If soluble fiber traps cholesterol from entering into the bloodstream, does that mean that the gel it forms itself doesn't enter into the bloodstream also? And what about the gelatin from animal material, like bone broth?

The soluble fiber gel doesn't enter the bloodstream; it passes through the digestive system. Unlike the soluble fiber gel, gelatin from animal material can be broken down 😄

but i have a question , in the sense of insoluble fiber is sugarcane also a source for insoluble fibers?

Sugar cane mainly contains insoluble fiber. However, it's worth noting that the amount of fiber in sugar cane is relatively low compared to other high-fiber foods. So, get a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes in your diet! 🥬🍅

I heard that soluble fiber and insoluble fiber both absorb water but soluble.fiber dissolves in water, is this true that insolublenfiber does not absorb water?

ok... so people should get between 21 and 38 grams of fiber daily. but you left out how much of each type is recommended.

It doesn’t really matter what kind. As of now there are no specific recommendations, just eat a combination
