THANK YOU!!!! Not sure yet if I'll go for Philips or Jabra, but you just saved me $3300 for ONE hearing aid that I was going to pick up tomorrow! As a self employed person, I cannot even begin to afford that but I was going to somehow figure it out. Now I don't have to. Again, thank you! Suzanne from Toronto, Canada
omg! im so happy you found this. Make sure you check out this older video i made. Here is the link, it explains everything. You dont have to spend that much money anymore, costco has ALL of the same hearing aids, except starkey. Oh and they got rid of phonak because of the charging issues. And HELLO CANADA! Once i get enough viewers to do this full time, I'm comin to visit canada!

Thank you for the great review.
I have been suffering from progressive hearing loss for the past 15 years or so, I now have severe to profound hearing loss. I have spent as much as $7K per pair trying to get the best HA out there. I’ve tried Miracle Ear, Phonak, Oticon, and others without much luck, mostly because of the terrible background noise, which was impossible to suppress. I was even scheduled to have cochlear implant surgery when I recently came across the Jabra EP 10. After the test, the hearing specialist fitted my with a demo pair and had me walk around the store for 30 minutes to try it. It was an unbelievable experience. It was the first time in many years I could hear almost all sounds and FULLY understand conversations, even talking to store attendants wearing masks!!!
It was a definite game changer for me. I even put my CI surgery on hold for now just to give the new HAs some more time (180 day return policy).
It’s also a great value (just $1700 plus free lifetime supplies, such as domes, wax guards and support!!) and it WORKS (for the first time ever). This is mostly due to a great background and wind noise suppression and speech clarity features. Even sound localization is better!!
I strongly recommend giving this HA a try… I’m so thankful.
That is awesome news! So glad to hear you’re having great experiences with the Jabra hearing aids. Thank you for this awesome positive comment we appreciate you and im actually going to share this review with my update on the jabras you can get now. They have the mini's AND they now come with the premium charger!
Do you mind sharing what type of Domes or Molds you use? Thanks
I just ordered the Jabra 10's at Costco. Your video is one of the best videos I have ever watched on ANY product. You have managed to anticipate and answer any question I may have had prior to recieving the Jabras. Well done, sir.
Wow, thank you! These compliments are what drives us to do more for you guys. I’m glad you enjoy our content and hope you enjoy your new Jabras. Thank you!

Your video reinforces my decision to purchase the Jabra Enhance PRO 10 from Costco, so for that, I thank you. I am scheduled to pick them up this coming weekend and I'm really looking forward to hearing sounds that I have been missing. I am in my early 70's and sincerely wish that I had taken this step earlier in life. At the end of my initial consultation and hearing assessment, the technician programmed the Jabra's.... did a little fine tuning and suggested that I walk around the store for fifteen to twenty minutes to get an idea of what the devices could do for me. I was truly amazed! I am curious to learn more about how to accept/reject calls on my iPhone via the Jabra's and hope that my technician will go over this with me when I pick them up. I would welcome any input on this as well. Thanks again for a very informative video.
Congrats! Thank you very much! These feedback is what makes doing these vids worth it. We are here to help you guys. Hope you have good experiences with Jabra and at Costco. Please keep us updated! Thank you again!
@@HearingClub I went to a hearing aid retailer for my hearing test. The entire time, I just had the feeling that no matter what, come hell or high-water, he was going to sell me hearing aids. Frankly, he was hard to trust especially since he has skin in the game. It's like the ice cream companies telling you your ideal weight is 300 lbs!
On the recommendation of a friend, I decided to go to Costco. I had about a two month wait to get in, but had my appointment this week. My Costco hearing test took a bit longer but also seemed more thorough than my previous test. There was also virtually no pressure to buy anything…unlike the last place.
As expected, I do need hearing aids. Costco recommended the Jabra Enhance Pro 10. (I found this review because I wanted to learn more about this particular hearing aid)
The cost savings at Costco for the same damn thing is staggering!! Almost 1/3 the price!!
Seriously people, save yourself a ton of money and go to Costco!!
How much are these hearing aids at COSTCO. I currently have the Kirkland 10.0 and after having them for almost almost two years I am starting to have problems. Thank you, you do a great job and are met new go to person on UA-cam. There was another guy I went to on UA-cam his names starts with “C” I did not like how he talked down about COSTO. I have had excellent service there by the technician.
I'm so excited that I found your videos. Just received my first pair of hearing aids from Costco today: the Jabra Enhance Pro 10. It's all a little overwhelming for this 71 year old, but I am ready and eager to learn. After watching your video, I'm feeling much more confident. Can't wait to read all the info, watch more videos and practice with the app. It's going to be a fun filled weekend. I'm all ears!
(A little hearing aid humor) 😉
Haha I love it. I'm so happy you found my videos. If you have any questions, thoughts, anything... bring em right here. I'll be right here along your hearing aid journey.
I am 45 and have been putting off or I should say ignoring my hearing issues for years. To give you an example this is the first time I even knew these types were available. The amount of issues it’s caused would take pages to explain. I’m sure all known to others with hearing lose at one time. Anyway your comment got my attention and I hope they are working great for you. I’ll be setting up an appointment or walking in soon.
Could you please cut out the background noise in your vids?. Makes it harder to understand
Yes we can lower the background music. We are sorry it bothers you. Thank you for your feedback!
thank you. i have reverse slope hearing loss and the high frquency noises cover the low frquency voices.
I have no hearing loss but the background music sucks
lol thanks for the feedback
@@HearingClub not lower, off.
I got these hearing aids from Costco two weeks ago. These are the first hearing aids I've ever used. They are awesome, I can now hear conversations and understand what's being said. It's a world of difference.
That’s awesome and congratulations! We are happy for you! What is your favorite part of having the Jabra hearing aids?
I've had mine for 8 months and must say, for the price, you can't beat them. I have to replace a reciever wire on my right hearing aid, they are sending a replacement out to me. Customer service is top notch.
We are glad you’re having good experience and customer service! Yes the prices at Costco are excellent. What’s your favorite thing about the Jabra Hearing Aids you like?
@@HearingClub APP ease of use, easy to replace wax guard and cleaning.
I agree
@@HearingClub They sent me a new pair of hearing aids instead great 👍
oh wow. Thanks the great thing about costco, if you have any problems at all, they are on it. They even give you loaners if you can't be without hearing aids and yes, more often than not, you will get back a new set of hearing aids lol.
Excellent report. I just started searching for hearing aids and your presentation is EXCELLENT!!!
awww thank you so much, that makes me really happy. I'm glad you enjoyed it! If you have any questions, leave em here. I'm also going to be doing another viewer Q&A video so be on the lookout for it!
New hearing aid user. I have the Jabras from Costco. Watched a couple of your videos and found them VERY informative. The tech at Costco was good, but your videos were a great help with making me more comfortable with the aids, and taking advantage of the features in the app. Thank You!
My pleasure!
Excellent video👍.
I'm here because the VA is going to replace my Resound Omnis.
Oh nice, the VA used to fit resound hearing aids which are the same as the jabras. What do they use now?
I just purchased these hearing aids at Costco, I haven’t gotten them yet but I am looking forward to getting them set up and working. Thanks for a great video.
my pleasure!
I have a set of Costo Hearing Aids that just went off warranty and the Phonak 2M Left V4.0 Receiver outer shell broke where it connects to the hearing aid, the wires inside are still intact. I went into Costco to get it repaired and I was told it would cost 200.00 to replace it. This is the second time this receiver has broken at where it connects to the Aid, but it was replaced under warranty 3 months ago. I looked up this part on the internet and found I could purchase these from Ebay for 75.00 for both right, and left receivers. I also figured out a way repair the break by using E6000 industrial strength adhesive, creating a new strain relief.
I was going to say try out EBay. Do you have a custom mold at end of receiver? They call it c-shell
Today I installed my new Jabra Enhance Select 100 hearing aids, and I'm amazed that I can hear the grit on my slippers as I walk around.
I've been in touch with their customer support several times, and I must say, they are terrific, really.
Suggestion: Us a white board/object to cast more light onto the right side of your face.

Thanks for the tip!
This is a very well done and detailed video… great job… helping my mother select her next set
Awesome! Thank you! Let us know what she thinks!
Thank you Brian for your very helpful, informative videos and service to your audience. I most appreciate that you focus on being to the point, being an independent voice with no profit motive to cloud your recommendations, and just generally no bullshit! I'm a 64 yo first- time user. Too many years of listening to loud rock 'n roll with headphones on and years of surfing in the cold Pacific. With your guidance, I chose the Jabra 10 minis. If they prove over time to also mitigate my severe tinnitus I will be ecstatic! - Bill S.
Oh man, I hope they help. I know I don't even notice my tinnitus with my jabras or any hearing aids really. Just wearing Hearing aids in general seems to help with tinnitus. Let me know how you make out brother and thanks for the kind words.
Great video. I work as hearing aid specialist in Slovenia (EU) for Interton GN (ReSound and Jabra compatibile, app, settings, fitting etc. all the same) and I would like to say only keep up with good work. BR Uros
Heyyy!!!! Thanks for reaching out Uros!
Great information, just subscribed 👍 August 20, 2023.
I am a new wearer and are using the Costco hearing aids. Although I have yet to find the right one. This past May I started with the Philips after 6 weeks returned them for the Rexton and I now August, I have an appointment to go with the Jabra.
My main issue is that my hearing loss includes auditory neuropathy which increased after a 40-day hospitalization due to Covid-19, glad to be alive… Amongst all the great information of this video I found your “Check my Fit” narrative an excellent suggestion, specially, for new hearing aid wearers.
Anyways, I’m hoping the Jabras will finally be the right or best ones for me. The professionals at Costco have been great and always willing to help. I will go and watch your video on the Jabra app.
Thanks for the great content 👍🇺🇸
Lou from Miami, Fl.
Thats awesome! Thank you so much for the support and kind words. Why did you return the philips? Were you having issues?
@@HearingClub Yes, the left devise had to be replaced as it was using more battery than the right. It also just quit one day and that was enough me. See back in 2014 I purchased a set of Unitron in-the-canal hearing aids at a $3,800 cost and they never worked to my satisfaction. After 6 to 8 adjustments, I gave up on them and never used them again. So now after my hearing loss had gotten worse, I decided to try again. However, this time I’m going to make sure that I do not make another $$$ mistake…
Regarding my Auditory Neuropathy, I was wondering if you had an opinion regarding the Jabra m-RIE receiver, will it help or stay with the standard receiver? I know you did say on the video that you preferred the standard for your particular condition.
Thanks again
Lou
Best thing you can do is go to Costco and get free tested and demo the hearing aids there to experience which set of hearing aids sound best. Jabra is great hearing aids and best app. For the m RiE receiver it depends on your hearing loss. It is made generally for mild to moderate loss. From experiences most people prefer standard receivers over M&RIE receivers. Again you can try it yourself at Costco when you demo Jabra hearing aids if your loss is within moderate range.
@@HearingClub Update - Two weeks with Jabras with the M&RIE and so far, so good🤞. After trying Philips and Renton looks like the Jabras will be the ones that will do it for me. And yes, the app is also very useful and adaptable.
Excellent, excellent video. I have an appointment at Costco next week and I can’t wait for my new Jabra’s. I’ve been using Jabra Headsets for the past 5 years or so, and I love my current Jabra Elite 85’s Headset’s that I use when I’m working out. Love the ANC feature.
Awesome, thank you for the feedback, keep us all updated.
🌷Thank You for the information. I love my hearing aids from Costco. It a whole new world to be able to hear well and being able to mute the world when necessary.
That’s amazing!
Thank you for your honest review and informational review on the hearing aids
You are very welcome my friend 😊
Have been putting off getting hearing aids for a long time. It's now time. Thanks for the information. I'm on medicare advantage and will do some shopping around. We have a Costco and also an audiology clinic within our network. Appreciate your info.
No problem Deborah! I hipe these videos help. If you have any questions, email me or leave it in the comments. I answer every single comment I get. Beautiful family btw!!!
Thanks for the info. Some years ago, I think I had resound hearing aids that had a find my hearing aids feature. It was ausome! I now have phonack for about four years and really miss that feature. Thanks, Ken
No problem Ken. Yes, it is a feature that I'm sure will be sorely missed. I pray you once again find comfort when new hearing aids grace your ears. ,
Thanks for the quality information ... I am up for a set of hearing aids and it seemed impossible to find unbiased and accurate information. I would have gotten ripped off for sure ... if not for this vid.
No problem! That what we are here for. To help you guys and not waste money that you guys are being ripped off.
Thanks for this video and all the information you share with us. I started with the Costco Resound HA but was a little disappointed that they did not stream with my Android phone or tablet. OK, I just need to hear better and had not lost anything. My current HA are the Kirkland K10 which have been dropped. I am enjoying the additional features of streaming and phone compatibility. I am not all that bothered with the limited Phonak app. I would be happy to go back to the Jabra if / when they upgrade the compatibility with Android.
What android phone do you have? And android compatibility it’s better now then it was few years ago. Yes Costco dropped KS 10 hearing aids. Glad to help and thank you for watching and supporting us!
@@HearingClub Galaxy S22. If I remember right, that is on the compatible list. If so, I would probably be OK for phone connections. Would need to experiment with the PC.
Yes it’s compatible to S22
By reading UA-cam posters’s comments about Costco’s reps, they:
- tell their new customers that the Automatic program is all they really need and not telling optional programs like Enhanced Music, Outdoor, Restaurant, etc., because adding them means extra work for them. Or because most of their new customers are seniors who don’t care about extra programs or tweaking them.
- don’t tell their new customers about the optional M&RIE microphone on the receiver.
Usually we do and most technicians do customers about their options or programs and what’s available. However, many seniors are not interested in streaming or using app because many of them don’t have cell phones or they not exactly tech savvy. However, many seniors do have smartphones and they know a little about apps and have motivation to learn and try.
Far as m&RIE receivers, they are basically for mild moderate loss. It doesn’t work best for others most of time. Rarely we fit someone with M&RIE receiver. Most of the time it picks up too much unnecessary background noises. Most patient rather use the MP receiver not the M&RIE. But you can try it at Costco and hear the difference. It’s different for everyone. You have to try it out yourself. We aren’t against you trying it out.
Thanks for the video. Got my Pro 10's on Tuesday (Today is Friday) and I am overjoyed! I am hearing sounds in the house I do not remember, watching tv is an improved experience, because I can turn the volume down a lot and still hear comfortably. The specialist at Costco wanted me to wear these for 2 weeks before any more adjustments or programs. She also suggested I wait on pairing with the app on my Android phone. (She claimed she has had mixed results with Android vs IOS) I definitely need a programs for music - I play mandolin with a number of other acoustic players. The restaurant/meeting program is great but I will need something different for a music circle, I think.
Absolutely! We also have limited time during our appointments, which I HATE. Just make sure to being it up during your next appt.
Thank you so much for such a great video. It helps me so much in trying to help my father getting his very first hearing aids.
My pleasure Mr. Wolf! 🐺
@@HearingClub Lol! a she wolf actually ^. .^ Thanks for the cute wolf icon, I like it very much. And thanks again for your great videos. My father and I are heading to Costco Hearing Center this Thursday. :-)
Great information. Have put off getting a hearing aid due to the expense. With Costco's price and my hearing loss getting worse now is the time to do it. Thanks, helped me decide which one to get.
Thank you! No problem we made this channel specifically to help others and you resources. Let us know which hearing aids you get and how your experience from Costco!
Excellent video. Truly clear on all the features. Thank you very much. I'll go back to Costco regarding the different programs that can be added. Additionally, the part about locking in a setting so you don't have to fiddle with it e.g. dinner restaurant.
Sounds good and keep in mind this video was made 6 months ago. They have updated their fitting software & programs. They also released the new Jabra Pro 20 hearing aids.
Thank you so much! This was an amazing video!,, Sooo informative!! I have had a lot of trouble with my first hearing aid, the Phonak top of the line product!!! It was waterproof! But it kept falling out!!,, The audiologist changed the dome..no better at all…then she tried custom ear molds, which I learned after the fact that should have been done on the first visit! I ultimately returned them within the 60 days because I was so frustrated with the app and the placing of the hearing aid! I am seeing an independent audiologist in a few days, and am hopeful my appointment will go much smoother than my first experience. I also am dealing with tinnitus, which is another frustration! The cost of these Phonak aids was $8,000., which I think is ridiculous!!! But with some insurance, I brought down the cost to $5,000….still very high in my estimation. I’ve also heard that some people pay high prices only to find they are amplifiers, not hearing aids!! 😮😮😮
Thank you for the compliment! Thank you for watching us! Sorry you’re having struggles with retention and expensive hearing aids. Yes becareful of amplifiers. Even with insurance still $5k is too pricey. The waterproof hearing aids would be cool but make sure it’s water proof not water resistance. There’s big difference between the two. Definitely have to check out Costco. They don’t deal with insurance directly but your still going to save $3k or more dollars with them for same high quality premium level hearing aids. They aren’t waterproof but they are water resistance. We made a video while back to stop paying for thousands of $$$. Check it out on our channel. Wish you the best and let us know what hearing aids you end up getting. Let us know which brand you got if you got the $5k hearing aid that is water proof.
Thank you so much for the great video👍. I just got the Phillips 9040 hearlink from Castco last Monday as my first pair of hearing aids. I really like them. Can't wait to see your review on these. Awesome Channel 😀
Hello Zeno I am in the process of buying a new pair of hearing from Costco. I am deciding between the Philips 9040 you bought, Rexton Bicore Receiver In Canal and Jabra Enhance Pro 10. Just curious why you chose Philips over the aids Costco offers?
Hey thank you! Brian does make great videos! We are working on getting a video review of the new Philips 9040s. Stay tuned! 😁👍
@@mjes51 I'd like to know how the Jabras compare with the Rexton Bicore... I have an android smartphone, so streaming (and calling features) would be a big plus.
What android phone you have? Rexton and Jabra both have great apps. However many people find that Jabra sounds better and has less background noise vs Rexton. You can go to your Costco hearing aid center and try them both and see for yourself which sounds better and more comfortable for you! Have a great day!
@@HearingClub Thanks. I have a Pixel 7 Pro
Your video was informative but I sat through the whole video waiting to hear about streaming music and you jumped right past it. I wish you would have shown how it works even though you don't use it, others like myself would.
I'm on it brother!
I noticed the following with the Jabra Enhance Pro 10:
If I clicked “Forget This Device”, I lose all of my saved Favorites!
I must not close the travel charger’s lid when charging the hearing aids.
That is correct when you forget devices you wiped them off the app and you essentially start over as new pairing to app.
You can close or not close the travel charger when it’s charging.
Fabulous review and I thank you! I've had the Jabra Enhance Pro 10 for about 3 months and have only used it with 3rd mic in ear with tulip domes. I've been a bit disappointed in the speech sound as voices sounded "raspy." This is now mostly controlled by having "Noise filter" permanently on and keeping volume fairly low. I previously had Rextons for 10 years and I think they sounded better-certainly more natural. Two questions: One, even though I have moderate to severe hearing loss, do you think it's worth trying without the 3rd mic and using open domes? I never had a feedback problem with my Rextons using open domes although in the end the audiologist fit me with tulip domes and that was fine also. Would it be worth trying without the 3rd mic and keeping my tulip domes? My second question, OK third; the tulip domes seem to fit poorly on my Jabras. That is, the way they're installed the plastic material covers up more than half the tiny holes in the receiver grill. Only the center portion of the grill is unobstructed. I pointed that out to my audiologist and was told that it makes no difference to the sound. That seems wrong to me. It seems to me it must ruin the clarity of sound to some extent. What do you think? Is there a remedy for this? Maybe take a razor blade and cut away some of the material? Ha, I'm sure the design engineers would like how I think I'm smarter than they are. Thank you so much for all that you do!
First of all, send me a pic of what you are talking about with the domes. Just email me at HearingClubOnline@gmail.com
It's hard for me to picture what you are talking about. As far as the raspy sound. I'm assuming it's all of the high frequency sound that you are now getting that you weren't hearing before. When people tell me their older hearing aids sound more natural, when I listen to them, yes they do sound more natural because they are barely amplifying. The gain is turned down so low you can barely tell they are on. I hated my m&rie receivers with tulips and went back to normal receivers with open domes and love it.
Thanks for all the good information and thoughtful advice.
no problem Ronald!
Hello Brian, I’ve been following your channel, thank you for the informative videos. Now, I have been wearing the jabra enhance pro 10 minis with the MRie receiver for about a month now; I have my follow up visit tomorrow and the two issues I’ve had so far are the right MRrie kind of silences and it feels like I have a plug on the ear, the left one works fine so I think they just need to swap the mic/wire on the right side. My other complaint is the Focus mode, I had the opportunity to use it in a noisy place but it did not work at all, changed settings using the app but all the time I heard more of the background noise and conversations on my back that the person in front of me. The all-around mode works better after tweaking the settings. I will ask the to remove this mode and put I the previous version and see how that works.
Really!!?? The front focus mode didn't do anything for you? If that's the case, try swapping it out for restaurant mode and change the speech focus to narrow in the sound enhancer. For the plugged up feeling, that's the occlusion. With the M&RIE receiver, they usually have to use more of a closed (occluded) dome to get it calibrated and that's why I don't use it. See if they can open up that dome a little by going to a less occludong
@@HearingClub I got my two issues fixed, they removed the front focus and added the restaurant mode. Some of the programming options were changed and now I can hear better. I have to test in a noisy place to see if it improved.
Update: I also got a round Widex dome with one vent which is very soft and comfortable. The occlusion effect is gone and I used the restaurant mode in noisy places and I can hear the persons I’m talking with. So far this is going well.
Great review. Yes delete bkgd music while ur speaking to camera.
BUT i love how you put in all the music and voice sounds while you demostrated the app and bass/mid/treble and noise reduction. So we can hear the changes you make. That is a solid way to demonstrate this product.
Last, i luv ur opinions. Be brutal. Many other reviews arent reviews. They just describe the product. I want a review and ur personal opinion.
Good job! Im buying jabra soon.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this comment. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
Mighty fine video. Great explanations and clear advice. But, please please do away with the music background. It's not necessary and creates a distracting environment which we are trying to get rid of with our hearing aids in the first place. The Jabras sound wonderful. I have been using phonak KS-10s from Costco, and Phonak Audeo and Marvel from the VA for years. Good hearing aids, but the app sucks. I usually can not even connect to the app and when I finally do, they're not very effective at all. Especially the speech in noise. 😢 I've been working on this for years and getting nowhere fast. It sounds like it might be worth switching to the jabra hearing aids.
Did you try the Jabra hearing aids? If not, go to Costco and try it out! Phonak is good brand just need to work on their rechargeable issues along with the app. Far as music goes, we will always have music, we can lower it more. Thank you for your feedback!
You could try the CC to see if having the text on the screen helps.
Very helpful video. Thanks for sharing!
Glad it was helpful!
I just got the Jabras from Costco and I am hearing things better than my Older KS 9's. But the down side is I am using the app with my Android phone. There is no restaurant mode and also no Speech Focus slider. Once again Android phone owners get screwed. I need to go back and have the overall volume to be raised but that is ok. Thanks for doing these videos , they have really helped me out.
The type of phone doesn't dictate which hearing programs you have access to. The hearing aid fitter has to add those different programs, restaurant, front focus, etc... just ask them to add them.
I have been back twice for adjustments. Those programs were not listed as an option to add to the app. The techs tried and even called someone who knew more about the app, with no luck. They did add a program called Hear in Noise but that did not add Speech Focus. Hopefully they will figure it out by the time of my next appointment next month. I will say you were right about the noise filter, its pretty awesome.@@HearingClub
Thank you for the informative content. Very helpful!
You discussed background noise being the bane of hearing aids. Would you consider not having background music in your videos?
Thank you again for creating this channel. 👏It's greatly appreciated.
I've got so many requests about the background music being a problem and unnecessary so I have turned it wayyyy down. Thank you for your feedback and keep it coming 👍
Excellent information and instruction - thanks !

I wear Jabra Enhance 200 formally Lively. I love my hearing aids and I’m very satisfied. I can only imagine these must be remarkable. My only issue would be to have automatic settings, recognizing your environment. But i’m used to getting out the phone and choosing my needs!
Nice! Well there’s the new Jabra 20 that came out and it’s smaller than the Pro 10.
Will costco sell the Jabra 20?
Yes are available now
I wound up giving up on my first set of hearing aids because they did not do what I got them for in the first place: They didn't improve my hearing in noisy environments like restaurants ... they actually made things worse! And that after 6 trips to my hearing aid tech for the adjustments.
Sorry you had a bad experience. Noisy situations like restaurants are hard. Best to try to sit with wall near you. There are adjustments you can get done to lower the background noise, however, you seen for help 6 times. Are you expecting to hear no background noise when in the restaurant? Hearing aids are designed to help you hear better. They are programmed to your hearing loss. If you have a loss in low frequency and high frequency there will be more application to those areas. It’s bringing up your hearing to what a normal person with normal hearing. So yes you might hear more noises you probably didn’t hear before. Hope this helps and sorry you didn’t have success with first pair.
Appreciate the insight, however as you talk about the problem of background noise …. You add in disturbing background noise, why ? It doesn’t make your presentation better, it’s a distraction.
Thanks for the feedback. Have a nice day
I must say, as a person who deals with audio sound processing for live sound gigs (digital mixer) and recording (Digital Audio Workstations), that 3 band EQ with the Jabra wasn't very impressive. Maybe the average user would be confused with a 10 Band or 24 Band EQ, but for me, it would be difficult to really fine tune my hearing aids with a 3 band. Maybe the noise reduction software and the other software that comes with the hearing aids will compensate.
Do you have a hearing aid with more than 3 bands on the equalizer. I can’t find one.
Some of us just want to hear a normal conversation and not interested in technical data such as yourself.
I agree, a 10 band equalizer would be nice, this is 2023, it would be easy to do.
There is none
That's ok, I appreciate your guys opinions. I mix sound everyday for my videos, I record my audio and video separately and edit it all in post production myself. I got rid of my USB mic years ago and now use xlr and Preamps etc... I get what you are saying. But when they make these hearing aids, they 100% have the average user age in mind. And these folks, 90% of them that I take care of don't wanna even touch their cell phone let alone use an app. And when I show people the equalizer, a lot of folks get very confused. As much as I would love an equalizer on the app like the one I use to program the hearing aids, it's probably not going to happen.
Jabra Enhance Pro 20 - bluetooth phone calls and streaming quality
I just got fitte for the Jabra Enhance Pro 20 and I'm reallly disappointed in the sound quality when streamin calls or music. The sound is distorted, tinny, and almost crackley.
I have phonak audeo aids and I hate the streaming to the iPhone so I dont' use it all. Test driving other aids gave much better streaming quality. I like the Jabra app, and your review encouraged me toward the Enhance 20. I have s steep slope hearing loss towards the high end so I may be a poor candidate.
Do you hear other complaints about streaming sound quality? It is the worst among Signia C&G 7IX, Phonak Audeo, and Philips.
Yes, I talk it about it all the time. My opinion, hearing aids aren’t for streaming, they are for increasing understanding of speech. If you want quality streaming, use a pair of headphones. That’s what I do when listening to music.
Has anyone used Auditech Hearing Aids? I googled them and they look pretty good and the price seems super fair.
No we haven’t used or any experience with them yet. It is in our list to try to get a review on. It does have good reviews and price point. Once we are able to get a set of them or come across with them, we will do a review video.
@@HearingClub Sounds Good. Will wait for the review then.
What models of hearing aids does Auditech offer?
There’s a variety. They have the “diamond” RIC or behind the ear or the rechargeable CIC and regular CIC models which are completely in the canal hearing aids.
@@MrFreelancerOfficial I search google and found Auditech offers a variety of models but The Auditech CIC Stealth Pro is one of their most discreet hearing aids.
I have bought the "new" Jabra Pro 20. Mostly of what you said on your Pro 10 video. The Costco Sr Technician was GREAT like you. However, there is a "scratch" on EVERY word or music. It's driving me crazy.
He said, I had some wax in my right Ear. "Please go to an Ear Dr. Then come back, and we will get it right". But, you said on your Pro 20 video; there has been some claims in those scratch's. What is your take on this kind Sir? Because I just spent 1,599.99. And they do not have any more Pro 10's. So I am afraid now. What do you think Sir?
I didn't say anything about scratches. I said there is extra high frequency sound or gain and other folks have described it as extra "bright" or "crispy". The scratching noise when touching the mic or your hair brushing against the mic is completely normal. But I'm not sure of this is what you are experiencing. If it is, it can be reduced using the wind noise reduction feature in the app.
@@HearingClub Sorry kind Sir Bryan. I'm almost 92 yrs old. And I have hard problems; when talking, listening or writing. So when I wrote that comment; I did not remember what you had said. Thus, I used the word "scratch". I knew it wasn't right. Please forgive me. My Pro 20 is having the same "..." problem, as you said.
And if it stays, I must send it back. Because it is terrible in my ears. IF the Pro 10 is still marketed; then I might buy that one. Because I believe you said; it did not have that "..." problem! Take care kind Sir.
Just took delivery of my JABRA 10 Pro minis from Costco this week and really like them. But the quality of the iPhone call feature and streaming music are a bit disappointing. Any tips for improving the quality?
Well streaming music vs phone call are going to be different. Keep in mind, hearing aids are designed to hear speech better not to be for listening music like Beats or Jabra. However, you can go to Costco, since that where you got them, and have some adjustments made for better streaming music and phone call experience. They will need to work on your streaming programs in their fitting software and make adjustments based on what problems you have. What problem are you having exactly when streaming music or phone call?
@@HearingClub I'm not too concerned about the streaming music quality as I don' t use it that much and have other/better options available. I do like the convenience of being able to take a phone call via the Jabra 10, but the caller sounds distant and the voice lacks fulness, so to speak. I have made a few adjustments on my own and the calls seem to be getting better. I understand there is a "Phone" program available and will inquire about it during my follow up on the 21st. Until then, I will continue to tinker with the settings and equalization. Thanks for getting back to me.
im going to address this question in a few minutes for the viewer Q&A video. Your question will be featured in the video, i have some good info for ya.
@@HearingClub When I take my hearing aids home, I would like to be able to adjust them myself whenever I want, without going back to Costco. Will either Rexton or Jabra provide the ability for me to make those adjustments myself?
Rexton and Jabra both have good apps where you can make adjustments. The adjustments are volume, change programs if you have them, noise filter, sound balance, and Rexton had the directionality in their app.
I wonder about the quality of the OTC at the midrange price of $500 to the higher end Jabra. Now I know why the Jabra costs more.
Im glad you were able to see the difference
Great video and super informative! I have a family member that purchased these a few months ago and they've been working great for the most part. However, a few days ago we noticed a whistling sound coming from both hearing aid when they are on and not charging and not in the person's ear. The audiologist explained it's normal due to feedback between the microphone and sound receiver. Just wondering if this is normal or something we should look into getting fixed or replaced?
This is 100% verified absolutely normal and happens with any hearing aid.
Great video. Lots of good info is clearly presented.
BUT these aids seem to be for Apple and not Android. Can I pair these with a Chromebook or Android tablet via Bluetooth to listen to youtube, podcasts, music, etc? Same question with my Android phone.
you ABSOLUTELY can pair them to an android! I dont know and haven't tried pairing them to an android tablet yet, but android phones, no problem. The only potential problem with android phones is "Streaming". Some of them work and some don't. Theres a compatibility list of android devices that can stream. But they "should" all be able to pair with no hiccups!
Just get a pair of Phonacks that will work
Well, they are not the same. The basic structure may be the same, but there are differences. The question is where, when and how will you be using the hearing aids? Think of it like this. If you go shopping for a certain model of car are they all the same. They look the same, but one model has heated seats, power windows, Bose sound system, etc. and one model is a basic model that is striped down and may only have a four cylinder engine instead of the V-6. You get the idea. The two cars may look identical, but they are not. Hearing aids work very similarly. They may look the same, but it matters what is under the hood. If you are okay with the four cylinder, then go for it. Just don't expect it to do the work of the higher end hearing aid.
They are the same. I'm here to deliver accurate information, whether or not you belive me is out of my hands.
Excellent!!
Many thanks!
This is a great video, i bought the Beltone hearing aids but next time I will get the Costco even though i will have to pay for a membership and they are none close by.
The membership is well worth it my friend. I used to sell the beltone imagine 17 and the achieve 17 for $9,000, sometimes 10 grand. The $60 membership and $1,600 hearing aids make up for it big time.
@@HearingClub Yes!!!
Thank you for you great video. I will start off by saying that I am thinking of getting the Jabra Enhance PRO 10 to replace my Phillips RIC HearLink 9040 that I bought at Costco back in April. I have not be pleased with the Phillips, sound is like a very cheap speaker, tinny and muffled, short battery life. Hard to understand conversations at a close distance. Hard to understand television. To me the Jabra has so many more features than the Phillips. So my question to you is, Is the Jabra Enhance PRO 10 a better choice than the Phillips RIC HearLink 9040? Jabra seems to have so many more enhancements that the Phillips. What are your thoughts? Thanks for all the info.
oh man... where to start. Tell you what, i'm currently working on my philips 9040 review. Keep your philips for now, you have 6 months to return it. Dont make any hasty decisions yet because once you return it, they probably wont let you try it again once you get your jabra. I love BOTH hearing aids and i'll tell you what, they WILL sound tinny if you have a high frequency loss. If i were you, i would make an appt NOW and tell them you want to demo the Jabra. While walking around the store, remove the Jabra and put your philips back in. test them out as long as they will let you. Bring someone with you to that appt who you can talk to. The philips lacks a lot of great features (The app) but i think they actually sound slightly better. They aren't an option for me only because the lack of great app features like the equalizer, noise filter, directionality features, etc... wait for the review wolf! Coming out this week, hopefully.
Great information! thank you!
Glad it was helpful! Thank you!
Your presentations are excellent. However, the background music makes it difficult to listen to and I stopped before it was over. Interesting that you would be talking about people's number one complaint is background noise and then you provide it.
Thank you and I made this video 6 months ago. Most of my newer videos background music is lower. Thanks for your feedback
1st phenomenal and informative review! I wish I found this before I got my Rexton HA 2 weeks ago. I’m getting a lot of crackling from my short buzz cut hair. I’m curious if you think that would improve with the Jabra because the mic is more on top as opposed to the sides with rexton?
Thanks for watching! Did you try the Jabra hearing aids at all? Since you only had it for two weeks, you can try to schedule appointment to demo the Jabra and see if it’s better. Did you get your hearing aids from Costco or somewhere else?
@@HearingClub I did get them from Costco and no i never tried the Jabra. This is my first ever experience with hearing aids so I’m very new to this. Wish I found your channel sooner. I love hearing all the new sounds but the hair crackling is quite annoying and a very unnatural sound.
It does take some time and adjustments. And we’ll you’re here now and you just getting additional resources from us. You can still try them out
Very good one as I go to hearing loss
This has been great help. My wife and I plan to purchase hearing aids before the end of the year. Just curious. Does Medicare pay any portion for the hearing aids?
They may, but costco doesn't take insurance. Your insurance may reimburse you for a hearing aid purchase. Check with your insurance. If they do, istco will provide you with the required info to get your reimbursement
@@HearingClub I was tested at Beltone and was trying to figure financing for the “Rely” Im 71 and just cant afford it. ($6,000+)I cancelled it and found you on you tube! I just ordered the “300” on Jabras website and I am so grateful for all your info. If it were easy for me to get to Costco, I would have done it. Thank you for the addition about Jabra enhance in one of your videos. Looking forward to their arrival ! God Bless you
Do the Jabras have a t-coil? I have Oticon Mores with a t-coil and it does wonders for me when I go to church. Not having a t-coil may be a deal breaker. Great video, btw.
you can request the t-coil version. Costco is now selling the enhance pro 20. If you request the model with the telecoil, it will be a bigger hearing aid but yes you can get it.
I now have the Enhance Pro 10 with the M&RIE receiver.I have had the M&RIE for two years with the first Enhance Pro. 8. Please compare this receiver with the new Mini receiver. Thank you.
It’s still same receiver just the hearing aid itself is smaller in comparison to the Jabra Pro 8 and 10. Receivers are still same size
Love your videos! Jabra Enhance Pro 20 vs Philips 9040. Is the app the only major difference?
No, they sound different. My suggestion is to try each one.
Hey Brian Love the show. WHats your thoughts on rechargable hearing aids verses traditional Battery versions.. Any issues with rechargable batteries lasting over time?
The traditional batteries last longer in life expectancy vs rechargeable. Manufacturer claims their rechargeable hearing aids should last 5 years. However we are seeing usually within 3 years before they start having charging issues. It’s important to have warranty on them. Make sure you have 3 year warranty, so you can send back hearing aids before your warranty expire to have them replaced. Now rechargeable batteries is more convenient than the traditional batteries since you just plug in play vs traditional batteries you have to deal with button size batteries and most folks already have hard time due to their dexterity issues, shakes, or blindness. Hope this helps!
Hi Brian, Great video. After procrastinating for several years I'm now looking forward to getting my first set of hearing aids and I think these Jabras are a great starting point. I recall during the video you mentioning the one thing you didn't like about them was how chunky they are. My question relates to the newly released Minis. How much smaller (or less chunky) are they? I wear eyeglasses and am wondering if the Minis will be more comfortable when coupled with the glasses.
Yes great question, with the new Jabra pro 10 minis, they are smaller or thinner. They will be comfortable when you wear glasses. That won’t be an issue. Good luck and hope you enjoy your Jabras!
Excellent!!
Many thanks!
I heard you say that the additional microphone on the receiver end of the hearing aids is problematic or words to that effect.
Yes the M&RIE receiver, yes it can be. I personally prefer the normal receiver and I have a mild high frequency loss so the M&RIE would be perfect for my loss. If you wanna try the Jabras, tell them you would like to try the M&RIE receiver and the normal receiver and see if you like it. I will try to do a more detailed video of the M&RIE receiver. Basically, it's hard to get a good calibration with it when using an open dome and we usually have to go with a more occluded dome to make it work which I don't like. Its a lot of info to explain. I'm getting a week of vacation in a couple weeks, hopefully I can get a bunch of videos out and I'll try to do one about this.
Thank you for the review. I am new to hearing aids. Currently testing Resound Omnia 9. I am curious whether Jabra Enhance Pro 10 is an identical version of the Omnia 9.
Hello and welcome to our community! Thank you for the compliment. Yes Jabra enhance pro 10 mini is equivalent to Omnia 9. They both made by same company GN. Both are premium level hearing aids. Except you can get Jabra enhance for far less price tag. Go check out Costco and get yourself an appointment and try it out yourself.
Thank you. I went to Costco yesterday. They said they don't recommend Jabra because of customer dissatisfaction. many problems and lots of returns. Go figure...
What, really!!?? That's really weird, and yes the costcos all have different ppl with different experience levels. Idk if maybe they don't know how to properly program them, that's really bizarre. I love my jabras lol
I picked up my Jabra Enhanced PRO 10s from Costco earlier this week. I am very pleased with them and I appreciate the price and support Costco offers. I think the app is exceptional, however, I do have a question about favorites. My Costco hearing specialist set the hearing aids with four programs. She also told me that if you save a favorite it will overwrite the program. This doesn't really make sense to me. I want to save some setting but don't want to overwrite a preset program. Can anyone clarify?
I can certainly clarify. The one thing you have to remember is all the different fittersnhave different experience levels. They sound pretty new. A favorite will NOT overwrite ANY programs. It will create a new one. You will see, you can name it whatever you want and it will just be another program you can swipe to. Hope this helps!
Thank you. Your videos were a big factor in me choosing the Jabras. I like them better every day as I discover more and more about them!!
thats great, dont hesitate to ask ANY questions!
I understand the question I am asking depends on how you treat your hearing aids. But with taking good care what should the life of these hearing aids be?
oh man, i still have patients coming in with 10 yr old RIC hearing aids. RIC are the common ones everyone is wearing, just like my Jabra Enhance Pro's in the video. But you have to remember, the 10 yr old hearing aids all take batteries. I dont know how long the rechargeable ones will still hold a decent charge. But my answer, if you take care of them AND if they take normal batteries, you can easily get a good 6-8 years. As long as the costco or hearing aid center can still replace the receivers. Receivers dont last long but the actual hearing aid should last forever as long as you have a hearing aid dryer.
he men! I have a few questions. The Jabra Enhance PRO 10 battery compartment is not waterproof, and sweat can enter the compartment. The Bluetooth on the hearing aid turns on after a few seconds even though the phone call is not made through Bluetooth. This Bluetooth is the Bluetooth for interconnecting the hearing aid, not for connecting to a phone. At this time, both ears can hear, and the sound from the ear next to the phone is significantly reduced, and the other side emits a continuous current sound rather than speech sound. I cannot feel the direction of the sound source when setting the 360° sound source. How should I adjust this?
I got my Jabra Enhance Pro 10 mini today. I went to programs and only have 2 programs. I did not get Restaurant or Outside. Are they still available? Do you think it would be worthwhile to go back and have them added?
Absolutely! You can wait until your follow up appt to get them added or you can see if they can squeeze you in now. Either way, yes its worth it. Get all the tools they can offer you. You may not use them all the time but at least you will have them. Don't be afraid to ask questions ok. We work for YOU!
These seem like something I am very interested in purchasing. How well would these do for hunting with the loud sound of a firearm going off?
Wouldn’t recommend wearing them while hunting. The impact from gunfire can still hurt them. Turn them off or take them out before ya fire

It is November 18, 2023 - Our Costco Hearing Center people told us that Jabra is coming out, shortly, with a newer model. Do you have any information regarding the new model?
yup, its out now. Watch the new video about costco getting a new hearing aid. Its the jabra enhance pro 20.
It would be cool if the app worked with the Apple Watch so you could switch programs without taking your phone out.
Have you tried? I know there is some sort of interaction between the hearing aids and watch I just don’t know exactly what can be done. I’ll have to get a watch and find out
@@HearingClub I just bought a pair of the Jabra Enhance Pro 20 at Costco here in San Jose, CA. The fitter offered to help me configure the app on my iPhone which was a nice touch. When I got home I opened the Apple Watch app to see if the Jabra app showed up and Lo and Behold it was already installed on my watch. It does just what I wanted. You
can select between All Around and Hear In Noise and you can control the volume and noise filter/speech clarity in both modes.
@@HearingClub I just bought the Jabra Enhance Pro 20 and after installing the Enhance Pro app it detected my Apple Watch and automatically showed up on the watch. It works great and I rarely have to break out my phone to change settings.
My jarbra 10 mini keeps disconnecting from the app. How do I fix this?
Are you leaving your phone away from hearing aids over 5 feet? Best solution is to put your hearing aids in charger and put your phone next to it. Then take hearing aids out and set it next to phone. Give it 5 seconds then check your app and see if it’s connected.
Looking forward to the Rexton review. Are they still having Bluetooth drop problems?
I haven't fit a rexton hearing aid in months and I'm afraid to. I'm not sure.
The Costco audiologist recommended the Rextons. I also tried the Philips and they sounded like I was in a tin can. I have a mild to moderated hearing loss. Would you recommend that I make an other appointment to try the Jabra? I am presently wearing Rextons (2017) and at times have trouble understanding female voices (treble). Especially when watching TV.
It looks like Costco just stopped selling the Jabra Enhance Pro 10 RIE 61 Rechargeable and started selling the Jabra Enhance Pro 10 Mini RIE 60 Rechargeable instead.
Yes and we are working on doing an update video. The new mini is nice the physical size is much smaller. You know how our main complaint of Jabra HAS are big and bulky, well they are not. But stay tune for and updated video!
Great! I am scheduled to pick mine up this coming Friday. I’m hoping it will be the newer mini 60 model and not the model that is no longer being sold. I’m wondering what the process is for exchanging the older model for the new one.
@@HearingClub
Looking forward to the updated video as I contacted my Costco Hearing Center and asked about exchanging the RIE 61 rechargeable (supposed to pick up on Friday) for the new Mini REI 60. No problem! Now waiting for an ETA for the new model and a new appointment. Gotta love Costco!
Were you able to get your new model? If so, how are you liking them?
Question: Can these be serviced by other than Costco reps? I live in Mexico and Costco does not carry these as yet. Also a fully trained audiologist, in my experience, will help set them up and take more time to do so than most Costco reps. You say these are similar or the same as Beltone, & Resound models. Which models are those in case I cant't get the Jabra model.
What sells me a great deal is the usefulness of the app. To modify and save each program on my own is fantastic.
Yes, Jabra enhance pro 10 is the equivalent to the beltone achieve 17 or the resound omnia 9
Can the Jabra 10 be serviced by other than Costco?
In my region, only the Philips 9030 and Jabra pro 10 are now sold
Can you give me some advice? costco staff told me that pro10 is newer than 9030
I'm not sure which is better now
I would try both and see which you like better.
Thanks!
You bet!
It's time to upgrade. The question is how many tv streamers can you pair to the Jabra, or the other hearing aids? Besides the house I have one in the garage too. Cheers!
hmmm... let me double check and get back to ya. I know you can have multiple hearing aids connected to one streamer but im not sure if you can have multiple streamers connected to one set of aids.
I ordered the 9040 and am picking them up on Monday (my first hearing aids) and keep having stress over whether I should have selected the Jabras - my fitter was all about the Philips and they sounded great for the short time I had them in, but.....
I get it. The good news is you have a 6 month trial
Questions: what is the warranty with the Jabra enhancePro 10 and what is the life expectancy with that hearing aid ?
3 years manufacture warranty and 2 years lost & damage warranty at Costco. Manufacturer claims 5-8 years depending how well you take care of them. Manufactures stop servicing them if they’re 5 years or older.
New subscriber here, I have the Jabra hearing aids from Costco and I do like them a lot. One thing I have noticed from this video though, is that I do not have the option to update the firmware. How do I get that on iPhone app?
One more thing, I have the Front Focus as one of my settings, do you think I should have that changed to Restaurant? From this video, it appears the Restaurant setting has more adjustments to fiddle with (that's a good thing in my book). Thoughts??
Thanks
Firmware update happens to hearing aids periodically. You can’t do it in your phone but when you take them in Costco and they can do firmware update. Also the front focus is better than Restaurant now. You don’t need both front focus and restaurant programs.
5 months ago , you said this was your third choice. What’s changed that this is your #1 hearing aid.
I’m wanting to buy from Costco , first of September. Please help 😊
Ahh great question! GN came out with the new model, the Jabra enhance pro 10. The video you are referring to, we only had the jabra enhance pm, the previous generation
I’m an experienced HA wearer, with high standards for my aids. I’m wearing Resound Quatro now, I believe. They’re a few years old ,and I’m feeling like I need more. This has been a major upgrade to my previous Oticon, which I paid $7K back in 2013 from Audiologist. I’m very hands on, tweaking and looking for the best sound, as I’m a musician and worship leader. I know what I want, and if it’s not that, I change it. I’m hesitant to go to Costco, because I’ve had amazing service from the private Audi. But, I’m retired and $7-10K is not an option anymore. Do you, in your opinion, believe the Jabra, and Costco, can work for me? Long question, but thank you!
Yes and you can get tested at Costco for free. You can try and demo both Philips and Jabra hearing aids to see yourself which sounds better. Both hearing aids have music programs. Jabra you can do more in the app vs Philips. We have sold both Jabra and Philips to different musicians. Perks of Costco is not only the great prices of hearing aids but also the free services you get. If you need adjustments which everyone does, you can make an appt and get adjusted there’s no co pays or service fees for adjustments.
Will the app work with an Android phone? I do not plan to get an iPhone (Apple). Please mention this when talking about the app for Jabra Enhance Pro 10. Will the app work with an Android phone? Thanks!
The app will work for android. It's the streaming that may not work
Thank you for responding. Will check with Costco first. Difficult for me choosing OTC. The whole choosing/purchasing process is important but tedious. Local audio companies are too expensive. Your videos help a lot. Thank you. @@HearingClub
The Jabra Pro received more one star reviews than 5 star reviews on Amazon..
They don't sell the jabra enhance pro 10 on Amazon. It's a costco exclusive hearing aid. They do sell jabras but not the one this video covers
How about the Enhance Pro 20?
At the time of this video was made & released which was 6 months ago, it was the Jabra Enhance Pro 10 hearing aids.
I just purchased these from Costco today and await the fitting. I'm new to hearing aids with moderate loss in the 4k range. One of my problems is tinitus in my left ear which is a constant high pitched frequency. I found that able to attenuate the ringing to a degree. Do you know if the app has any capabilities to combat tinitus?
Thanks for a great review
If you have an iPhone, it has a tinnitus feature built in. When you connect the hearing aids, you can play a constant noise to mask the tinnitus. I never liked these "tinnitus features" because all they do is create extra noise to mask or dostract you from the tinnitus noise. Not helpful in my opinion. But it may help you. Try ot out! As far as the jabra app, it doesn't have a tinnitus option.
Hello, your videos are very helpful. I bought it 2 weeks ago the Jabra Enhance Pro 10. Overall I am happy but very often one of then turns off. I press the bottom to turn off and on and reconnects. But two days ago one side was disconnected and it didn't connect back by turn off and off. I wen"t to the Jabra App click on the forget this device and pair it again. It did connect and work but because there is no sound or any signal when the hearing aids disconnect, I am constantly checking if it is connected. Does happen to you? I don't touched them and I don't hit the bottom for few seconds by accident...
Mine will disconnect sometimes but they don't turn off when disconnected from the app. A lot of patients tell me their hearing aids are shutting off but they aren't. They are just showing disconnected from the app. The hearing aids will remain on and function normally even when disconnected. When they disconnected from the app, you just lose the app functionality, not the power to the hearing aids.
Great video thanks.
No problem!
Once out of warranty how much does it cost to replace the battery’s? Can you do this yourself? If not, why not?
Once out of warranty, as of right now, and this can change later, it would be an out of warranty repair costing 135.00 per aid. No we can't do it ourselves. We don't have the internal batteries and with these, the hearing aid would need to be taken apart.
