  • Do you want to unlock your creativity and bring awareness to your reproductive organs and lower body? Then try this deep breathing exercise called the 2nd Chakra Circuit Breath!
    In this video, we teach you how to connect to your 2nd Chakra (in the lower belly region) and move energy from the front to the back body in a circular "loop."
    Why Practice 2nd Chakra Circuit Breath?
    This breathing technique helps you to bring in/move energy in your abdomen, including your reproductive organs. The 2nd Chakra is the energetic center in your body associated with "your right to feel" - including learning to become aware of your desires and feelings, waking up your intuition, and finding your individual voice separate from your "tribe." This exercise also helps you to strengthen your inner awareness (interoception) skills by focusing on feeling and moving breath in a circular pattern.
