      That's so great to hear. I'm new to trying it out and eating it as well. It really is a superfood with multiple health benefits. I've been eating a spoonful by itself, but also have been adding it into a protein at meals. Just a suggestion in case you want to try adding more flavor to your meals.       Super easy to make at home. Lots of recipes online and youtube. I make 2 quart jars from about 3 pounds wombok cabbage - enough for 3 people over 2-3 weeks depending how much you eat daily. Hoping a speedy recovery for you.

    Hopefully all the studies are correct because I actually found this video by searching “can you eat too much kimchi” due to me having a kimchi addiction! Lol I eat it straight out of jar literally all day long & with every meal …it’s my all time fav snack too

      Try different brands. The taste can be slightly different. I buy the Cleveland Kimchi at Whole Foods.

    I personally favour sauerkraut over kimchi. Kimchi contains foods higher in oxalates.

      Since it’s a probiotic it does have that effect to help gut health. Maybe try a food like sauerkraut instead which is less spicy.
