This strategy of buying 3 properties instead of one is good for short term tactical investing but most riskiest of all time especially when you want to sell them ...what if global macroeconomic situations deteriorates during the completion date of the projects?there will be few buyers left and you are foreced to sell at depressed prices and we have witnessed such cycles before.
Investing in anything is a risk if you see it through the macro level, (stock, gold, crypto, etc.). Investment is an art, one needs to know where to invest, the type of unit, and a well convincing.... exit strategy.

Nice storytelling ...but Varun Bhai, Emaar isn't the only developer in Dubai-there are many other high-value projects available. Why were projects from the top 10 developers like Sobha, Azizi, Damac, Binghatti, Meraas, Deyaar, Tiger, Arada, and others deliberately ignored and not recommended?
