What happens when the market softens (as it should given how high it is now) and your price per sq ft drops in an unproven area, rents drop but your payment plan doesnt change?
Hi I'm also a new investor in Dubai ...just got into 2 apartments both with post handover payment plan off plans one in JVC and one right by the Blue Line metro. Just to be clear....this apartment that you are referring to you got it ready to move in with 5 years payment plan ? Is this wasn't an off plan deal ? Thanks

Would you say going the payment plan/Mortgage route is better than paying the full amount out of pocket?
I would say putting the least amount down is always the best idea, for me anyway
As far as I know, except if you bought a property in Dubai through a company, re-mortgage is not possible.
