I was too and never stopped. An absolute beauty, amazing voice, kind and compassionate, and a trailblazer in cancer research and care with her cancer center in australia. I was really torn up when I heard of her passing. I was driving home from work and it came on the news. Not a good time to have an emotional shock. To many legends we grew up with are leaving us, making us feel old and empty in today's turbulent world with lacklustre talent replacing the good stuff we remember.

I am absolutely devastated by her passing. Olivia has been a part of my life since I was 3 years old. Hearing this news just makes me much more sadder because she had fought so hard against breast cancer, and we have thought that she was winning the battle, the same battle that took her friend, and another childhood idol, Minnie Riperton in 1979. I can only hope that she'll that I love Olivia Newton-John, and I always will. I will listen to her music until my time comes. RIP.

The world in which we now bare witness to , is an evil place to be. The way people treat each other , the mess they leave behind opening car doors and tossing garbage , trucker throwing their urine jugs on the ground. I do believe now will be a time of Purging earth of the good and saving them from the hell awaiting the rest .

I stumbled upon this sad news and my heart just sank. I'd been listening to her music on a daily basis via yt playlists, and this just hits me so hard! 😭😭😭😭 I'm 56, and as a painfully shy little black girl growing up in the ghettos of L.A., I've always loved listening to all her music. it had this way of touching me in my most emotionally vulnerable places. If that makes sense. I've always felt this incredible spiritual connection to her...so much so that to me, it feels like a big sis passed away. Such a magical, beautiful otherworldly angelic voice. Olivia will always be apart of the soundtrack of my life as well. Thank u so much for lending us ur beautiful talents for as long as u did. U will always have a place in my heart and soul, and ur songs will forever grace my ears. U fought a long and brave battle, now rest in Paradise sweetie.🙏🏽💗💗💗😇

Thank you, Sharon. Olivia is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. One of the best singers I ever heard. No wonder she had the number one song for the entire decade of the 80s. And starred in one of the biggest movies of all time.
Her transformation in Grease was much like that of Jerry Lewis in the Nutty Professor from Prof. Kelp to Buddy Love. She went from clean wholesome country girl to Rock and Roll Goddess in about one second. A real iconic moment in cinema.
She will be missed and the world became a little more sad without her. God bless her family in this time of grief. Your comment was well said. Thank you .

If you search for the word "blessing" in the dictionary, you're very likely to find a photo of ONJ. No masks, no crude contents. She was simply herself. That's why everyone loved her. Such a pure, wholesome, gorgeous soul. She was simply a joy to have around. I just love the strong and healthy friendship she and Travolta had ever since their breakthrough success in Grease and how close the two of them were. John was even crying in commotion when he paid his tribute to her at the 2023 Oscars. She truly touched the heart of everyone she met.
Now, her journey through life and her battle with cancer have both come to an end. May God bless her soul. We'll never forget her. I hope future generations will take example from her rather than bland Mary Sues. Heaven added an angel.

This song is the epitome of straddling desire and strength from a female perspective. It is appreciated.

I think that Chopin and Franz Liszt would both love this heartfelt, most romantic song. This is timeless like all quality music.

This has to be one of Olivia’s BEST songs….it’s always been one of my favorites & she was in her prime when performing it!👍😊 Looking back, I’m simply in awe of the success & longevity of Olivia’s musical career, literally over the DECADES…she’s truly a superwoman!

Terrific voice, and lots of charisma... A beautiful woman who had plenty of my school mates having a crush on... Rest in peace Olivia... So hard to believe how time has flown since those days that were far more simpler, and care free...
