We've lost an art form. All science and money now. I miss small gows and a glow of an hps light. I still think old skool strains grown in old skool ways were way better than modern crap.
I remember the first time I smoked Skunk#1 around 1990. The grower was an old hippie master & that stuff was so good!
You old heads need to make way for the new generation, weed isn't the same as it was in the 90's due to genetic modification, get used to it cause it ain't changing, same with the tech no one wants to use hps anymore because of technology advancing, it's like any other industry 🤦♂

Amazing set up. So how do you get the finished nugs to turn gold color? Long curing time? I was told that the Colombian Gold strain color was from letting the plant dry in the ground.
Generally the color comes from the individual strain... but certain things you can do to the environment to bring out the expressions of the plant, low temperatures for example.

Now there isn’t much money in it so you do have to be passionate about the industry to still be in it today.

I don't think you know what that word means. Because a normal grower would not have created 3 separate feed lines for one table, or shade curtains to separate individual rooms, pretty much everything he has done there was created for his individual purpose. Bespoke is used synonymously with custom-made.
