of course I did this exercise 3 times a day and 6 days a week with salad ,fruits,boil eggs, veg, chicken ,fish ,warm lemon water and also walking it's hard but worked...
10 kg? wow that is too much for a month. You worked hard for it though so congrats.
3 times a day :O i can also do 3 times in a day..but my routine is too busy..so i do this this one time in a day and 6 days in a week.

for me, this is the workout that started it all. I lost about 10 kg since last year with healthy balanced diet, and combining this workout with HIIT cardio and occassional weight lifting. Keep progressing, guys, consistency is the key!

2 weeks into doing this exercise and another one (I might add) I've shed 26cm (10.23 inch) off of my body. I'm very glad I've found this :)
i did this full workout today, it was not at all tiring and it was easy, otherwise when i watch other workout videos, i feel i can not catch up the speed, but this set me into the perfect rhythm! i never liked Bipasha as an actress but i surely like her a lot as a trainer! she is great!
I lost 18 kgs with this workout. It was a combined effort of eating right and religiously following this routine.

Day 1- moderate but shuffle and jumping jacks🫣🫣🫣
Day 2- very hard to do because the legs were paining , felt burn in legs🤩
Day 3 - hard but feeling confident
Day 4- easy to do sweat alot 😥😥
Day 5- very easy , feeling energetic while doing the workout.
Day 6 - fast
Day 7 - did it again sweat alot
Day 8- Skipped😢
Day 9- Arms and legs are feeling strong❤
Day 10- feeling a difference on chest area
[I was doing this workout when I was studying(2021) ,i lost 5-6 kgs and my body became slim but due to time issue i had to quit it😔😔 ,now again i have started doing it and will keep u update my progress]

The work out was great and the quality of the video was great. I just have a few suggestions. Perhaps having an arsenal of songs would be great. The music you had was fun and upbeat but I really didn't want to hear those two songs over and over again, I found it detracted from my enjoyment. I really loved that you did splits screens with the different versions of the positions that was awesome! It was sometimes hard to follow as some of the directions are not vocalized such as switching the foot and all of the streches at the end. I couldn't see the screen because y face was on the mat so I didn't know when to do what next and I had to continuously take myself out of position to see what to do next. Out of all of the dance/aerobics videos I always like yours the best! Thanks for providing these to us.

I love it! I kind of became really lazy and gained a lot of weight with my last pregnancy and working full time and being a full time mom its hard to find time to go to the gym or do anything really but I'm at 210 lbs now I'm 5'5 and I have never been this over weight for my height. I want to feel beautiful again and make heads turn. I finish my first work out and I'm laying on my floor tired but so eager to do it all over again. It's hard for a beginner but so easy at the same time its just perfect! My routine will be Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Will have an update on December 31st 😊 wish me luck!. 😊 and thank you for this 😊 💜

I started this workout 30min and other 30 min workout. From 24/4/2020 let's see what happens...78kg current wt. On 1st day I had lots of leg pain but now it's gradually less with this workout. I decided to 1hr daily target wt 60kg

This is great, a little hard to catch up if you are untalented in dancing (or workout steps that is) like me, but it's fun and I feel good! And she looks so admirable I love it!

I love this workout !!!! It reminds me a lot of Gillian Michael's Shred part 1 with some other elements. I switch them up cause I get bored doing the same workouts with the same vids all the time. I do diff stuff, even Tae Bo, but I have back problems so sometimes I gotta take it a bit slower and then I go to this workout.
But it's amazing, I've built up so much stamina with the cardio parts, I can make it all the way through now which I couldn't do before :)
The only thing that annoys me is the music and and that they don't announce when to switch, especially at the end with the stretching routine. I always g to other stretching vids!

Hey! you can also do the side plank on your knees until you're strong enough! (I guess I'm late though. haha)
Another excellent video by this beautiful lady! From warm-up to cool down the combination of exercises and weights is perfect for my exercise routine. It's not boring. Good easy workout. One of the exercises you call a "doggy kick", when in English we actually call it a "donkey kick". Dogs don't kick like that, donkeys do! Thanks for the nice workout.

There r lots of points where u r not guiding us verbally like when u change sides and in the cool down session u have to speak when u change positions like if we r in a child's pose then how would we see the Video . Pls add audio to the changing positions
