Oooh this recipe looks fireeee 🔥🔥🔥 One tip tho: Don’t put salt in the water before it’s boiling. The salt falls to the bottom of the pot and can cause damage/pitting to the bottom if heated up like this. Instead, bring water to a rolling boil, then add salt generously right before adding the pasta. This way the salt doesn’t just sink to the bottom of the water since it’s being added with the pasta. I didn’t read comments before I posted so I apologize if this has already been said.

Something a chef friend taught me is to save at least 1/2 tbsp butter and mix it in after the cheese is added to the milk mixture - it helps to keep the sauce together and prevents separating over time/for left overs. Love this recipe and going to give it a try!

My work makes this. Kinda. It’s called THE POLY DRIVE PASTA. it’s a Cajun style pasta. It has the peppers onions mushrooms onion and sundried tomatoes plus spices, PLUS artichoke hearts!!! chicken !!!sausage and shrimp!! Cajun seasoning and mosticolli pasta. It’s soooo good.
