Great videos, I use 2 4'x4' vivosun tents and have had luck with the 6" fan going from floor to top side vents and a splitter. Plenty of power to keep both tents low smell. Mathematically it is cycling all the air from both tents every minute. Tents are close obviously but works.
Your doing really well mate i think all ur long term viewers we all like seeing u why u describe what u love to do. Thank u on behalf of everyone for everything u teach us. I know iv learnt a lot from watching u and can’t wait to learn even more. also to watch u on ur new journey 👍
I have a similar setup with a tent for veg and a tent for flower, but after a while a realized that the veg stage did not need to be inside a tent or vented through a filter.. I moved them outside of the tent to a corner of my room on a stand and made both my tents flower tents.
Such a cool setup dude. I just upgraded myself from 2 single plant tents to a 4x8. Huge investment and massive challenges ahead, but I'm excited. Good luck with the grow and keep these great videos coming bud!
Keeping your inline fan and filters outside the tent is a huge advantage. Gives you more room to raise your lights and makes changing pre filters super easy.
Great video. ❤ love the setup and detail. Mine was also fun to build and design. I have 5x5 x 2. Ones for veg and other flower and sexing. The one thats next to ac unit is veg/dry and the other tent a 6 inch extractor from the ac unit. And a bottom extractor pulling from a 4 inch. To cool the pots with room temperature. One vivosun extractor. To exhaust. I like to use filters for all intakes. Exhaust don’t have any carbon filters
Nice video. Looking forward to following your growing adventures. I'm in Thailand too, with a simple 2x2 setup. Having fun learning the basics with autos. Your set up very impressive.
Ok, so one thing about Thailand is the indoor EV will be tougher. It’s always so hot outside, humid, and most places are drafty. A large dehumidifier and supplemental ac was important for me. Also, stretchy sativa grow awesome in the sun here!
Are you staggering the flower times? In order to harvest every month, what is the stagger time ratio usually? I know it probably differs between strain And how long each strain takes to finish, But I'm very interested in learning how you time everything so that way you can pretty much harvest every month.
I haven't watched your content in a bit. This is the first I've heard of the Thailand move. I am not sure if it is a temporary or a long-term move, but congrats on getting out of Canada even if just for the time being. Enjoyed watching you get this setup. My grow was on pause the last year and a half and was just looking at getting things going again this vid definitely provided some inspiration. Thanks for the content. Be well.
Welcome back! Thanks. Its permanent, you'll be surprised once I start posting the other side of this space which a full facility. This is just the testing room for new strains.
The humidifier should drop the temp a little bit but if you take those drivers out while running at night you’ll be able to get those flower temps damn near perfect
Your video and audio quality is always really good, so old or new format whichever is easiest for you to create. Doesn't matter IMO. Nice work as always!
I have grown 2 full terms in Thailand, indoor and outdoor and i can see some major problems. You will need to calculate your BTUs and account for cooling accordingly, a small dehumidifier will be needed and thats a major heat producer that will break your thermal load with that 9000 btu AC. You will need 2-3 times that cooling. Depending where you are in Thailand that stress test is probably done during the rainy season. Not a good reference... good luck!
I've got a vivosun tent and the zipper feels subpar compared to my AC infinity tent. Its totally worth an extra $20-30 whatever the difference is for something that you have to touch everytime you check on your tent. I've got a third no name brand tent and the zipper is even worse.
Nice setup. I don’t know your room square footage, but I’d just run the whole room as a flowering room, duct into a “lung room”. Looks like you could run 6 to 8 DE1000w or LED equivalent. 1 to 2.1 grams per watt. Since you’re in Thailand, you can grow some monster Landrace outside.
I've been waiting for the new Thailand videos for months now brother. I hope to make the jump over there myself sometime soon. Hope to grow with you soon man.
since all plants different flowering weeks they all need different led dimming... how did u solved this problem? can i just let the led inside flowering run on 100%
What’s the electricity difference with all them leds running, I am thinking of setting up a perpetual but am a bit concerned of how it would look on the electricity bill😂
Just jumping in on this Thailand grow series. I'll be curious to see how you handle the heat and humidity especially during the rainy season. I'm personally struggling with high humidity currently here in Thailand.
If you've got a sealed room then just size the AC correctly to the environment, can control humidity by adding a heater to the space. I know it might sound odd to add heat in a hot climate but it's 1 way of keeping your AC on which pulls humidity out of the space. Will be showing in 2 weeks how I've done it.
@@TerpyHighs My issue is trying to dry the flower at 60 F and 60% RH. With an old mini split rated at 12000 BTU and a single tube (exhausting hot air outside) portable AC rated at 12000 BTU in the same 10x13x10 room, I'm only getting down to 80F 60% RH during the day and 72F during the night. Once I get down to 72F my RH jumps up to 70% RH. I'm waiting on a 30L per day dehumidifier to show up to see if I can somehow find a better balance but of course the dehumidifier will increase the temp some too.
Most Thais doing it here grow without tents, ( save a bit or something else) The AC most definitely make it dry. After reading a few comments on here its wise to wait for humidity.
I noticed when your light gets closer to the plants u have to turn down the light intensity. Since I've done this my baby clones have grown better at 50% instead of too much at 75% lesson learned
I thought you were going to have a major place when in Thailand? Guess you have to start at some place first. Well glad you made it to your dream. I am looking forward to your goal there in the future.
Great work bro, keep it up 😎🤙 I think we all are VERY curious about the 10,000 sq. ft. space you showed a few months ago when you were making the move 🧐🤔 always love your content bro, much love from Pennsylvania 🥳🇺🇲😎🤙
Coming soon! Thanks appreciate it. It's been a challenge getting that side of the space finished but we have made great progress. It will have its own video series separate from this testing room.
Welcome to Thailand! Just started watching and enjoy. I would love to know what nutrients you use here and how often you use them. Many nutrient companies here state ppm but not how often- once a week etc... Many thanks if you could help! Also where is Thailand are you ( in general!!) I am looking for a place that does workshop/classes focusing nutrients.
Nice. Do you set up a dedicated breaker for this room? That’s s a lot of power for say 1 standard room. Although I don’t know how Thailand power is but most homes use 15 to 20 amps per room and you already know you don’t wanna use more than 10 that’s available for any length of time Just looking out for ya Ryan And congrats on your success and move to Thailand
Hey Ryan, I love you grow tent setup. You have created great videos before and I'm sure you'll be as good if not better than before. Good luck man! Keep on Growing!

I dont like putting the pre filter inside the filter because they aren't the correct size and don't do a good job of actually pre-filter that way.
Should I be running mine on the outside?

Depends on the building i suppose, my place is super dry with the ac on
Correct, this is air tight space. Operating as an sealed room. Our other side is all brand new. The AC does a great job of dropping the RH.
@TerpyHighs if youve got ac on 24/7 youll never need a dehumidifier from experience. [Edit said humidifier instead of dehum.]
Exactly. All depends if the AC is large enough to handle the 3 grow tents filled with plants late on flower.
I really like the new style of the videos, adds some more personality to it.
I took spare grow tent poles and zip tied it in the center of the tent for the 6" oscillating fan to make sure it wouldn't break

Loving the new style. Really looking forward to this new grow.
Rookie question, when seed companies claim 500-800g per m2, is that dried yield or prior to drying?
Love this video this was exactly what I planned on doing once I get everything
