DIY RC plane, Elevator and Rudder testing with sg90 9g servos (Flite Test tiny trainer)

ESC - Simonk 30A max rated
Prop - 1045 propeller (10inch diameter)
Battery - Orange 3S 1000 mAh Lipo
Servo - sg90 9g
Transmitter Receiver - FS-CT6B

Which wire do you use for push rod

I got a steel wire from a local hardware store 1.5 mm diameter and then made the z bends using a plier and cutters.

How did your size your rudder and elevator

How’d you get that thick wire through the small holes on the servo?

I heated the steel wire on my gas stove til red hot and burned a hole through the servo's nylon arm.

how do you connect the 2 ailerons ??

In my radio transmitter I can mix channels so I can control two different servo's from one joystick axis
