Just want to clarify there are dozens of research done when your testosterone goes down. I have to agree with Mike. If you have a clean diet and workout and what I mean by workout is not spent have your time on the phone like most people do. It makes a huge difference.

Get your sleep, stop eating like shit and have patience in your growth your test levels can be plenty high to get big you can get big with normal test. Just want to clarify there are dozens of research done when your testosterone goes down. I have to agree with Mike. If you have a clean diet and workout and what I mean by workout is not spent have your time on the phone like most people do. It makes a huge difference.

Great genetics + great amount of PED's + great training = Mr Olympia. Ronnie the king Coleman finished middle of the pack with just great genetics and great training. But when he admittedly started taking mass PED's, he became an 8 time champ.
I can understand Kenny being respectful and careful instead of outright accusive. I can also see how Mike used that to branch out on other stuff, and inviting others to join to get the tension away. What i REALLY disliked whas the abusive comments from Mike about the lady looking much better than Kenny. To me that was obvious bully behaviour to demean, and had absolutely nothing to do with the topic. She has visible abs as a new mother and way into her 40's; how does that say anything about progress in training with or without PED's? Visible abs means low bodyfat, nothing more. And the way he said it (repeatedly) was really frustrating. He didnt only try to make a point, he tried to discourage and demean Kenny to end the boldness from him then and there.
I agree with him on genetics, and I think it's possible to be natural your whole life, but I cannot believe the commitment he has. I am 61, and I think a year of dedication like that would change my body forever. I have been working out on and off since I was 17, all natural and can still make gains. Great video really.

Something to take note of. When asked if he was taking something, he never said no. He replied with, "How did I compete that long and never test positive?" Answering a yes or no question, with a question is avoiding a response to the question. Yes or no. Has he taken PED's? And if the woman at 8:14 is not on something, I'll eat both my shoes after a 5 mile run.
