No way she stood there for over a minute with 20 weights on her when we all just saw she couldn't hold it for 2 seconds with the real weights. What a fake.

A boxer will be unlikely to perform well if he doesn't have a decent training camp. If she hasn't trained in the relevant exercises, that would explain why she wasn't able to do the task when asked unexpectidly to do it. She wasn't far off and accepted the challenge. That tells me she probably did it previously. Maybe next time the guy issuing the challenge should give notice so the subject can make sure they are In shape.

She could and might realistically get herself killed. Eddie would get injured, but likely not killed. Some of the weights she used were probably real, but 900 lbs is a stretch, the world record is 1000 lbs for only 5.68 seconds, she held 900 for much longer than that, as a woman, the world record is held by a man who is probably about 2x as strong as she is, at least half of the weights were fake, if not more, the guy who challenged her didn’t think she was going to show up and likely thought on the off chance she did she probably wouldn’t want to do it in fear of injury.

If he'd wanted to prove beyond doubt that she'd faked it, he would have contacted her, challenged her, set a date at a point in the future so she can train to make sure she is in shape for that task, then filmed the event. He didnt do that. He turned up and expected her to do the task on the same day, without first checking to see if she was in shape, carrying injury etc etc.... it was a childish and pretty unscientific way of doing it, and one which a) leaves doubt in the mind of anyone willing to ask questions, and b) makes me wonder about his motivation, as he must know about peak performance in athletic / strength endeavours.

You sure? I mean, I think if I asked Hall to do the half a ton deadlift again he would probably fail because the first time he passed out and started bleeding. But if I asked him to lift 400 kgs, I think he could do it, because he’s actually strong, she is pretty strong, but she isn’t strong enough to have 900 lbs put on her legs. She could and might realistically get herself killed. Eddie would get injured, but likely not killed. Some of the weights she used were probably real, but 900 lbs is a stretch, the world record is 1000 lbs for only 5.68 seconds, she held 900 for much longer than that, as a woman, the world record is held by a man who is probably about 2x as strong as she is, at least half of the weights were fake, if not more, the guy who challenged her didn’t think she was going to show up and likely thought on the off chance she did she probably wouldn’t want to do it in fear of injury.

If he'd wanted to prove beyond doubt that she'd faked it, he would have contacted her, challenged her, set a date at a point in the future so she can train to make sure she is in shape for that task, then filmed the event. He didnt do that. He turned up and expected her to do the task on the same day, without first checking to see if she was in shape, carrying injury etc etc.... it was a childish and pretty unscientific way of doing it, and one which a) leaves doubt in the mind of anyone willing to ask questions, and b) makes me wonder about his motivation, as he must know about peak performance in athletic / strength endeavours.

In this video, she couldn’t hold 900lb for more than 3 seconds. And she didn’t even do 945, she collapsed before she got to it.

Two of those 20 were her fake weights, thry sound different getting stacked. In the beginning if you listen when they add them in, they sound off, a dull almost hollow sound. So she momentarily did 810# + whatever those two fakes weigh. Too bad he didn't bring a scale with him, or he could have snagged one & weighed it right there. 😓
Did a little research, fake 45# weights run around 15# but they have metal coated plastic that weigh in as low as 5#. She managed to hold at 17 real 45# weights, plus 2 fakes. So officially she held (not lifted) 765# + her fakes. I'm calling it at 775# till she comes out & brings her fakes to be weighed.
