So much I miss here on the list Cossacks 2 a very unique rts game with a very unique fighting style which today's games lack I hope that after the release of Stalker 2 they will focus on the revival of this game series (cossacks 1 is for me much better than age of empires in every way) but that's my personal opinion.

AOE is a couple steps ahead of C3. But I still enjoy C3. It's more basic and focused on faster fights. E.g. you don't have to manage food/fields or construct canon/catapults or decide the fighting style of a unit (sword or gun). Both games are a lot of fun.

Cossacks, especially the remake C3 is very good too. Less management and more RTS like aoe4. The fights are better in Cossacks and you need a lot of strategy to win a war against a good opponent

Empire Earth, Cossacks... He forgot a lot. EE however is not focused on middle age so aeo, settler or Cossacks is more detailed in that. The units are more diverse and the gameplay is focused on middle age. EE you have modern time and future too.
so im looking for a game that might be a RTS history based game around medieval era that has all 4 season based maps with each song based on each season like the winter one had wind and a church bell toll the spring or summer one had birds chirping and a lute/harp playing and maybe water sounds and before 2007 but should be after 1998 but if there is a game that does have 4 seasons then say so the reason why im looking for this soundtrack it was on a burned copy of settlers 4 but as it was a burn i dont know if the songs came from settlers 4 or a demo on the disk or even a dual disk or just the person added more games to the 1 disk

One of the best is not on the list, the Warlords Battlecry series, especially the third game. It's RTS mixed with RPG, with heroes (+ lvl system), dragons and a lot of magic. Crazy stuff.
