Rhyl's children village and beach stalls

- Walk with as we explore the seaside town of Rhyl broke up into bitesize portions, today we visit the promenade, children's village funfair, the recently built SC2 (the new Sun Centre), beach side kiosks and the famous sky tower Along with a look at the beach. what more could you want from your Great British holiday.

Gosh it’s changed since I was here in 2015 Rhyl was buzzing back in the 70s and 80s 90s I remember the big fun fair so sad 😞 it’s gone! I remember as a kid staying at Sunnyvale camp and my parents popping into the ferry pub for a quick drink and it had a childrens room! I remember the outdoors pool in the camp…so many memories! I remember taking my kids to towyn and staying in winkups camp and I remember sitting outside the seagull pub having a coke (and nothing else) so many happy memories
I'm actually uploading a video taken at knightlys fun fair in Towyn this weekend. Big changes over the last few years as winkups has been bought and so has sunnyVale. I will do another video if you like of sunnyvale, show the seagull pub along with the harbour. There will also be videos of the rest of Towyn. I'm originally from Morecambe and its the same story there and every seaside town it seems. My videos try to concentrate on the positives as hopefully people visiting will bring revenue and hopefully once again make memories for many others. I really love Rhyl the beach is so amazing it has a decent kids fair and a good aquarium and a cool water park honestly I don’t know why Rhyl is hated now but the back of Rhyl is kinda bad though
They have big plans to make improvements so fingers crossed. I used to come here on holiday from Morecambe (another seaside town lol) and live here now. My partner has lived in the area all his life. As family holidays go I agree there is alot you can do and in this day in age everywhere have bad areas don't they.
