You bought after or at the time of Covid in JVC. That was the best time to invest as properties depreciated, rentals dropped and now Post Covid, they are coming back to the level either pre-covid or even higher. Better to mention this point in your video for people who will follow you and invest.
As a property consultant I can say there are a lot of units currently at JVC however those who bought off-plan (under construction) units whether studios of one bedrooms did make a good profit. One must invest with a reputable developer. Good to know you were able to make profit in the unit you purchased.

Hi Conor - Thanks for all your educational videos. So, For Bloom Towers, JVC, if a 1 bed is selling for 800K AED and is generating an annual rental of about 60K AED (i checked on DXB Interact) - this means a rental yield of 7.5% per year. Is this real and sustainable ?
Buy a Lower level offplan Binghatti apartment. (Lavender and Tulip ofr eg). They are Cheaper and will have better Rental yields in the future than other buildings in JVC.
In your prespective which is better to buy. Those ready to move in or pre-selling (will wait for 2years for turn over?) It's very to trust now there is alot of scammers 😢
