
@@LaperLardenI predict we'll skip halo 1s ring, straight to 2 then Chief and mkee will meet the Grave mind instead of chief and arbiter. And then of course the Audience will finally get the Grave mind Ass Cheeks reveal we've all wanted
@@Captianmex1C0Noted. We'll check back here in a year or so.
@@Captianmex1C0 Man the gravemind is gonna be so lame in this, I'll be surprised if they even show it properly as they "Won't have the budget"
This is one of those shows where you actually just want the bad guys to win
I hope the Flood win, like just consume all this Univers for our own good
They still never explained how Mickey is still alive.
Mickey 😭🤣
Seriously! Not even a throwaway line or a quick explanation. How do you survive a MAGNUM shot to the chest? Her heart has to be blown to smithereens.
Mickey, bruh 💀 But yeah, they never explain it. Shot from a magnum (semi-armour piercing, high -explosive round) would've turned her insides outside.
Was some of the action cool in this episode? Sure, maybe 3 minutes total. Was the rest of it awful and a kick in the nuts to the original creators and world builders? You bet. Who the hell could read this screenplay and be like "yeah! Halo would be better like this", film it! Mystics, chosen ones etc 😂. Kwanbat Evolved. She'll have the real battle and win on the Halo ring...just wait. You see her shooting and pistol whipping the flood. She's probably a Spartan and it hasn't been shown yet.
KWANBAT EVOLVED HAS ME DEAD BRO 💀
Lmfao Kwanbat Evolved
Kwanbat Evolved, holy shit 💀
Kai busting a Jorge was funny "Covie ship goes boom!"
The flood's reveal was way too rushed. Would've preferred their gradual reveal on Halo.
So literally their promotion posters were a bunch of lies lmao I remember people copping over those posters where they made it seem as master cheeks cared about the marines lmao Im glad I didnt watch this garbage this season, thanks the reviews.
"Fool me once...." I'm right their with you, I would have only watched season 2 had I heard it was that much of a course correction but I had my doubts.
@@JeffZ1028 They fooled me the first time, I knew they were going to do the same trash this time after the first season, they dont care. It is really amazing how easily they can fool people time after time, then the same people get all excited for having a few references and bad cgi.
the season finale felt like the mid season episode typical of most studios
I just... I can't even... I want to ask a serious question: What made the flood so impactful in the original Halo?
You have this big, mysterious construct. Nobody knows what it is or does. And you have this fight between the covenant and humanity. And then we find out the Halo has some "deep religious significance" and that it may be a weapon. And Keyes goes off looking for a weapon cache. But then we put Cortana into the control room and omg, Keyes is doing something bad and it's not a weapons cache. And we go there. And we see all this creepy shit and then we see this horrible stuff through the soldier's recording and then... bam, the flood comes out. And everything changes. The covenant are running for their lives, Chief is working with Guilty Spark until... wait, Halo would wipe out all life, actually. it doesn't kill flood, it kills their food! And now the humans are dead, the covenant is fleeing and Guilty Spark is trying to chop off our head and dispose of the rest!
See where I'm going with this? There's a very specific sequence of events that happened which made all of it work. One thing happening before another. It's very, very important things happen in this specific order.
But on the TV show we find out Halo is a weapon before the flood is even introduced. Then the flood is introduced before Jimmy even sets foot on the ring. And then I guess his POW fuckbuddy reveals it kills everything just... cuz?
They just screwed it up. They've screwed up the flood completely already and they've barely been introduced.
I completely understand and agree.
The OG Halo CE story is one of the greatest Space-horror twists in gaming history. Then the show runners ruined it and lost ALL the tension
I went to the halo subreddit and they're eating shit up. I've never been more disappointed in my life in a fanbase. Like wtf is going on? How are people so okay with mediocrity
@@SoccercrazyigbomanCopium? IDK. People have been asking for halo for so long that they'll accept anything? I thought the Halo fan base had more sense and a higher standard. I always thought the Halo community had generally older people.
Can’t belive that there are people who think that this shit is the best show they’ve ever seen…I mean come on man I’d say that literally any other show is better then this
Ok, I’ll keep track of all the Jimmy Rings variants. I hope I got the all:
1: Jacob Randal
2: Jeremiah Wheels (2X)
3: Julian Ovoid(?)
4: Jackal Lips(?)
5: Jaquan(?) Cylinders
6: Jude Spirals
There. I might’ve misheard a few of them, but that’s all of them I think. Oh what’s that, the Halo show is a let down? Yeah, what else is new . . .
Julian Ovoid is correct
Then the others are Jack Elipse and Jacquard Cylinders
*Jacob Roundel
Jimmy rings, master cheeks, John halo, Jonathan circle
I didn't even bother watching the show and thought that your videos on the series were more interesting lmao
I wanna say, "Look how they Massacred my boy... 😢" But their parading the Desiccated body around the Town center at this point! 😱😒
Never was My Halo from Forward Unto Dawn. It's the MonKey & QuanHa show now 😢😒
Of course we see the show writers lack of halo knowledge shine through. Remember "a single flood spore can destroy a species"
If this was actual halo, the flood would have taken over the entire planet in the timespan of it being introduced on it. but instead they just ruin the flood into being a generic space parasite.
That's what you get when they made a person who did a few seasons of the walking dead. That show is generic zombie show
Well yes but flood spores take time, I actually wasn't too bothered by the representation, if the spore manages to create infection forms, then yes then the spreading is lightning fast
@@eliavita Well I guess we have to wait till 2 years to find out. the show did pretty well from what it seems in views so it seems like we are getting a season 3
The transformation/infection is too slow, having hoardes of random infected people standing around frozen is stupid and not scary. If it was represented like in the games then that equals scary/doomsday scenario
Do you think if Makee owned a haircutting place, would it be appointment only?
Or would she accept WALKENS!?!?!
didnt the creators of this halo wannabe show said that there will be no flood back before season 1 dropped? imagine how they gonna butcher our boy gravemind?
They got fired after season 1. Season 2 has a new team and IMO are doing relatively ok course correcting on a reduced budget
@@tuxer6652 if this is "good" i dont want to know what is bad
@@josepedrofariasguimaraes7139 me either, because this is no course correction.
Did it suck? Makee and Jameson Hoop walk into the "Forerunner" structure, hand-in-hand.
Relationship goals 😍
If they weren't gonna follow the games and expand on the story, they could've made an anthology series of halo stories.
Three stories that would've worked as episodes:
-A brute rising the ranks and becomes a chieftain
- An elite and grunt trying to survive High Charity's flood infection
- Following a marine recuit into his first encounter with the covenant/ banished
(They would've found a way to mess it up)
Honestly that was what I was hoping for....I mean there's so many events in the human covenant war that have gone untouched, I mean it lasted 27 years, no way they've made material for everything. Whereas this....this is stuff that's been covered a bunch, and in better ways.
Thank God the series is over.
AND THANk GOD you got a Walken impersonation in there too!! LMAO
"WOooowa!"
it was just, talk talk talk, run away, talk talk talk, crash ship fight on steps talk talk talk. The end.
The quick cut away from the corvette-supercarrier collision to reaction shots was the ultimate way to cheat the audience out of a spectacle and tells you all you need to know about how much of a budget they didn't have. Don't get me started on the Flood.
These people had no business making a Halo show.
Jimmy Rings punching the Covenant console is the stupidest sh!t possible. This series is NOT a Studio Trigger anime ffs. Those mad japanese earned their status and can do dumb stuff making it look cool and epic.
The official Halo discord server is full of people meat riding the show. You literally just aren’t allowed to hate it over there
I've never understood people who use the term 'meat riding' like it's some kind of insult. Its as good a position as any other and there's always the possibility your mother used that very position to concieve you. Does that make her uncool?

I freaking love your style brother keep up the amazing job ❤
This made my day, thank you❤
There probably won't be a season 3. If you compare season 2 to season 1, you can see that they were on a tight budget for season 2. I belive this is the reason why the flood was such a disappointment, no grunts, bad CGI on the final MC and Arbiter battle, and why we have a bunch of garbage subplots.
I can't understand the reason of the protests on Hollywood actors' union they suck at their jobs lately.
this is a franchise that has an history over 20 years, it didn't deserve this episode, it didn't deserve this series.
they have to suck up their mistakes and deliver something solid.
this was several orders of magnitude worse that halo nightfall
Watching this show as a lore nerd.........IS JUST ABSOLUTE PAIN AND AGONY.
-The Fall of Reach being 1, arguably 2 episodes max when it was a pivotal battle in Halo lore is insulting. It deserved a full season and barely touched on anything from the book or game.
-The Spartan 3's being shoehorned in post Reach is odd. Granted I liked a few bits here and there with them and Kai, overall I think adding them in during that point was stupid.
-Having the Flood be released on Onyx and in such a pitiful way is disgusting, and not in the good space zombies way. It would've been terrifying to see Infection forms crawling around and bursting out of people's chest. I know its an early outbreak but the slugs and akward neck tentacles just felt....cheap.
-Having the Halo be so close to human space is ridiculously inept.
-CHEIF IS ABLE TO FLY THROUGH SPACE FASTER IN HIS ARMOR THAN AN ENTIRE ARMADA OF SLIPSPACE CAPABLE ALIEN SHIPS.
-Kwan getting a get out of jail free card when surrounded by discount Flood zombies, insane plot armor.
-The lack of security just letting Chief walk around freely and an entire outbreak later on is hystericaly mind boggling.
I have more but this is only top of the list for this series and its horrible flaws. I was slightly intrigued when they brought up the spores but was soon crushed upon the remaining bit of the episode. Such a waste of resources, honestly. Sorry for the borderline autistic rant. The books and games deserve so much better than this
It makes me glad I never touched season 2 and quit after the abominable season 1.
Too painful for me as a big Halo fan, haha!
7:10 I'd argue it was their pursuit of original ideas which is responsible for this mess. 😂
It pains me to call s2 an improvement over series 1 given most of it was utter crap, but anything would’ve been an improvement over the shite s1 was pumping out every week.
The stuff with Kai and the 3’s was the highlight of this one for me, but even that was ruined by her last words being a crap little quip. The rest of the episode felt…empty. Not a clue what was going on with Kwan’s visions, Halsey getting infected while Miranda is perfectly okay was…a choice and Makee survived because of course she did. Was so hoping Jimmy Rings would just launch that energy sword at her and be done with it.
Even then, this needed to be the finale of season 1, not 2
Self deprivating "let's fucking gooo!" outros are my favourite. 😅
So the halo ring was on earth the whole time!!!!!!!!! 😮😮😮 I know that location!!!
Life is like a box of flood droplets...
The flood having an outbreak on onyx puts the final nail in the coffin for any kind of faithful halo ce storyline. At the end of CE you blow up the halo and kill all the flood and stop the spread but obviously that can't happen if the outbreak isn't contained on the ring.
No “you wouldn’t, you’re way scared”? I’m almost disappointed.
But I do definitely think the flood should’ve only been teased. It was a terrible choice to fully reveal them now.
They should have make a TV show base on Halo Evolutions: Mona Lisa imo.
I just want them to stop all production of this show.
Microsoft to give all the money the Dune director Denis Villeneuve wants, hire Joe Staten to be the writer, Hans Zimmer to work with Marty O’Donnell/Mike Salvatori to do the score for them all to do a big budget HALO film trilogy following the original reclaimer arc.
But that’s all just a dream 🥲…..
Every time you do your Christopher Walken impression leads me to further believe the show needed him as Makee lmao this adaptation is so bad
Can I just mention how much disdain I have for the pseudo ironman face cam camera angle? Particularly how over used it was in this specific episode. It felt like we were watching characters react to stuff more than actually being shown the stuff they're reacting too. Why? Why do I have to see Perez panicky eyes when Kai "sacrifices" herself and we dont actually see the explosion you hear in the background.
It just seemed like a lazy work around for the limited budget. Anyways that's my random rant done. Thanks for reading if you got this far 👍
The amount we see perez's eyes in that suit is unbearable, agreed.
While this episode was better than others, that didn't even need to happen once, and yet it happens over and over.
please god let this show end
I felt like I was watching Alien Convenant, again........
No biohazard protection in a TOP secret Lab.
Advanced technology, ignored for the sake of 'plot'.
Sending in strike teams before the main fleet, felt like throwing eggs at a wall.
I quit watching this half way through the episode as I think the writers were the Flood, rather than actual HUMANS.....
Now, lets all just breath, step back and all run away for this shit storm on fire.
Not surprised this show was such a mess with Kiki Wolfkill at the helm.
That Christopher Walken impression was Awesome lol!!!!
The Flood in this show remind me of resident evil somewhat ngl.
Maybe I have a touch of the tism because after hearing Parangosky say, "Master Chief" I just kept exaggerating her accent and repeating it every time Jimmy was on screen.
you know a show is bad when they rely on fight scenes to make it slightly enjoyable
I posted this on installation00’s review of the final episode

Short answer Yes, long answer Yes...
Every single thing in this episode fell flat. I felt nothing.
Also, I'm confused. When exactly did they introduce the Arbiter? I honestly don't remember. Wasn't he supposed to be the commander who failed to protect the ring?
Now he's just... here? Then he just dies? What?
Whilst watching the flood scenes the only thing I saw was cod zombies not the flood
Why do the flood look nothing like the flood? Why do they suck? Why must everything that was once good be bad now? WHY?
they ruined the flood 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
I couldn't even stand season 1. Canceled my subscription for it and not regreting it. I am fine with artistic leeway, but they are doing the same thing as star trek and star wars did. Ignore previous story lines and character development. I would be suprised if chief married some flood wife and became a farmer anymore.
A decent season fanle doesn’t make up for a whole season of trash or meh. It’s the climax. Of course it’s gonna be exciting. But come season 3, and it’s gonna be boring all the way through till the end again. This is how it goes.
As always, the reviews on this channel and others are way better than the episodes. I've never seen the episodes from this season or the previous one, and I've only watched the reviews.
We were right that the trailers showing Reach being annihilated was some trick to make us believe things were retconned from Season 1, and that we would actually watch something true to Halo. The season was again more of a boring drama than a sci fi action. Mackee somehow returns. Reach's destruction didn't feel inpactful and convincing like Halo: Reach. Master Cheeks still shows his face and can fight without his armor. Keyes is killed very early without ever being seen commanding a ship against Covenant fleets. Cortana is a guide to the enemy for reasons I don't know why. The Flood are introduced not on the ring but I guess from some Forerunner structure found by Kwan. The finale felt too weak to even be considered one, and the production was so cheap.
This wasn't made for Halo fans, and I'm sure sci fi fans in general who never played the games were extremely bored.
Him hitting the console in the corvet was him transfering cortana back into his suit. Makes no fucking sense like most of the other parts in the episode and or season 😂
