Any tips on opening up our hip flexors? I struggle with leaning forward while doing the pancake stretch. Is this just something I need to be patient for?
Hard to tell without seeing it but this takes time. It’s “normal” to not be able to do this right from the start. 😊 Also I’m confused that you say “the hip flexors” those shouldn’t be the problem actually if we speak of the same exercise 🤔 feel free to DM me on IG with a clip where you try it, maybe I can help :)

@InternationalStrategy vinegar? Does that help with cramps or something? How do you use it yourself?
