I’m in bad condition. Quad, plus a stroke. In powerchair. But I did the routine first time today. Only part I couldn’t do was lean back forward as far as possible. Don’t have the strength to move it away from touching back or seat.
Really enjoyed this. Been wheelchair bound for over 11 years now, and only recently started exercising and now trying your Yoga. I have a dear friend who is paraplegic and I've been urging him to try it also. Thank you so much. 🙏
I have been primarily bedridden for so long and have been in need of a start to a easy, gentle, exercise plan. This is going to be my starting point! Thank you so much❣️💯

Yes you have a counting issues. I have a major counting issue. The good news it coincides with yours lol Great job. I also do the ab exercizes They work I have been doing them for 3 years now.
First time I’ve done Yoga, I nearly dropped off through it, it was so relaxing. I have created a playlist of all my favourite exercises of yours and following them every morning.... so glad I found your channel, thank you so much for your videos and advice there is not enough out there for wheelchair users. 😊😊
Thank you for this video. My plan is to offer yoga for these with physical impediments in my town. Me my self is in a wheelchair "when needed" (as for now...) but I want to have chair and yoga for earlier mentioned groups. Your video shows me how "easy" the yoga is and can be a good workout even for us in a chair or wheelchair. Thank you!!!

I've just found your channel and it's just what I need! I've been in an electric wheelchair for almost 30 years & done very little exercise so I'm a complete novice. I'm on so much medication, 3 of which have weight gain as a side effect so it's always been a losing battle. But I am ready to try get a bit fitter & hopefully lose some weight. Question, should I be exercising once a day or more?
Oh my gosh I’m so glad that I found you! My disability is CP (cerebral palsy) and I’m a wheelchair user it’s been super hard to find someone who does content designed for us! I did one workout of yours and I can feel it!! I’m a disability UA-camr as well if you want to check it out but no pressure again thank you so much 💗

Hi, I'm looking for a good yoga routine in a wheelchair. I've got leg injuries, arthritis and diabetes. Apart from this video are there any others you'd suggest to look at? Particularly to improve blood flow and range of motion with the legs.
Hello, are there exercises to strengthen the fingers, because my fingers are cramped and cannot carry things, and I am also in a wheelchair and suffer a lot. Thank you very much
You can't choose where to loose fat unfortunately. All you can do is put yourself in a calorie deficit. So more calories out then in. Either by exercising more, eating less or both.

Love your channel. I was fortunate enough to take adaptive yoga for a year & although these are great stretches I wouldn’t call it yoga.
I would because it’s something I can do in my chair or in my bed and I’m alright with that!☺️☺️
