I do this same recipe but with shrimp instead of chicken! It’s a main stay in our house. Also I don’t fry the shrimp. Just in a pan with butter, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning. Over Alfredo. DELICIOUSSSSS

In Australian MasterChef they do a challenge called the mystery box where they get a random selection of ingredients and they have 75 mins to cook any dish they want but it has to include at least one of those ingredients. The challenge is that you only have those ingredients in the box to use and some pantry staples : milk, vinegar, butter, plain flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Great to see people’s creativity
